New younger staff are undercutting for loan on item, assuming they are ripping people of to get a commission got 90$ for a $400 Nintendo switch back in the day of the old staff, more than reasonable. Today brought in a $700 laptop for loan and got offered $80 it the young chubby gentleman and the young chubby lady with the glasses definitely steer clear of those two, recommend going to dad and Dave's they are more than reasonable there. Cash converters have gone down hill with the new staff, they take advantage of people doing it through hard time just to get a commission. There's a special place for people like this.

Purchased online, drove almost one hour only to be told they had lost the item. Would recommend ringing prior as we had nothing to let us know yet they had a phone number and email address.

I dealt with JESSALYN from the store re an online enquiry. JESSALYN was really responsive (within 10 minutes) and very helpful. I was so happy with the help from JESSALYN that I purchased the item. Great customer service. Items are priced reasonably good as well.

They're pretty good, but they lose a couple of stars for selling bootleg anime. Wasn't the first time which was ignored. Hopefully, they'll remove them this time around.

I purchased a Gibson Flying V from Cash Converters Campbell town on Saturday. I made an offer Friday afternoon and purchased it Saturday morning. The transaction was seamless. The team adjusted the price online so I could make payment. I then provided them with the collection details from my selected shipping company because I live interstate. The team made me confident that my guitar would arrive to me because they wouldn’t allow it to leave the store without the correct shipping documentation. Was in here this afternoon with my mother, was served by clancy, as per the covid requirements directed by the government masks must be worn, which I was wearing, my mother who is medically exempt and has a exemption, was told by clancy to leave the store, because she was not wearing a mask due to a medical condition. I tried to inform clancy that my mother does not have to wear one as per the government guidelines, he wouldn't listen and I (quote he said i was making him angry and to go and seek legal representation and that he can and will exclude everyone regardless of there medical or disability condition for not wearing a mask), we spent 10 minutes back and fourth about this, Clancy is extremely rude and extremely smug, clancy also advised me these are orders from there head office at cash converters and he is only following policy, I know for a fact legally and lawfully you cannot discriminate against a person who genuinely has a disability or a medical condition that will exacerbate there medical issue if they were to wear a mask,I will not step foot inside this store again, I have contacted head office in regards to this and will definitely be persuing this further as this is wrong for all those who genuinely cannot wear a mask and to be treated in such a disgusting way this is a legal issue now

I bought a Pop from these guys online, and to be honest i wasn't expecting it to come in good condition. However I was pleasantly surprised when it came in, shipped with bubble wrap and a protector! Must say I'm impressed and I 100% recommenced purchasing from them (at least online wise).
