Had my 40 th birthday dinner on Saturday night it was a great relaxed atmosphere, food has always been good and well priced, staff was friendly like always we hadn't been for awhile so was abit disappointed that they had taken the play area away but keen to see how it's going to look after the renovations the carousel is definitely our go to place for family get togethers

Rude staff only went to stay a couple of nights while on a job Don't bother plenty of places in the area that offer a lot more

Had my 30th birthday here. Pricing was amazing! The room was so big and felt luxurious. Really was pleased to be able to hold an event here. Great communication with the team + party planner. Would definitely recommend this place to all

Amazing service and very clean premises! The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience. The food was decent, and reasonably priced. A big plus is that it's kids-friendly, with a small play area to keep the little ones entertained. A great spot for families!

Great place for a good and well priced dinner with the family

I haven’t eaten here for a while but I came 2weeks ago and ordered a steak/ chips and Veg for lunch and honestly not worth the money for the portion they gave, it looked like they didn’t have enough steak so they cut our steak in half and shared between me and my husband seriously the steak was smaller then my palm.

I found the customer service here to be both inefficient and rude. My inquiries were either ignored or handled poorly, and the representatives seemed uninterested in resolving my problem. This kind of service is unacceptable and makes me question their commitment to their customers. Don’t recommend this place at all, steer clear, doesn’t even deserve one star

Went there on Sunday. Ordered a chicken schnitzel and waited 35 mins for it. I ordered before the big rush of poker players came out but it took a bit longer than expected. Not sure if there was enough staff on or not as the bar was flat out as well

Fantastic hidden gem! All facilities are accessible to all abilities (pram, wheelchair, walking frame etc) Carpark is ample, so many spaces, all one level, no congestion. Excellent bottle o on one side, with separate entrance. The bistro is huge, clean & tidy with lots of seating available. The bar is located in the centre making it easy to access. The team are all so friendly & hospitable. The bathroom facilities are clean & easy to access. The TAB/pokies area is well planned, not too cramped & very well ventilated. The only ATM is located in this section which should be moved to a more central area for those not wanting/able to visit the pokie area. The bistro menu itself is reasonably priced with a great variety for all of the family. We’ve attended a few functions in the function room which is a great size & really versatile. The kids play arcade is a nice area for children of all ages. This leads out to the undercover/outdoor play area. It’s all secure with doors keeping the children in/safe - the only downfall is the walls don’t extend to the ceiling, so when it’s really hot or cold, the children feel it. More-so, when people are smoking outside close to the children’s play area, the smoke billows into the enclosed space, causing it to reek of smoke. This is the only suggestion we could make to really elevate the place, otherwise it is the most perfect family friendly venue in the area - 10/10

Was there to be a part of the Trivia Night, every Tuesday Evening. Can only get there every fortnight. Enjoyed it very much with my friends.

Very friendly and fast with service

Called up in advance to see if it was dog friendly, they said it was. The website also says that they are a dog friendly place but when we got there they said we couldn't bring the dog in. We explained that we rang up to confirm it twice as well as that the website states it is and they still turned us back. Very rude of them as we came all that way only to have to find somewhere else.

Me mates n’ I popped in on a quiet Thursday night for a few drinks, we all agreed that Caroline was by far the most friendly bar tender we’d ever come across, would definitely come back due to the friendly service

Plenty of parking and seating inside, has a sports bar and function room that are good for community events and activities. Great supporter of local clubs and community projects.

I came to the Carousel Inn for lunch with friends. We all had a great experience. Firstly, every staff member was friendly, helpful and offered a great dinning experience. It really felt like a great day out. Secondly, the food was delicious. Each of us enjoyed the meal we chose. I got the burger special and I have to say, it is one of the best tasting burger's I've ever had. And the complementary drink (that comes with the lunch special) was a special touch. And to have a great lunch and drink for under $15 ... a-maz-ing! I want to thank all of the staff for making our day so special. We all said that we have to go back again. The lady at the bar was helpful and friendly and helped us know where to go and times. The waitresses and waiter made our day complete. One waitress, after we commented about the food told us about the new menu that will soon be available. She made everything sound so good. Looking forward to it. Great Job Everyone.
