What can I say, had a flutter and won.

Went to Crown Casino Melbourne at 1 pm today, and experienced racism and discrimination from one of the managers when I requested to renew my crown card. They dismissed me from being able to use the facilities without any explanation or reasoning. The manager was asian and threatened me that if a worker saw me gambling they would have me banned. This is extremely unfair and unreasonable to be treated this way by not only a worker but a manager, as I simply just requested to renew my card and was treated this way.

Amazing place , so big , everything a gambler could want . Highly recommend the pub restaurant good food . This place won't disappoint .

I hope the service at the crown casino is top class respectable. And safe luxury service does matter same as the crown casino should be a luxury brand. Luxury brands matter so I'm definitely a customer if luxury brands existing I can't wait.

This place is slowly dying! There are too many pokie machines that have replaced table games, like Baccarat and Roullette. Mostly, they were half empty on a Friday night! They've taken out a lot of table games, and the ones that are available are priced out of the normal punters price range! For example, Baccarat tables that were available, nothing under $100 min bets unless you play on a computer, and the tables that were available were mostly $200-$300 min bets! Before Covid this place was rocking on Friday nights and weekends, now, it's just sad 😔!

We weren't here for long as we were only walking through to The Pub from the car park, but from what seen the Crown Melbourne was neat and tidy, and the complex had great decor. There was a wide range of restaurants and the food mall which gave plenty of variety. Also, there are plenty of shops as well as entertainment with Holey Moley, Village Cinemas, and King Pin, just to name a few.

It was awesome if you from overseas definitely one place to come and see when there’s a festival like Christmas Chinese New Year lightning is awesome

Great place, staff extremely helpful and friendly. We had a glorious view from our room (this doesn't usually happen to us) cafe/restaurant available with delicious food.
