Wonderful Experience. First time ever purchasing from the online shop, super easy to navigate and fast packaging after purchase. Made 2 separate purchases, all fragile and highly breakable items, second purchase was only 2 weeks before Xmas. Both orders were beautifully packaged and arrived in perfect condition within 7-10 days from VIC to QLD. 10/10 service would absolutely buy again.

The manager here with glasses cant even bargain $5 less even if i buy 3 products from them. They think its a shop where people come to buy brand new products and they treat customer the same way as it we came to a showroom to buy a product which cant be even discount for $5 less. Wanted to buy a laptop which was $499 and asked the manager if the can do $490 for me, he said no we cant do it, buy the new one! Which was very rude. I have been buying tons of things from here since last 2 years, but not anymore as they try to rip off customers! Please go to any other outlet CC but avoid this place.

Big variety of items, don't be shy to negotiate for a great price.

Today I went there to sell my guitar, which is worth $1500. I asked how much I could get because I’m not using it anymore. They checked their system and said they could offer me just $100. It's totally disrespectful for that guitar; it’s hard to find, and it’s now worth nearly $2000 with the case. How can they value that much low? Please don’t go to Narrewaren Cash Converter. They are not doing a good business over there. The government needs to check those kinds of business soon. Shame on you, Cash Converter.

West of my 1 star the one staff name is BIYANKA fat woman looks very root and disrespectful person I went there to selling my watch she just look at me thought I m thief lady I buy this watch and I have received the watch so today I get bollying from her just fire her from shop

Not only did he go out of his way to find the right computer for me, he also spent extra time explaining a few things about computers in general just to help me understand. He also remembered me from years ago when he had first opened my account with cashies as I had a memorable street name which I thought was fantastic customer service. 2 days ago I sold my kids updated phones each about 18 months old and got around $260 for both, Fair. Returned today with a 2 month old Samsung phone with receipt and smart cover that i was selling, as my work had replaced it, and got offered $150.... They really are inconsistent and will low ball you if you let them. $150 for a 2 month old Samsung with 10 months warranty. Shame on you cash converters.

I have used their services quite a few times. Yes, there are a few employees that work here, who are just lovely people (especially in the loans department) but apart from that, the rest are very under trained uneducated dim wits who will illegally use and ruin items on your loans once you agree to a loans contract. Also a week before the ridiculous vaccination passport being scrapped to enter stores, they allowed me to be enter the store, proceed to the loans department and I was waiting there at least a good minute before anyone informed me they required you to present a “vaccination passport”, as there was no signage present, to indicate otherwise. I was there to pay my loan, I indicated I’m already at the desk though and no one told me this even though people are at the door, “it’s policy” they said, and if you don’t go back out side we aren’t serving you haha how pathetic ! Can they not use their brain and a little common sense in that scenario, when they’ve already let me proceed to loans desk and wait? When asked did they want their payment or not, they were rude enough to laugh at me and then go and intimidate me, by bringing other workers into the equation to bully this terminally ill disability pensioner out their doors. As a result of refusal to serve me, I lost some items very dear to me. I could not return as i have a long term illness, that sees me bedridden most days. The one day I was well enough to go there, that was the result. No apologies, no courtesy extension considering what they done, nothing! This is after already ruining my items I’d had on loan with them! It’s up to you but I’d literally go anywhere else to take out a loan than these crooks. I hope they feel proud they done all that, and the ridiculous mandate was scrapped not even a week shy of this incident. Use your brains and logical processes in such situations regardless of your policies! That’s what makes a good employee stand out from the duds, too bad they didn’t teach that in training these days!

Unprofessional staff, in most cases they don't have an idea about the product they selling. i.e. I bought an item few months ago, currently selling exact item but $159 more and in much worse condition, I asked why they selling it more, I produced my receipt, they replied by saying it's a newer model, but upon looking at the model number it's exactly the same. Also, the price they selling it, is only $20 less than a brand new one. So be aware what you buying from these second hand store. Do your research first.

Always have had friendly staff here, Yes the prices they offer you are low - but thats fine...I sell things here that I don't mind getting a lower offer than selling on either gumtree or ebay... If its worth value then I will use ebay.

Horrible store don't even bother, they rip you off and low ball you to try take advantage of your desperate situation. Instead of paying a reasonable amount for a item you sell they lowball you and they mark up the price 700% of the original purchase price. The staff are arrogant and rude and do not give people a fair go, I would not suggest this store to anyone stay far away there are better choices near by.

Don’t know other parts in the store but the loan system is a rip-off. Anyone out there looking to take loan for them please don’t get yourself in it.. the lady Amy is a total jerk

I have had a lovely time working with the friendly staff at narre warren particularly a young lady named medusha absolutely made my experience with them a great one

The staff are average here and not overly friendly to be honest and the prices are SKY HIGH to be honest and better shopping else where try another Cash Converters else where to be honest your better to be honest. They don't really move on price in the store.
