All I ask is for a clean room - filthy curtains falling down, big black spider included; shower disgusting and full of black mould - take thongs to shower in; carpet and couch dirty. Room in desperate need of overhaul. Extremely disappointed in our room!!

Unable to use the shower over the single jet bath, too dangerous, no grab bars and the bath bottom was slippery. The hot water service pressure was pitiful.

I have had the worst experience anyone could have had at this motel on August 23-24th 2024 JEWELLERY STOLLEN. Our badminton team was booked into this motel like we have over the last 10 years but recently this motel has new management . When we arrived no one at reception, so we made a phone call. Kerry the person in charge was shopping. She said we weren’t booked in till following weekend, So she had rooms for one night only. That night we had people knocking on doors calling out so many times and drug users were using rooms. We left next morning to go to another motel. Within the next 24 hours I realised I didn’t have my jewellery pouch, so I rang the office of the motel to say I never had it and told them it was in bedside draw of the room that I stayed in and could she go get it for me. She has denied this and it hasn’t been handed in.Definitely not honest people. This motel has gone backwards for sure.

Bed was very comfy. Linen and towels very clean. Aircon worked. I had an enjoyable night’s sleep and it was quiet despite being fully booked. Staff very friendly and helpful. I take marks off for “It’s a bit tired”. If you have mobility issues, I would suggest ask for an appropriate room. Thanks!!

Rooms were good, beds comfortable, location good... Very reasonably priced.

The worst experience anyone could have had at this motel. Jewellery stolen. People knocking on doors wanting drugs. We had been going to this motel for awhile with our badminton group but recently found it had been taken over by new management. When we arrived no one at reception gone shopping. They had booked us on the wrong weekend so we then had to find other accommodation. They then gave us one night and we had to move to another motel the next day. That night we had drug users knocking on doors all night and people yelling drugs upstairs. We never got much sleep. Once then at other motel I realised I’d left my jewellery pouch behind and rang to say what happened and they went to room and said it wasn’t there. I know it was there. Checked with cleaners and she said they were Indian staff and they had a language barrier. This motel has gone backwards. Dishonest people.

After a long day travelling the room occupied overnight at the Courtyard Motor Inn was quiet from traffic and most comfortable.

I stayed here overnight on a road trip to Brisbane. Whilst the bed was comfortable and the linen clean that's about where it ends. I went to make coffee and found an open and very frozen UHT milk in the fridge along with 2 frozen bottles of water obviously left by the previous guest. I removed them from the freezer and sat them on the bench above the fridge............of course they started to defrost and condensation dripped so I grabbed a face washer to wipe up the mess, the face washer ended up black from the amount of grime that was on the bench. The car park was very tight and parking is quite away from your room (especially if you are upstairs), the driveway is very open to the street and as my car was fully loaded for my move, security was a concern.

Perfect motel close to Shep Hospital. Lovely manager and daughter. Had an issue and it was dealt with promptly, not a problem with the motel, just a patron who was disruptive. Second time we have stayed here, would come again. Walking distance to Shep RSL and brilliant food served, along with a tinker on the pokies..Easy to access rooms, clean and well equipped. Great stay.

Alanah at the front desk is very helpful and organized. Neat rooms with good showers and bedding. Walk to town for dinner. Safe parking too.

My god, what a let down, rooms haven't been deep cleaned in ages, broken fly screens couch has previous occupants cheeses and chips still in the gaps, broken tiles just a problem with the lazy manager and staff.|If this is the best, well i give up, and the pool is full of leaves, dirt and just never cleaned.

Bit of a disappointment. The first thing we noticed was the fly screen lying on the ground outside the window. Very visible, but hadn’t been fixed (or collected). Everything was clea. Tthe wi-fi (which is advertised as ‘high speed’) was absolutely hopeless! Staggeringly slow. Wouldn’t even open text emails. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t notice too much noise. Had the communal-type bottles of soap and shampoo, which are never pleasant. One of the ones in our bathroom didn’t work at all!

Was originally booked here for 3 nights but ended up only staying 1 night.|Check in was terrible, what I’m assuming was the owner scowled at me for ringing the bell for attention after several minutes waiting.|Room itself initially seemed nice, upon closer inspection though it was not. There were dead cockroaches or something similar in the bathroom and in the shower, later I discovered the biggest one wasn’t dead as it was now missing.|As it got darker I realized there was a family of cicadas under the couch making their loud nighttime sounds.|I booked another place and left first thing in the morning.

Check-in was easy and quick. Room was ok, I hate shower/bath option (so very narrow where you stand) alot of noise from the road, but being a Saturday night might have been the local lads and their hotted up cars.

In town for business, I needed just an overnight option. Customer service was friendly... weirdly friendly in a familiar type way. ||It's located on a Main Road. The rooms are average rooms. There is nothing stand out about the rooms and they are dated. Looking at the photos of the bathroom it appears discoloured but I do not recall feeling it was discoloured when I was there. ||I got an amazing nights sleep here... I was tired, but... even tired I have been unable to sleep in other motels recently. I went to bed, watched TV and only woke when the alarm went off. I also enjoyed how easy it was to locate. ||The grounds were very well maintained.

This place was filthy!!!! Curtains were ripped,mould in bath room ,dirty spa in room , dust, mould in fridge and on milks provided ,mould on shampoo dispenser the list goes on and on . The hostess had food spilled down her shirt and was smoking when taking details and giving us keys.Just discussing and couldn't wait to get out🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Well appointed and comfortable. This is a budget motel that has been renovated with rooms that are modern and comfortable. Great price. Good wifi and close to the CBD. RSL is a block away and a great place for dinner.

We were yelled at at reception, then rooms were dirty and unclean, homejob shower grouting , old musty full water jug in fridge. I had a bug in my bed, and a domestic happened in the room next to us. Was a awful experience of a quick stop to our camping place, Don't recommend.

Family stayed here overnight when tripping around Victoria. Great location and exterior. Manager was pleasant on check in. Family room was very spacious but very dated. Beds clean and comfortable. Lights in bathrooms didn’t work, shower door came off rails, bourbon bottle under the bed and some bowls were dirty. Definitely an issue with cleaning. Didn’t try the pool but noticed other guests seemed to be enjoying the space.

While it was nice that the room provided crockery and cutlery for guests, they were not properly cleaned - had to wash food residue off myself before they could be used. Tea, Coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were supplied but insufficient for the room capacity - despite capacity for 3 guests, there were only 2 lots of biscuits and hot chocolate powder. It was considerate for the staff to switch the air-conditioning on before guest arrival, particularly given the hot weather.

We stayed there last night on Christmas night, the room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned, so they gave us the room next door, I went to the cupboard to get 2 plates out and they were dirty with a rice meal on them 🤢 she has really bad cleaners that’s for sure

The unit was clean and well designed (unit 9). The manager was helpful and pleasant to deal with. This all made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The property is a little bit out of town and although on the main road it is well set back so noise was never an issue. I would be very happy to stay there next time.

We booked in for the first time in 30 years. Very duo with how we were greeted. Like we were an inconvenience. Got past that, went to our room, could not get the TV to work. Called reception. After 2 call’s finally came to our room. Owner could not make the TV or advertised free wi-fi work. Said try it in 30 minutes. Did this for hours, not Tv, no help, no offer to offset the inconvenience either. Not doing it again.

Basic rooms that are adequate for short stays. Great central city location though. Booked here as a pool and spa were advertised as available. Upon arrival, pool pump had been turned off, water was green and filthy with rubbish floating on top. The frogs living in it thought it was great!

The worst motel I have been to in Victoria. The attitude of the female at the reception is atrocious. I called the motel in the morning thinking that I had left my wallet and instead of helping me and asking me questions this woman mocked and had a big laugh and asked me to come and get anything that you have left here. When I called to make a complaint to the manager about her attitude she shouted at me and hung up the phone saying that I cannot talk to anyone and she is the manager and she is not reporting to anyone. I am shocked to see such customer service and never again I will ever go to this place. Please watch out when you look for places to stay in Shepparton.

It was a small room, two beds and a bathroom. Well cleaned. Wifi was not a very fast, dropped out constantly. No clear instructions on how to get breakfast.

Nice beds and fresh linen. Adequate amenities. Quiet despite being on main road. Bathroom grout is awful and needs specialist grout cleaning. Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke.

Incompetent reception staff and horrible rooms. Cleaner nearly as useless as the receptionist. 4 of the 20+ rooms are roadside on a busy main road and somehow you always end up in those even if you kindly ask prior. It'll be my last stay here.

Booked the room for a solo trip 1 night stop over. Checkin was 1-Click and hassle free. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was clean and the small spa bath an added bonus. A basic motel room with basic facilities for a good price.

It seems clean and has been comfortable last 2 nights. shower powerful and hot enough. Road nearby is noisy.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating however the first room we were in was less than sub standard - it smelt musty and like a really bad public toilet as you entered into it. The source of the smell was the bathroom, washing hands in the sink resulted in soap suds coming through the floor and whilst it did air out when the window was opened it reappeared just as bad once it was closed. The staff changed our room after we said we could not stay in that room due to the smell. The second room was much better but appeared tired and believe both rooms we stayed in could benefit from a deep clean.

Reception was very welcoming. Close to RSL. Bathroom door kept sticking on tiles. When we had a shower the water went all over the floor and very slippery. Toilet seat was broken but when we told reception he came and fixed it straight away.

Place isn't very clean. Carpet is yuck, bathrooms need a good scrub down. Power plugs are in stupid places. There's appliances for your use but the outlet is in the middle of a wall, nothing along the *benches*. 2 people to a room - only 1 plate, 1 mug, 1 bowl, 2 forks, 1 spoon, no knives. Electric blankets were plugged in and on but didn't work. Heater blew out dusty air. Family member found a bed pillow covered in foundation in the cupboard. Some stains on the doona cover. The photos of the pretty white and red, nice crisp and clean looking bedding is NOT what you get. Instead you get some tired dust cover blanket thing that covers the doona and pillows that smells dusty and stale. Seems that there is new owners marketing off the previous owners names. The bank statement when we paid revealed this. Definitely not worth the amount being charged. Will definitely not stay here again.

We had to buy cleaning products before we could use the bathrooms and the outdoor furniture. Noise from other tenants was horrific. Management only intervened after we complained.

Tv hard to work. Bad internet. Phone broken so couldn't ring reception. Doona had stains. Clumps of hair in spa jets. Dead bugs stuck to bathroom ceiling. Plumbing very loud when neighbours flushed. Strange banging off and on during night. Could hear traffic all night. Staff not overly friendly. I don't recommend this place.

Large rooms in a convenient location. Getting very tired - mattresses were worn out, lights blown and the cleanliness was pretty poor.

Reception were friendly . Room was dirty . Fridge had food in it from previous people . Bathroom floor was very dirty . Dead bugs everywhere and the shower was not clean . The curtains are all stained . The carpet was also dirty . The bathroom door has dropped and kept getting jammed on the tiles . It’s a shame really as the Motel is in a great spot .

Nice welcoming when you arrive, but the room is in desperate need of a clean…. The showers full of bugs and soap grime up the walls plus the dust along the pot of the shower. It’s hard to get fresh towels everyday. We sneezing a lot in the room and check the aircon and it was completely full of dust. Bins haven’t been emptied from previous Guests Plus side beds are comfortable, but cleaning isn’t a priority on the things to do

One wouldn’t expect the owner to enter your room when your naked and just a towel covering you claiming to have flooded bath, clearly to see was wrong and a pathetic apology.

Bed was comfortable room space was cramped, not much room to move in a wheelchair., Clean and quiet.

Comfortable bed but too much traffic noise at night. Unfortunately all accommodation is on the same road here.

Disappointing TV not connected to WIFI and WiFi unsecured.
