Can't take away the good quality although they're on the smaller side of things. The customer service on the hand needs improvement and alot if it. Feels like they're robots also feels a little out of touch with the modern society I.E. multiculturalism

The handsome tall white man that works at the bar deserves a promotion, this man is working hard always, always the best customer service that makes you feel warm and welcome, no wonder all the ladies are talking to him at the bar but he is that dedicated to his job he ignores them till works done, promote this man at all costs and protect him

Food is below average for a club. I understand its a middle-low income area and you need to make it affordable but wouldnt take much to improve the quality of what is currently served. Otherwise its a nice quiet atmosphere and pleasant venue to visit.

Complained about the disgusting Christmas Eve dinner that was served to us. Instead of the chef addressing the issue, he and the other staff were hiding so that the issue couldn’t be discussed. The operations manager was supposed to call to discuss. In turn she emails saying they have an incorrect number which is unbelievable as the staff had called me when I applied for membership to confirm my email address. Negative marks for food and customer service Thank you for your call REC Club. I appreciate your followup and trying to resolve the issue. I will be coming to the club one more time and hopefully all will be good then.

Ordered BL burger received a grease burger with aioli which was not requested. 4 other people order the same all complaind about the grease. I also receive half the chips that the other's recieved. Not happy. If there were - available you would score a minus 4.

The Rec club is nice for a meal. Not very busy and they don't have any night life really except Bingo and Pokies

Very good meals and bowls greens,i am a member at logan but membership ends next June and good chance i will join meals very cheap and nice.
