Great little pub at flinders street station with literally half of it being full of all your favorite pokie machines. They have deals everyday so you regularly visit.

Clocks is a great place with great atmosphere and the Nepalese boys they take really good care of me. And i think its time to fix the aircon.

Good food & coffee, good service esp Rakesh, Claire & Rachel among others. Many regulars, can get crowded & noisy on weekend nights & more so on monthly cash prize night. Smoking area at back can attract loud drunk males so I tend to go to the front area. We always feel taken care of by staff, thanks. Edit: stars go down & less frequently visit due to being refused a complimentary biscuit by I think a young indian male, possibly named Moe at the cafe on night shift a couple weeks back. Also been refused soy coffees by multiple staff in a row lately. Kinda changes the good rep & vibe for me.. Sorry to all the great staff who make such an effort

Discovered Clocks at Flinders after a few visits to the Public Bar. I find the waitresses/staff especially the Assistant Manageress and security helpful. She pronounced my name correctly first time. . Big ups and respect to the security guys, Mohamed, Issa and Wai. Very helpful, always looking out for the safety of us and pretty cool guys which means you also have to be nice and act right. I reckon I'll always be going to clocks because of them. The membership deals are great too. Guys, keep up the excellent service, it's much appreciated.

i used to only walk pass this place alot but one day convinced to go in i was blown away by the good prices for food, great staff and friendly security guards. clocks has great live music on friday and saturday nights and great live music on a sunday afternoon. resident dancer brian always dances up a storm. i have met some good people at this venue. i love coming to clocks , very chilled atmosphere and friendly people.

Staff are always friendly and good to have a laugh with. Saturday nights live music is great fun! Service is always amazing and love the security so kind and easy going!

Security should be only managing security and not clearing tables and doing other jobs. They are not aware of what’s happening and don’t manage incidents effectively. Some people verbally assaulted me there and security didn’t do anything to intervene or deescalate, the situation got worse and the police were called which could have been avoided if the security did their job correctly. The only positive thing there is the cheap food which they can provide there because of the pokies. I won’t be going back there and definitely won’t recommend this place.

Worst customer service. Tables dirty. Food inedible. Told staff, and they couldn't care less. Toilets so dirty never been cleaned. Wouldn't bother stopping here keep walking past. It gets minus 5 stars.

This is hands down THE BEST venue Melbourne has to offer. With a simple membership you will instantly save at the bar, and what you save at the bar can go straight into the pokies. And when you’re stumbling and have no money for a taxi the train station is only a few steps away. Highly recommended

A couple who don’t drink very often decided to have one in this pub as we walked into the city one night, security at the door decided to turn us away because we were to intoxicated, beyond rude when we laughed and said we only had one drink with our meal half hour before hand. Won’t be stepping foot in the place again ruined our only night off together.

I Love getting a salad and add steak to it, So yum! The chef, bar staff and security are great! Even the atmosphere when music is round.

Had a night on the town, end up here slipping probably a few too many notes into those *amazing* machines. my parnter gets up to use the restroom. my money dies and the screen saver on the pokies comes on. still waiting for my partner to get out. yet security kicks me out for holding up the machine. all within 5 minutes of waiting. still had most of my drink to go. so in other words, you might drop tons on several machines, buy several drinks but before you can finish said drink while waiting for your partner, youve gotta leave. I had to walk back in 10 minutes later to search for her cause she had no idea i had been moved along. screw this place! I'm a paying customer, but within 5 minutes of yall not sapping my money, yall dont give a shit about us.

Have over the past years vsited this venue several times per week Good location Friendly Staff, save environment Compliments to the Chef and his staff Good quality food for a reasonable price. Portions are good size. I personally always ask for less

The foods and service are 10/10 stars as the chicken Palmer on Tuesday night is ….. oMG so delicious YUM and I want to special mention to the wonderful Manager on that day - He worn a very sophisticated black suit ( very well pressed and nice) his persona very welcoming and made me and my mate very happy as he doesn’t mind us only order the special of the day meal $22 dollars, he also introduces the membership to us and I love the memberships card coz I am a bit of the OLDY . The portion of the chick PaM is bigger than my FLat face and the chips and salad is just define…. Yum … I demolished the whole meal within 8 mins opps sorry . I should be more elegant or slow but it’s just too yummy . Thanks the Clocks and the beautiful staffs on that day/ night … also of course the man In charge . Mr manager in nice suit and genuine smile manager . Once again I love the dinning experience today ( Tue) also the other guests - S and R . aF staffs wow … we made some good friends there . 1 rock kills my 2 birds . Excellent plan to chill or just have a beer or —— gamble…maybe not coz …. Not my thing… as I usually just …think … it’s a fun thing . As you win some but lose more … lol . Thanks 🙏 😘

Stopped here because I was in a rush and to be honest had low expectations because of it being also a pokies establishment. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gave fast service. The parma was great for the price, quite large portions. Hot chocolate was also extremely well made. Never judge a book by its cover, right?

Great staff, better than normal bistro food, great coffee. Excellent meeting place for folk new to Melbourne too. Membership is easy and FREE. Members get good discounts and fun specialty nights. (It's a pity the Keno kiosk has been moved to the Smoker's area). Try it out. It's a fun atmosphere.

Clocks can get very busy. It's best to book a table. You will need to share your eating experience with TV screens. The location to the theatres NGV and CBD is excellent.

Ordered the sticky pork belly. Had no idea what a bang bang salad was and didn't think to ask. Turns out it's a cold noodle salad with Chili in it. It was full of flavour. Very much enjoyed the pork belly while watching the AFL on the telly. Enjoyable night out

Tuesday night was the perfect experience for us. We had chicken Parma and the sticky pork belly. Definitely the great tasty pub grub we enjoy. Portion size decent for the price. I’ve been there so many times for lunch and dinner. Always get the steak, veg and mash with mushroom gravy. Everything is always so delicious. The rare steak I order is always melt in the mouth. Never had a bad steak. The food is well priced. I always enjoy going on Sunday for lunch and watching Elise Courtney sing heaps of covers. She’s so much fun to watch and listen to. 1pm till 4pm. Definitely recommend.
