I have run multiple large functions at The Club. The communication throughout has been exceptional, staff on the night have been professional and eager to help and the food has been exactly what we asked for. I would absolutely recommend The Club for any functions and events.

Being generous with a 3 star as the setting was pleasant. We attended the bistro on 2nd January to celebrate a birthday with 14 people. We all placed our orders asking for the meals to come around the same time. Ten minutes later three servers came to our table offering us plates of pepper steak. Trouble is no one had ordered it. They just stood there frustratedly looking at us and getting louder about the meal order. I eventually took one of the steaks and a mushroom steak but made it clear I had ordered medium and they were giving me medium rare. After a few minutes the food manager came out and made us feel like we had done something wrong - I stood up and asked our table if anyone had ordered pepper steak - everyone shook their heads. My partner and I had no choice but to eat the steak which has been left in our table alone. Finally the manager came out and told us it wasn’t our fault but table number 55 has been mixed up with our table number 35. So eventually the rest of our meals slowly came out in dribs and drabs over the next half hour - with one of our party having to go searching for his food. Very mediocre service to stay the least. No offer of garlic bread for those kept waiting for their food - or a glass of wine for the inconvenience. Just a mumbled apology for the stuff up which was not our fault but significantly impacted on our evening. Also I had paid for the $35 steaks and only realised when the other orders came out that I’d actually been given the cheaperThursday night special steak. All very Basil Fawlty!

Not a bad course and is value for money especially the Twilight Golf package. Food is not bad and drinks are the same price as most places these days. It's a decent setup

Really nice food and great mini golf

We went there on Friday, 27 December 2024 for what's called Santa's Putt Putt. Specifically took our granddaughter there to have that festive atmosphere game. Very disappointed: no water running through those channels, the little lake (between holes 3 and 5) is drained, looks disgusting as paint peels off in so many places. Looks so neglected. Santa's decorations are only around first 9 holes, other part is same as always. Some decorations are broken. Of course it would attract a child to explore those broken Christmas balls. So instead of nice looking scenery and pleasant atmosphere we have just ordinary putt putt. Of course we talk to the guy at the counter, saying if something is not functioning properly you shouldn't charge people the full price. OR at least warn people before they pay! Is this a fair call!? I believe it is reasonable to tell customers: hey, we do have Santa's decorations, but our water running sections are drained, do you still want to go ahead? And what did we have heard back from that staff member: You came here for a game, not for the water! Well, staff should probably know - people come to the entraining venues not just for game only, but for the entire experience!

Went there for a Christmas party for the 1st time and was very surprised to find out about the Club. Atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great area set up for group. Thanks and looking forward to going back to just having a feed and cold beer.

Good entertainment with the golf, soccer games etc, but the variety of food was apauling. We are Vegitarian/Vegan and we seriously couldn't find anything close to suitable 😡

Highly recommend the Club at Parkwood Village. The team where wonderful and had contact. Our Christmas party was a hit, everyone loved the food and cocktails. Would defiantly look at booking future events here.

Beautiful spot, didn't know it existed. Went there for work lunch. We were outside where it was really too hot unfortunately. Quaint little shops, golf and more. Such a nice secluded area, peaceful. Lunch was really nice. Nicer if we went inside with the aircon but we were placed in an open area for some reason. Also has gaming machine if you're into that.

We went here for our grandsons wedding it was absolutely AMAZING. Loved everything about it.

Food was great - Chips were too salty, for what you'd expect from burger and chips. Restrooms were very dirty, and no paper towels, as well as a non-functional air dryer.

I’m fussy about my steak so rarely order it when I’m out but decided to take a chance after a recommendation from the bartender. It was a quality piece of rump cooked perfectly, with a really delicious pepper sauce, mash and green beans. My husband had duck meatball curry which was also excellent.

Excellent golf club. Would highly recommend. Only problem is the golf carts keep getting stuck and they keep beeping.

My visit to The Club Parkwood last Saturday, was nothing short of amazing! The venue itself is stunning, but what really stood out was the incredible service from Hayden. From the moment we arrived, Hayden greeted us with a smile and a bubbly energy that was absolutely contagious. He made us feel so welcome and looked after every detail with care and professionalism. His enthusiasm and genuine passion for customer service are unmatched, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does.

Visited The Club Parkwood on Saturday, November 16th, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Hayden's exceptional service truly elevated our experience. His bubbly personality and genuinely welcoming approach made us feel right at home. Hayden went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and personable, and because of him, we’ll absolutely be back! If you’re looking for great service and a fantastic vibe, The Club Parkwood is the place to go. 10/10 experience!

We celebrated a retirement at this venue, what an amazing night. Planning and organising this party was so easy thanks to Mel. The room was exactly how I imagined and food perfect. Duty manager and bar staff very accommodating. Thanks Parkwood and keep up the excellent professionalism in the area of events

Great place for mini ⛳️

Very trendy and funky location with various seating options including an alfresco area. Reasonably priced meals and drinks with nightly specials. Monday night is the parmagiana special that was big enough for two. Friendly staff and entertainment available for kids including a huge outdoor putt putt golf...recommend this place.

Daily specials and club membership really make it worth a visit.

I attended a birthday hosted by the club at Packwood. Kids had a blast. Jumping castle,ice blocks, hot food, a turn in the swing suite and a trip to visit jumps playarea next door. Staff were great and very helpful on such a hot day

Went for mini golf and was very impressed by the layout of the club and with the friendliness of the staff. Don't take my word for it though, pay them a visit, bring the kids, and you won't be disappointed

Whilst the course is good quality they overbook it and don’t enforce rules. Followed 3 women sharing 1 bag of clubs. it took 3 hours to finish 9 holes - waste of my time and money. Won’t come back

Great place for family and friends with plenty to do and food/drinks were great. Glenn was more than happy to help with anything and I couldn’t have been more impressed with both his and the other staff’s service during our family outing. Highly recommend!

Very bad ! Went for my bday after I had received the email in July (10th) about renewing my membership to get 30 dollars voucher during my bday month . My bday is in August, went there , renewed my membership (5 bucks ) then went to order my food for my family and I to found out that the system has changed in June and there is no anymore 30 dollars voucher but you can collect points for each dollars you spent . Soooorry , so why you sent me an email in July ???? So bad , I would have left but my kids where too hungry and it was too late as well to go somewhere else unfortunately (because you have to order after 5 30 pm to get the 30 bucks voucher which I never got it ) anyway I'll never go back again. Bad

We have been coming here for a few years now, just a couple of times a year. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On our last visit here this week this was still the same but we were a bit disappointed with some of the food. I ordered the Japanese Salad with extra squid. The salad was really great, very authentic tasting just like salads I've had a Japanese establishments. But to get only 3 small pieces of deep fried squid for $7 extra was very disappointing. We've since eaten elsewhere and the meal was more generous in it's protein and we paid a similar price. The rest of the food was ok. The lighting was very dim also in the backyard on our night and was only an ok experience this time around. I love this Club though and it's great that there's a jumping castle for the kids and the putt putt available, plus all the different options for dining. This time just did not hit the mark for us as it has in the past.

Played The Club at Parkwood Annual golf day recently, what a cracker of a day! We started off with lunch and drinks provided before teeing off with drinks/activities on every hole where we could gain an advantage for the best ball competition and we could also donate to some amazing charities to go in the draw for prizes after the round was finished. Mel and the team at Parkwood made sure everyone was constantly looked after and having a great time plus they provided dinner and more drinks afterwards before the winners for the day were announced. What an unreal day!

Staff not too polite and not helpful, charge my son as an adult.

Got to 10th to find 8 guys teeing off. They promised they were playing in two groups. Watching them on 11 and 12 we rang the golf shop. They sent a guy out to talk to them. This photo is 13th green with 8 golfers. Fat lot of good the discussion did. This is a Sunday at Parkwood. Lol.

Overpriced food. $28.90 for a pizza what a joke with 10% off the next time I come back to pay for overpriced food again. Birthday vouchers are now only $10 instead of $20. Not worthwhile being a member anymore.

On Our table a meal was served raw chicken, had a simple request to change chips to a salad on a meal but was denied due to it would put the stock ratios out, prices were high and time to wait for meal was 1hr. Minimal wait of 15min for drinks and table barcode scanner were disabled as said from staff. went to the toilet on my way out and there was blood and poo on the toilet. Last visit to this place

Place is an absolute rip off $34 for a child and an adult to play 1 game of putt putt golf. No way kid friendly fences with gaps to the car park. Not pram friendly ither. Nice place otherwise just over priced and not safe for kids. Food is over priced too a bowl of chips is $12 and a watered down coke $6 a glass it’s a joke.
