Wow, amazing customer service! The staff, all of them, even the managers, were fantastic. Huge thanks to Morgan for going the extra mile. I had a nightmare with my new phone and plan from another JB store, but these guys were awesome, listened, and fixed everything. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staffs terrible attitude + Their Price matched policy is useless
I love JB Hi-Fi Chatswood it has a good range of products. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is due to lack of staff. I feel the store needs to review their roster and get to know their busy periods. They need more staff. I waited on someone to help me almost 15 minutes.

Inquired about insta 360 cameras. Was directed to display with 4 cameras at varying prices. Told assistant my use would require a stick to attach. Was told they are an extra cost. When I pointed out the displayed marketing included one model which did in fact come with a stick, I was told it was a mistake. The idea that is was false instore advertising, just produced a grunt from the assistant. do you want me to report it to the manager". I won't be back."

Horrible experience with an Asian lady. She was dusting the “ apple “section, and when I approached her to ask about a product, she just shook her head as if to say, What do you want?" Is this how customer service is supposed to be? Ridiculous"

Hi, last minute Christmas shopping (on Christmas Eve…) but thank goodness we had Jack helping us out. He was so attentive and efficient with everything we needed, he also showed a great depth of knowledge and understanding about a range of products at the store and overall had a great shopping experience. Seriously you could not ever ask for a better server than Jack was (we did spent like 2.2k…but it was with great recommendations and money well spent) Thanks so much Jack!! Saved us so much Christmas stress.

Horrible experience just now with an Ally, asked politely if i was able to get price match to a previous product i had purchased. She just beat around the bush and leaded to no the price is what it is. However I then asked if there was anything they could do e.g jb deal. She avoided the question and told me she had to leave to get an alarm so I said to her I assume thats a no? She said yep. That’s top notch customer service right there. Very good JBHifi
Despite asking for a jb deal" I was offered no discount whatsoever. I had to price match with their competition. Rather deal with low prices from the start and where companies honour their written guarantees"
Just Spoke with Talia about a warranty issue with my TV. I cannot express how painless, professional and easy she made the whole process. She was extremely polite, sincere and skilled at her craft. Her Store, manager, colleagues and the JBHIFI company are lucky to have her. I would like to leave positive feedback for Jenny @Chatswood store. Walk into JB HiFI store at Chatswood and was approached by salesperson Jenny who delightfully assisted with purchasing a TV, Unlike others she politely engaged and informed with numbers of selections with pros and cons for my use and surrounding. She appropriately taken time to explain the options and spec of the product and provided all my options within my budgets without any pressure to purchase, Entire time Jenny displayed friendless and didn’t pressure or wasn’t here just to Upsell. All I can say, Jenny genuinely gave me the best possible consumer experience in very long time which was missed from other stores. She was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and has that stunning smile. Like to say really appreciated for fantastic experience, I am happy with my new TV purchase, does exactly what I wanted.
They've revamped the store layout recently. The checkout counter is now all the way at the back. You can get everything here from phones, their accessories, tablets, laptops, headphones, earphones, smart plugs, TVs, sound bars, coffee machines, hair dryers, smart lights, smart plugs, etc etc.
The lady with tattoo at cashier is very rude&unprofession! Enter Incorrect number for receipt, reject to enter again, told customer wrong information! Very shame of JBHi , always hire someone unprofessional &unpatience! !

This store can do better on customer service. Group of staff very focused on chatting with each other. Asked two female staff for help and got a general hand wave 'it's over there' response plus some extra attitude from one girl when I asked for more help - she just waved and talked aggressively - nice Asked a male staff member who seemed to get the whole ' help your customer' deal and actually left the group chat to come and assist me. Well done.
Morgan at Chatswood Westfield JB HiFi is exceptional! We needed to upgrade our mobiles due to 3G ending and were a bit overwhelmed since we hadn't done it for years and are not all over technology. Morgan answered all our questions patiently and competently, in a way we could understand and we didn't feel silly or ignorant, gave feedback re our choice of phones, advice re the transfer of our data and saved us money on our current plan. She made something we were dreading would be time consuming and arduous, seamless and easy. Highly recommend seeking Morgan out for her exceptional customer experience. I bought a gift for my mom yesterday, but today they delivered a demo unit through Uber without notifying me in advance. I'm very disappointed. I’ve now gone to another store to get a new one.

Cody was super helpful during the last day of EOFY. I had broke my laptop that day and had only an hour to replace it before store closing and it was already so busy. However he took the time to help me by explaining the laptop models and which one was the best fit for me. I would highly recommend to go to Cody, he is very knowledgeable and was very patient and understanding of my situation. Thank you Cody!

The staff were helpful and are willing to give advice. They accept price match as well as gift cards and discounts which is a great bonus. The only problem was it was a massive shop meaning it is hard to navigate around. Other than that, this is a great place for electronics and appliances.

Quick and easy if you know what you are buying.
I was so pleased with the service I received from the staffs.. I bought a Bose earbuds last year end of September and one of the side is not working, but I lost my receipt!! I had no any proof of purchase! (I was rush and didn’t ask for the e-receipt at that time 😞 and also I used several gift cards to pay, no any credit or debit cards transaction records either!! 😞 lesson learned - always keep both receipts! Physical and e-receipt receipts ) Yesterday I went back to JB Hi-Fi Chatswood Westfield, and tried to tell them my problem, I was lucky to get attended by very helpful staffs, first was a lady, and she handled it to Christopher as she need to solve another customer’s issue. Christopher spent a long time to check on the system for me but couldn’t find anything, at the end Felix found it and organized the rest for me! The process took about 45mins! Christopher and Felix are absolutely amazing and very helpful, nothing was too hard or trouble them! Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated.
Bose N700 battery issue Went in for a replacement. Since it has manufacturers warranty. JbHifi is quick to pass on the ownership to Bose. Instead of an immediate replacement, the headphone have been sent to the service Center. I now learn that N700s have been discontinued. What is the point of buying extra care from JbHiFi for 2 additional years. As they don’t even handle replacements and product issues. They have outsourced it to a 3rd party. At point of sale l you are selling warranties which are of no good. Terrible experience. Below quality service from Jb HiFi Bose has failed on quality as well. Sorry you just lost a Bose fan. No point buying in store if level of service is same as what one gets with an online purchase and endless call Center follow ups. Very disappointed
