Spectacular service from dyarna

Went to ccs to make a purchase at an extremely reasonable price. The item was marked wrongly and the in computer price was significantly higher. The item was withdrawn and repriced. However, management, Joel, made an extremely reasonable offer to make it right, one which would make any other reasonable person very happy. So was it a smooth ride? No, actually it was a waste of quite a bit of everyones time. But everyone makes mistakes and know that these guys will bend over backwards to do the right thing and when the time comes that I will buy these guys will be high on the list

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff.

Sent photos of items in new condition. One was a Sunbeam cafe press which normally retail around 100 dollars and they offered 5 to 10 dollars for it. Other item was a Breville Soft Lux Kettle also in new condition which retail for around 200 dollars and they offered 10 to 15 dollars. The same type kettle at the Hampstead Gardens store retails for 125 dollars in used condition. I don't mind shopping there in the retail section especially when they have bargains, but for selling items in that sort of new condition and getting offered comparatively pittance is such a disgrace in my opinion.

Over several months Kirsty helped with varios items always with a smile and great rapport with myself always willing to help.

Had one of the best experiences today while trying to get an exchange for a drone and figuring out how to make it work. Sam, the absolute legend sat with me for about an hour I believe trying to figure out a way on how to make the drone work and other options. Incredible and unbelievable how he helped me so much with it trying to figure out how to get it to work. He did tell me to write a review but I'm not writing it just because he said it. I'm writing it because I already had it mind the moment I went to the counter to finalise my payment way before he told me (Vote for Raise for Sam) and the other staff around him were just so lovely and kind always dropping by to check out progress. Thanks alot for your service Ladies and Gentlemen. I really do appreciate it. :)

Don't buy from these guys!! They are basically robbing people. Giving people bare minimum then up marketing it over 100% this isn't a business this is pure robbery.

I did a what's it woth. And a what's it worth isn't worth the email it's written on. I was told that my item was worth $250 and I walked out of there with $150 so don't waste your time.

Hey world, today me and my son went to go get a refund for his pc, that suddenly stop working. Went we went there i was met with the staff to help us, but they said that our warrenty was over, and it had already been over 90 days (we were 1 day over), and said we were unable to get a refund. But when we went home we calculated using an online website and it only said 86 days. If you guys wanna check aswell we bought it on 17/12/23 and today is 12/3/24. We also called them and they spoke to us, trying to cut the call as fast as possible. If there was a way to check what they said and how they spoke with us on the phone compared to in store we would. You guys can also calculate the dates.

Some businesses can learn from you guys. Jordan from cash converters Modbury answered all my questions and emails within minutes and on a Saturday of all days. Quick and prompt, polite service from Jordan made me feel at ease and ensured a hassle free interstate sale. Thanks Jordan, i will be back

Employees are horrible to me. I went to buy a 3ds then I saw my bike that got stolen a few weeks ago. This guy trading in for some money and I said hey it’s my bike he said no it’s not and I know it’s my bike bro then she says I will call the police on you if you don’t leave the store immediately so I rang the police and she rang the police. They both rocked up and then she got done for harassment and I got my backpack and $100 compensation thank you Cash converters

Went in there earlier today to have a look for some Nintendo accessories, couldn’t find what we were looking for but decided we would like to buy an old Wii Gun, as we got to the counter the woman with the worst attitude (and breath) told us to “buy something else” and straight out said “No” when trying to buy something. Shocked we asked again thinking it was a joke. But again she said “No”. Don’t list things for sale if you’re going to try and make people buy more useless items. It’s sad to see honestly but what can you expect from a 40 year old working at cash converters

Suresh made my decision to buy a second-hand camera one of the easiest I’ve had the pleasure of making, he was more than happy to show the cameras condition, features, and showed genuine interest in general. I felt almost uneasy at first buying a used camera, but Suresh showed it was nothing to be worried about, and I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the camera, functionally perfect with only minor cosmetic wear that anyone could expect. At nearly half price from retail, it almost felt too good to be true. Again, shout-out to Suresh for making this one of the most pleasant transaction experiences one could ask for, give the bloke a raise. Please.

Hate the new rules that were introduced regarding personal finance. I always used to be able to get help no problem but with these new “reponsible” lenders rules, I now get declined and that’s going to cause many Australians to struggle and suffer. More like “irresponsible lenders”, putting people through hardships and risking their credit scores. Im talking about it as a whole not any particular stores.
