Food is very average. Lamb skewers chewy as hell. A few customers had their dogs in the restaurant and on the chair and restaurant tolerates that!

Her attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both the guests and her team. THIS IS THE BEST PUB ON THE GOLD COAST, I HAD THE BEST STEAK IT WAS EXCELLENT. CHICKEN 🐔 PARMA AND LOVELY, THE MENU IS DELICIOUS. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, GREAT VIEWS DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR TRY IT.

Had a wonder experience at the BH Hotel. Paige made us the most amazing Margarita and ensured that we were looked after at every step. Highly recommend the BHH for a great experience and Paige for over and above customer service !

The view & Food was lovely & great service. Greek Lamb souvlaki, parmy, beef burger etc, all were nice.

Had breakfast here, do not order the acai bowl, was so weird and couldn't eat it. Coffee was disgusting, my husband and son had eggs and that seemed fine but nothing to rave about.

I ordered two small cappuccino’s for take away and two babychinos, the girl with blue eyes front of the bench said what is babychino?After she made two large cappuccino’s and I told her that zi ordered small cappuccino, she started to be rude!!! Otherwise, coffee was terrible! So sorry, that is not good for hotel’s reputation.

Since moving here from nz iv always enjoyed coming here and would rate it 5 stars, but unfortunately the resent instalment of the Kidd's Pokie room is a real let down. Instead of playing on the playground and leaving the adults to catch up with each other, now they are pestering us for $, You have completely missed the reason why we have catch ups here, just to make a bit more money of already financially stressed parents, so unfortunately I'll be finding a different venue for catch ups in the future.

Horrible service. Came at a non peak time. Waited 30 mins for one drink and asked 3 times to check before it finally came out on the fourth and it was not worth the wait. Will definitely not be coming back here considering there are many places better within walking distance. Jacob from the bar who seemed to be a manager, served me and said he would make it and bring it to my table. Not a happy Chappy.

Bad energies. Seriously the staff here need to at least try and put a smile on their miserable faces. I’m pretty sure it’s even been the managers with the bad attitudes written all over them as well. You guys are located in the most beautiful part of the Gold Coast and should feel blessed for living and working in such a beautiful place. It’s not hard to at least pretend when you’re at work, for the sake of others, get your shit together!

The absolute best mango and macadamia salad I have ever had. Complements to the chef. 🤌

The Chicken Parmi was a delicious meal. It was cooked to perfection and the chips were delightful. Would recommend this pub for sure.

Beautiful view of the ocean with a restaurant and sports bar lapping it up. Always busy with lovely food (small portions ie 4 stars). Great service but I have only ever gone into the sports bar because the restaurant area is hectic. Enjoyed my meal and a lovely stroll after. 🙂

Ordered our meals and drinks through the QR code and waited about 15 mins before I decided to go chase down our drinks (Amaretto sour and Corona) . I asked the bartender and he acted confused and then walked over to the printer to then hold up our order and say “they print out very slowly”. Our meals came out (medium steak and chicken Parma) and we finished them before our drinks came over another 15 mins later. Very disappointed. No acknowledgement of their failings from staff or manager.

All 4 of my family were very happy with meals, we ordered snitzels, Parma and lemon chicken. Only negative was a lot of the table were left unwiped and with dishes so it made difficult to find somewhere to sit.

I very rarely leave bad reviews but this place definitely earned one. Made a reservation for dinner and when we arrived we were completely ignored by multiple staff who walked by us, not even acknowledged with a hello. We stood there like idiots for a while at the door where you’d usually have someone greet you and be seated. Walked up to the counter where you pay when you leave and the lady says “oh I don’t do the reservations” but managed to find our table. She left, without another word. We’re sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us or bring water, as this is pretty standard in every establishment I’ve ever eaten at - but no, still ignored. Tried to use the QR code to look at the menu and it doesn’t work we had to get up again and go and ask about this to be told “the wifi isn’t working you have to order at the counter”. At this point we still weren’t even given menus and had to go and get them ourselves. Staff were all more interested in having conversations between themselves even while I was there trying to talk to them. It was actually unbelievable. The food was average at best. Took 25 minutes to be brought 2 cocktails because two female staff were too busy chatting between themselves at the bar when I could physically see my drinks sitting right there. Not once did any staff make any attempt at any kind of customer service even when they could see we were looking around for help. There were also in excess of 10+ dirty tables left covered in food and cutlery not cleaned from when customers left that sat there while the staff were completely unbothered and gossiping. Honestly, avoid at all costs. $220 well wasted here and I would have rather paid double elsewhere to have some kind of basic service and decent food. Of course when we left we were just looked at and never uttered a goodbye, smile or how was your food? from any staff. Put a bit of a dampener on the last night of our holidays which should have been enjoyable.

We paid close to $50 for a wagyu steak - the most expensive on their menu and it was awful, clearly not wagyu. Firstly they brought out a steak which was as tough as the rubber on my shoe, they replaced it with another which was almost as bad. Very disappointed and will not be returning. It’s sad to think they rely heavily on tourism and not repeat clientele.
