Just visited this evening, they had a new security guard and i am a local here. Been there for years and this new bald ugly dude try to threaten me to kick just for no reason. They should fire that guy

Friendly staff not crowded and if your into gambling that's in a separate area so you don't hear the noise locals are nice too.

Not a good experience.

Can't comment on the food but the service is terrible. Dropped in mid afternoon for a refreshing beer and got called 'boss' numerous times by the young bartender. Despite the word, it really means a show of disrespect, and can only put it down to a lack of training or lack of breeding.

Only went to the pokie room. Was pretty quiet and didnt win a thing!

A great little pub in Ashfield. Great staff. Worth a visit. There is a giant crocodile on the wall that's pretty cool too!!

Will no longer be going the this pub to slap the pokies. I was on my way home I from wests leagues club and stopped as I was driving past. I told the nightshift security guard I couldnt sign in and would have to write my details down. This bloke has seen me almost every second shift he works and he gave me a hard time I had my qld drivers lic, electrical contractors licence, west leagues club card all with photos and he was being arrogant towards me for no good reason. I left and went to the ashfield hotel the service is much better there and you get treated like a valued customer. They have lost me and others that I know as customers, all because of one person.
