Customer service was excellent - nice to experience politeness and willingness from a lovely young staff member more than happy to help with our requests this evening. Food was lovely with seniors meals being more than adequate in serving size and really tasty prawns and calamari.

We would like to thank - Sristi, Justin, Tara, Noah, Priscilla, Zoe and Nav for a great meal at the Chelsea Heights, and also helping to celebrate our great mates 21st birthday. Great food and great atmosphere from everyone here. 🥳

I don’t think I could have experienced better customer service today at Chelsea Heights Hotel. Stristi went above and beyond when it came to finding a meal option for me with my allergies. Checking labels and checking in with the Chef as well. Nothing seemed like too much and always with a smile on her face. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful and the meal was lovely as well.

Large dining area inside a large glass dome, lacks character but good selection of drinks, friendly staff and standard pub menu. Not good for special occasions otherwise good.

Staff were very rude, we were a table of of 15 and staff were not helpful and rude! Place has gone down hill! Safety of toilet was just brushed under the table, was very scared to take my grandson to the toilet chemicals in bathroom, that a child could of died or seriously injured themselves

So I booked my birthday lunch with my whole family including many children and my brother in law used the bathroom toilets and gosh when I was shocked to the core of the smell of bleach that was on his clothes after using the toliet there was wet everywhere in the men’s bathroom there was 15 of us plus children checked the boys but they where all in contact with this hazard of bleech in the bathroom and it was stong of smell! I will never go here agian the safety of the kids and chemicals was terrible and I will be putting a complaint and this review please be careful as a parent chemicals of children young of age is verry serious and dangerous! Also half of the toilets where missing lids and seats will not be going back! I spoke to staff and managers and they pushed it to the side no care for family and children. And the hazard of a serious incident like this on a family birthday lunch. Photos below

Impressive pub food but it’s the customer service that has motivated me to write a review. Sristi had such enthusiasm and was so personable with my family and I. It’s so wonderful to have someone serve you who so clearly enjoys their job and values the impact they can make on their customer’s day

The service from Sristi this evening requires a review. Serving my family & I, she apologised that one of the meals would be delayed, explaining the presentation wasn’t up to her standard and she needed it corrected first. When she returned with that dish she explained that because the chicken breast isn’t frozen, the batter can fall off and look imperfect sometimes. She looked after us greatly and was worthy of a shout out. Pay rise?

Lunch with my mum for her birthday and I ordered the CHARGRILLED PORK BELLY jasmine rice, greens, sticky asian glaze. Meal was perfect well cooked delicious both me and my mum were happy with our meals would eat here again.

Husband and I both had the battered fish. So greasy and dark colour of fried batter suggests oil is old and needs changing. We've both been sick most of the night, and we will be terrible all day. Aesthetically, a bit grotty. Shame about the food. Service from staff was very good.

From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the planning process so smooth. The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and loved by kids and adults alike. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day, regularly checking in and being so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, which made it the perfect venue for a special occasion like this. So many guests commented on how great the space and service were. It wasn't very busy for lunch. The staff were helpful. The meals were a decent size and not too expensive. I had the mixed grill which I enjoyed. I didn't like the chicken wings much, but the rest was very good. I would be happy to go again.
