Love the Clovey.. Food is great, services is great! BUT... the ordering system needs to be improved. With only 1 person talking orders for food & drinks the line up & wait time is very long and makes the dining experience not as pleasurable as it should be. This also creates a line across access for other patrons to the dining room. All said and done and I will still go back again because the food is great.

Great to see some young blood in the bottle shop , even though the elderly bloke just walked of without serving me , the young fella even offered to carry the ctn to the car , that's never happened before . Great job young fella .

This place is gr8. I had never expected such an experience it would be. Location, cleanliness and amenities re wonderful. I would highly recommend to visit this place

A birthday celebration for lunch was enjoyed by all. We all enjoyed our meals, which were very large serves. The staff were great.

Food was good - very pleased that bread rolls were served, as this has disappeared from most places. The only criticism is the ordering process. Long queue for one register. People ordering meals and drinks and paying takes a long time, with only one staff member dealing with this. It doesn't make a good dining experience, to stand a long time in a queue.

Fantastic afternoon at the Clovey, absolutely lovely inside, outside area looks fantastic and I’m looking forward to coming back in cooler weather. The service however is the reason I’m leaving this review, if I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. They really made the experience fantastic, polite, friendly nothing was too much trouble.

Pie was nice, but served with fake mash potato. For $28 you guys can do better. Waiters were great though.

The Clovey Hotel is an absolute gem! The renovations look amazing, giving it a fresh but welcoming vibe. The food is top notch, good portions and great flavours. But the real highlight? The staff. Super friendly, always helpful, and make you feel right at home. If you're after a great pub with awesome food and a good atmosphere, Clovey is the place to be!

Decided to have lunch at the Clovy, havent been for a couple of years.Renos are great, bright and spacious. Was greeted as we walked in by nice friendly staff. We picked one of the outside garden areas to sit in. Menus and water were brought out to us by a nice bubbly gentleman. The food was great, prices on par with other pub meals. Will be back.

Fantastic local hotel with excellent service and great food. Highly recommended for a drink and meal or a function.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Clovey! The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and generous, with a modern twist that made every dish stand out. The Natural Oysters were a highlight—top notch! The service was exceptional, especially from Jake, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our lunch. The restaurant’s aesthetic is impressive and modern, creating a lovely atmosphere. I couldn’t fault anything about our visit. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to all my friends and family! Highly recommend!

First time dining tonight with my family of 5 and was such a lovely experience! Service was so friendly Kitchen looked immaculate and the restaurant and bar was so clean and welcoming. Food was delicious definitely will be back here again 😊

Christmas dinner with a group of 10 people, food came out in reasonable time and we were all eating at roughly same time, fantastic venue

Food was overpriced but made cheap,salad was, cabbage and lettuce mixed nothing else, schnitzel was from a packet all in all the food was cheap and nasty

I went to the Clovercrest tonight for my mate’s birthday, the food was great, the staff were really nice, and the service was good. The inside is extremely modern and luxurious looking as well. I highly recommend the Clovercrest if you going for a night out, or even as a venue for an event 👍🏻

I had a reservation this week, me and my son got settled at our table and I believe it was the manager who had a disgusting attitude, not just towards me BUT my 2 year old. Her attitude and facial expressions weren’t the best either. Her facial expressions said what she didn’t. To me I t felt like having a 2 year old was scum.. I felt extremely uneasy and very uncomfortable just ordering food in the bistro if it wasn’t for my son who was hungry, I would have got up and left. She was unprofessional and unethical in her job. Was very disturbing to a customer on how a good company can employ an inexpert such as her, don’t know her name but she was late 30’s and brunette. Please have a word to her on how she treats people, was very gross and made us feel very unwelcomed.

Great meal, excellent service an easy parking

We went for the music, which was outstanding, however as a chef the food was of a very poor quality. A 3 course Set menu, with choice of mains and dessert. They served pumpkin soup in summer, it was cold and had a thick skin on the top of plate, served too everybody at our table, it must of been sitting in the bowl for at least 75 mins before the waiters served. The main course, my choice was the steak. It had no seasoning not even a little salt and pepper. Very poor, We most certainly won't be eating their again. On a good note their choice on music is great .

All the prompts are about accommodation. We went there purely for a meal, so can only comment on that. Very nice meals, nice environs, easy parking, friendly staff, busy on a Saturday night as you’d expect. Not a place with any quiet corners, lively, good quality meals, and good timing of meals. We’ll be back. Only thing that needs improving, is to make it easier for people to find out the details of upcoming live music events. Eg A “WHATS ON” tab - on the website, - on the Facebook page - on the insta biolink etc Dancefloor is a great size, some parquetry tiles would be great, to have some hard dance floor. Excellent stage set up for the bands

First time dining here and it was fantastic. The meals are absolutely massive for the price and top notch. Service was definitely on point from the lovely bar staff who promptly had us seated with menus & drinks making it such a smooth experience. Our food was very quick to arrive and was just divine. Will definitely be back and recommend the Clovercrest Hotel to anyone.

Had tea here tonight Has been a few yrs seen last been..has been tastefully renovated, service very good..food delishes ..had lamb skewers husband had grilled fish..both excellent meals served with a warm roll.. well done Clovey!! Beats alot of other pub meals!

Great spot for a quick feed and a drink. Decent size servings for the price and an excellent range of drinks.

Excellent service the staff were very polite and helpful. The beef brisket was delicious and would highly recommend it if its on the menu.

Went after the renovations and food average so give it another try and food yuk! Pizza was oily and uncooked, triple cheeseburger was burnt roll and uncooked meat, schnitzel was like cardboard.

Booked the Patio area for my birthday and it was a very good experience. Staff were so helpful, lots of food options and lovely space. Great spacious location for the Northern suburbs. Is an outdoor area, there were heaters over the booths which was great. Other areas was a bit chilly for a winter night so need to dress warm for that. Otherwise a well sized spare where we had about 60-70 people.

I went with my daughter to have a meal. The food was very good, I had a chicken schnitzel and my daughter had fish (hake). We had asked for water when ordering, but had to ask a second time. Other than that, we were very pleased.with the evening.

Ordered a bowl of chips and a beef schnitzel the bowl of chips came out with a bowl of chips filled with oil every chip was inedible the beef schnitzel came out not cooked in the middle raw and also the chips on the main meal were filled with oil and black spots it was a disgrace photos to prove and I'm a regular here. The schnitzel was red to pink at best in the middle I have eaten over thirty beef schnitzels from here and this was an absolute disgrace the place would be shut down if they served this all the time there would be no clovercrest pub total value of the meal was $37 and all I got was a half cooked vinegar tasting schnitzel.

you have to try the lamb shanks!! 10/10. If I lived in Adelaide I'd eat here every week.

Went there for a birthday party. We were in an atrium room. Due to 8+ children being there, it was fairly soundproof for the dinners in the restaurant. The only concern I had was that the snack foods were all fried. There was nothing healthy, like carrots, celery, cucumber 🍅 or cheese platters. I can't say that was the hotels fault, but what was requested by the people organising the function. Overall, it was a great atmosphere. The main meals in the restaurant were very enriching, if you have a good appetite.
