BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! From walking in the doors to the lovely ladies at the front desk to the food options. We came as a large group and the ladies were very helpful in getting us signed in/ signed up. The food was amazing! Great Asian cuisine options - in particular the pan-fried pork dumplings & Sweet and sour pork. We will definitely be coming back for that! It’s also quite affordable and it’s definitely filling. So worth the experience, totally recommend & will go again!

New and well designed accessible club, food is good and reasonably priced. I went with some friends who are in wheelchairs and the club is completely accessible. However, the music played is so loud it is hard to hear conversations. I asked to have the music turned down, but the manager said it was for ambience and could not turn it down. I wrote to the club but no one has responded. Disappointing, I would like to go back but if members and patrons are ignored who wants to go back.

Come for the steak, stay for the air con. Good pizza too and $7 schooners!

Vibe is good, like spending time here but the taste of pizza here is not consistent. We spend for quality time and food, please make sure to maintain consistency in taste of food

Today, we celebrated my husband's surprise birthday at Club Parramatta and I just had to share what an amazing experience it was. The club is fantastic but what truly makes it stand out is the incredible staff. Their customer service is exceptional and they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. A special thank you to Gui for being so supportive and helpful with all my requests, you really made the day extra special. Big thanks to everyone for making this celebration unforgettable 🤗🙏

New RSL has a good vibe. But the food selection and quantities have gone down. Forget share plates, shrinkflation very evident.

Parramatta Club becoming greedy. Initially, they increased casual parking from $10 to $12. Now from $12 to $16 - didn't see any notification of this latest increase. I have stopped parking there.

First time there, the club was clean, fresh, up-to-date. Food wasn't to bad for the price. Had the calamari and chips for the Friday dinner. Could have received a few more calamari though.

Yeah boy gets on it I like the food They had some delicious pasta with chorizo and a bunch of other things which unfortunately isn't served there anymore BUT It's really well maintained, the staff are gems, they're very patient and have a sense of humour. The woman with blonde hair at the middle food section remembers what my preferred steak level is and I have to write that in my phone to remember. She's a gem whoever you are, always a pleasure to see you ❣️ My only suggestion ( I mention this as several of my friends ( some of who've complained about the food being average) as far as I'm concerned I didn't study culinary school of fine arts and design and have no opinion other than. Food is food and we're lucky to be able to eat out so .. I have found the vegetables are often underdone. They're always that bit too hard. I've definitely cooked mine too few minutes and had the carrot fly off the table when I tried to cut it in half after microwaving but anyway That's my only suggestion But you do what you want 💕

Beautiful and calm atmosphere. Very nicely designed. Good array of food although there wasn’t a vegetarian pasta option so that was disappointing. Clean tables and carpets. Good service. Nice clean toilets with your own sink inside the cubicle.

We were out for the NYE at Parramatta park arrives early too get the concert wrist bands and ventured over too the club was very busy but let me tell you not too busy for the staff from the security too the bar person too the pokies attendant nothing was a trouble for them .. We were very impressed on how modern and stylish it was we are planning another trip too this place just for dinner drinks and what ever else this outstanding place has too offer on the said evening what a lasting impression Excellence. !! Our family had Christmas day lunch at this club. The food & service was amazing. Tables were decorated with bonbons, a nicely printed menu with a selection of courses to choose from on the day. Although it was a set menu there was no obligation to have 3 courses- you could just have a main meal- you paid for what you ordered. We weren't rushed out, tables were nicely spaced out, relaxed atmosphere with a view of parramatta park. The outdoor play area kept the little ones occupied. It was fabulous and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend it.

The place itself is nice, but I hated having to join on the spot to get in (for living in the 5km radius), even though it's easy and no photo was necessary (and it's added to Google Wallet). It was noisy for lunchtime, but there were tables available, which was great. It was pretty loud as soon as you pass the entry foyer. Food was great, though my friends said theirs was a little bland. You have to order drinks from the bar, so queues everywhere. Not a bad place to visit, but keep in mind that Parramatta has A LOT to offer, cuisine wise.

The food is great. There are other options to choose from. Ensure to check out the Wokafella Menu. The atmosphere inside is pleasant and makes anyone feel comfortable. I would definitely bring my family and friends over for any special occasions here. The service is amazing. I loved the pizza here too.

Cheap drinks for members, lunch specials are very small

It was so unfortunate I couldn’t experience Club Parramatta’s interiors and cuisine because my work Christmas party was soured by one security guard at the entrance. As soon as I walked in I was warned by my colleagues about a curt, intimidating security guard. When the guard told me my license is not acceptable I told I will get him a better ID because I wanted him to know I would follow any of his instructions but he responded with Are you ok? tone insinuating that there was something wrong with me. I asked him where there was a power point in the club and he mumbled something I said sorry, what was that? And he just got up close and clearly said I’m turning you away tonight for your attitude. I asked what have I done wrong he went on a lecture where he said I don’t have to explain myself if I call them police now they will side with me, escort you out and give you a $550 fine. This guard was rude, curt, intimidating and threatening. It was a Tuesday afternoon, me and my party were completely sober with correct ID and a lot of us were turned away for trivial things which turned an exciting end of year event into a sour memory shared by our team. Our team are not looking towards Club Parramatta for our next Christmas party

Came here for an informal work Christmas party to partake in the drag trivia hosted on tuesday nights and was left extremely disappointed. Multiple people from my group couldn’t get in because they “didn’t have valid id” despite them having forms of id deemed valid by the NSW government website. One of these people from our party was also completely kicked off the premises due to “sassing” the security when that is not the case at all. He was extremely rude to her and she was just defensive and rightly so. I also had a poor experience on the phone when trying to book the party as did one of my coworkers. We were continuously transferred to different areas of the club where most staff lacked knowledge of the events taking place or were just straight up rude. Will not be visiting again.

I ordered crispy pork, expecting it to be truly crispy, especially since I know how to make it at home. However, what I was served had soft skin, which was disappointing. I couldn’t eat it. The supervisor explained it was because of the gravy, but the pork skin wasn’t crispy at all—it looked more like it had been boiled.

Our experience at Club Parramatta was nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. Before our event, I called to confirm if I could connect my MacBook to their sound system and projector. During the call, I was rudely interrupted, and the staff member abruptly transferred me to her manager without allowing me to finish my question. The real issue arose after our year-end party. My manager was flagged and prohibited from returning to the function room while simply helping to pack up items we had brought for the event. He was not drunk, nor was he causing any disturbance. We even requested a breath test to confirm his sobriety, but the bouncer and receptionist dismissed us, behaving more like robots than service staff. What made it worse was the manager’s behaviour. We saw him yelling at another client and completely ignoring our concerns. Despite waiting for him to finish, he never bothered to address our situation or even acknowledge us. We had planned to continue our night at the bar within the venue while waiting for our manager, but after this experience, we all decided to leave and go elsewhere. Never again, Club Parramatta. Your lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude turned what should have been a fun night into an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

First recommendation, always book ahead. We were fortunate to snag a table but only just. It was booked out and absolutely packed. The food is enjoyable and priced accordingly. We got a heap of plates and shared amongst us. I think I would have been unsatisfied if I just ordered one meal to myself in terms of flavour. The atmosphere was so noisy. We wanted to stay for a drink but left as early as possible because we couldn’t hear each other speak. Lovely interior and design. We would go again but try to go at a much quieter time.

Worst RSL club we’ve ever been too ! awful noisy horrible place like a horrible giant noisy big pub all on one level no walls to filter noise , not enough seating for the crowds that get there , the food is disgusting and so over priced , the chinese food is terrible and over priced I ordered satay beef , got 4 pieces of beef with a ton of white onion and got horrible boiled rice no fried rice at all , there were four of us no where to sit and eat ! Pizzas are all dough no filling snitzals over priced awful . . Worst RSL club we’ve ever been too in our life ! Couldn’t hear ourself talk ! Drinks disgustingly over priced for non members .

Food was good, security to overzealous though made us feel uncomfortable & unwelcome . Shame as it's a nice little club.

Overpriced average food, and lack of communication with parking. Would not offer a reicpet for parking which is highly irregular and is against nsw law

We came in to have a steak dinner and were very disappointed with how the steaks turned out. The steaks, supposedly cooked medium rare, turned out chewy and tough. Chips and salad turned out mediocre. They were plated wrongly too that I thought my rump steak was a huge burger patty, when that was my husband's scotch fillet order on my plate. The only saving grace that night was the IPA and Guinness we had for drinks. Needless to say we are not heading back.

Great meeting place, spacious, nice meal, entree, mains , dessert, café. lots parking, less hectic area to meet but still can access shopping centre not far away. Close to Parramatta park

The owner needs to understand that the whole sole reason people come to this place is to enjoy food and drinks. However, now they have a separate bar which only operate after 5.30, but what about ppl who come before 5.30? Do they dont have any right to enjoy the bar menu or have cocktails, who ever came up with the separate bar menu idea should be sacked immediately

Amor is extremely friendly and provides outstanding customer service. She is always approachable and attentive, making the experience pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend her for her professionalism and positive attitude.

I was taken by a friend to treat me to lobster and noodles. It was terrible. The lobster was tastelesslu bland and the noodles limp so angry at the cost of a meal that was barely edible. A total fail

Ordered 3 Pizzas to take home. Don't order the Fiery Prawn Pizza as it had 5 small prawns over the whole Pizza.!! Drinks were more expensive than other local clubs and we were member's. Won't be going back that's for sure
