Went to buy a eufy camera, not knowing anything about them. Rang the store and spoke to sargent. We then went in store and Sargent's expertise was fabulous,he set us in the right direction and his customers service was second to none. Lovely guy, knowledgeable and couldn't ask for a better experience. He's a credit to the company. All you want in a staff member.

Man there is a guy with a long goatee in the computer department that is really really rude for years (he used to be at Helensvale) and gives out false info and denies service at his Owen will. Everything else at this store is 5 star, thanks.

Extremely disappointed I purchased a iPhone 15 pro max yesterday morning online for it only to be cancelled and they don't have stock and can't get any even tho online they said they had stock at this store. Now it's gonna take 3-5 days for money to get back to me which is hard to believe and being soo close to Christmas I will. now not have a phone..

My excellent Sony headphones had a Bluetooth pairing issue and was replaced by JB Hi-Fi's Extra Care. Following the prompt and easy assessment process, I collected my new replacement Sony headphones a week later. Thanks to JB Hi-Fi Robina and especially Matthew for going above and beyond, making the whole experience friendly and convenient (even avoiding the busy Christmas queue)! We can usually expect good service when we're spending money, buying something from a store. Great to know that when we're not buying something and need support JB Hi-Fi Robina exceed expectations by providing their same professional assistance throughout the customer journey. Very disappointed with how the way my fridge sale went ordered a fridge in November where she said it should be delivered around 18th December I went into to see if all was going well last week to be told you won’t get it to February now, no one had the decency to let me know it was being delayed to then so I could cancel the order earlier to have a look earlier than 2 weeks before Christmas so disappointed with not being told

John at the door was able to help me with every question I had. When we were unable to find the right product in store, he directed me to where I could find exactly what I need. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service. I will be back again. Thanks John!

Been a customer since JB was one store in Victoria in the late 1970s. My preferred store now is JB Robina Town. I've developed a good relationship with the sales staff and always get great deals.

Whatever you do, don't participate in their trade-in program run by Assurant. Seems they have quite the scam going – I was encouraged to participate, encouraged to spend the value, and followed every instruction they gave to me. When they received the phone they said it was damaged (it wasn't damaged at my end) and they slashed my trade-in value by over half. Be wary.

Getting someone to help you is like pulling teeth... The staff will actively avoid you and when you finally get someone attention they make it their absolute goal to hand ball you to someone else. Good guys and Harvey Norman are looking like a better option...

This jb is growing on me over time. They used to be a total rip off, however now they have legit deals on things, and the staff aren't so persistent (which is a good thing), before they used to try to sell you something like the fate of Armageddon rests on you buying the latest Google pixel pro instead of a Motorola.

I was extremely disappointed by the service provided here. The tall guy with glasses (staff ID: 8302) served me and was extremely racist.

Best JB hands down. Sarg was amazing, and got us the best deals we could find for my iPhone and our laptop. Such a nice team! Will be back here for sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻

DONT EVER BUY THE EXTRA CARE. You still have to pay when you get it fix or replacement. Will never shop here again. Traumatic experience 😞 they said I can always upgrade my phone with these extras and subscribe to their plan.

Immediately after the store opened, I approached the counter to purchase my goods with 1 other lady who was wanting to return an item. The sole lady at the counter called for assistance from the floor to help her with the return but did not acknowledge me waiting there to purchase. When I asked if someone could put me through as I was in a rush, she snapped at me saying they were short staffed. After highlighting that myself and the other lady were the only people in the store, compared to multiple staff members who were talking with each other on the floor who could be called to help, she snapped again saying they weren’t allowed to do that. Missed getting her name because I was so taken back by how rude she was at 9.05am- will never return to JBHI Robina!

Went in there to buy an iPad. Came down from oxenford. No one could be bother to serve us. We are the Apple Store now buying one. Normal jbhifi lack of customer service

just bought an iphone 15 in a deal with a case and screen protector. they gave me the wrong case, one for a 15 pro which definitely does not fit. tried to get us to sign all these promotion deals but forgot to mention phone doesn’t come with a charger. really disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to purchase an item with a lock on it. Staff member asked me to wait by the area.. 3 staff members nearby too interested in talking about their phones rather than assisting a customer.. I decided to purchase elsewhere.

Adam was fantastic looking after me with a new TV. He had all the right info for me.

Friendly staff and helpful people for the sales process, but painfully bad warranty process. I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner which had one of the head attachments break. The manager at this store would only start a warranty process if the both the head attachment and vacuum was returned. I asked if he can check with Dyson if this was necessary as the vacuum was working and he refused. I called Dyson directly and their warranty process was amazing. They are sending out a new attachment without me needed to send anything back.

Excellent selection of products from JB Hi-Fi Robina. I was there to purchase a new microwave oven and new CD release. I received excellent service from all of the staff! 🙂

Adam in the hifi section.. absolute rockstar for service!!! Went above and beyond helping us out with a new turntable and speakers.. that didn’t cost the earth, with awesome sound quality. Knows his stuff!!! Highly recommend!! Thanks Adam!!!!
