I highly recommend this RSL! It has everything—delicious food, great drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere for fun and relaxation.

Great place to meet in Dee Why for food, drink and watching sports on the big screen. Excellent live music venue upstairs as well.

I got questioned by security about my age. It escalated to the manager and they spent about 30 minutes confirming if I was above 18, despite giving them all the information they needed. They didn’t give my phone back nor did they let me drink the beer I paid for. He realised I was above 18 and couldn’t drop his ego and so he continued to waste my time. He told me to leave and wouldn’t let me finish my drink until for some odd reason he changed his mind. Genuinely the most embarrassing thing I’ve seen from a manager.

Good atmosphere Clean, plenty of parking and not overly loud. We got 2 meals from the pre cooked menu, strongly advise against it Chewy chicken, staff got ordered wrong and didn’t rectify the issues. Meal was reasonably hot, just bland and tasted like it’s been there for hours and yet the line up was long and things were turning over…

We booked dinner at flame at 5:30, and because we forgot the time in the bar area, we were about 15 minutes late. We were happy that they still let us enjoy our dinner, but at 6:30 the staff started to remind us that we could pay the bill, and they came to remind us every 5 to 10 minutes. We knew from the moment we booked that we had to finish at 7 o'clock. At around 6:50, they asked us to leave and pay. Do you agree with this kind of service?

Drinks expensive, Prosecco $14.10 in a plastic glass in Venue area. Battery House eating areas a bit tired and noisy, got charged extra for gravy with my steak and also replacement sweet potato chips instead of potato chips! Live show standing only, no prewarning on tickets or website..

We are not impressed with the fish and other foods. In the past was fine, but now it's gone down hill. So disappointing.

Be cautious with the January seafood special mine was let's put it this way my rubber thongs would have better and easier to eat.

A welcome from friendly staff at Reception from the moment you enter the Club. Multiple dining options to suit everyone's tastes and budgets. Families welcome. Friendly and highly-trained staff throughout the Club. Extensive gkexible meeting and functions options. Gaming options for those interested. Obviously a well-managed Club, which supports a whole host of community organizations. Also an obvious supporter of our Northern Beaches veterans, with a Northern Beaches Veterans Wellbeing Centre on L4, managed by RSL LifeCare Veteran Services, offering veterans with support for homelessness, DVA claims and advocacy, employment assistance , general health and wellbeing, and the Spur Equine program working with horses. You won't be disappointed with everything this wonderful Club has to offer. Highly recommended.

Staff are always happy to serve the customers they have pleasant manners, plus there are 5 food venues to choose from, and food always good to eat.

One of the reasons that drew m, back to DY RSL was how wonderful the staff were. When I first walked in the made me feel so welcome. One of these members of Staff was a man by the name of Ziggy . Ziggy made me feel so welcome when I was there and I know even my friends commented oh his happ,y friendly approach. He was also very professional and really was such a asset to the RSL. However I just recently heard that he no longer works there, ice spoken to friends and staff but no one can tell my why he left, however everyone I did speak told me what a huge hole he has left. I agree. As I dont know what the circumstances are of his departure but all I can say is 1. If he left as he found another position , then the company he now works for are very lucky to have him but what a loss to the RSL. To let someone with his qualities go is very disappointing, if I ran the place I would if done anything to make him stay. 2. If he was terminated for some reason then whatever it was, it should not of happened. I could go around and have over 1000 people probably more withing 30min sign A character reference stating what a wonderful professional person he is. If I was DY RSL I would be looking into this decision because it was a very wrong, poor decision which has made a lot of people very upset. Ziggy if you read this, I wish you all the best , you are dearly missed. I met you prior to DY RSL when you worked at the hospital. My son was there and you really helped him. I was then so happy to see you in the RSL. All I can say is its a huge loss for DY RSL but a huge gain to the next place. I have spoken to a few people who have worked with you in the past and they all said how professional and well respected you are in the industry. That says a lot. You have touched a lot of people. I wish you all the best.

Great Rsl club, excellent vibes and very family friendly

We've attended regular church services held in their function rooms for years and find the whole establishment to be wonderful - parking, staff, food, facilities, decor, warmth. If you can look past the sad reality of pokies funding the whole place, it's a wonderful place to gather with friends, family and even business connections.

Great atmosphere, plenty of different spaces to sit and enjoy drinks

Went to watch UFC after a morning at the beach and it was a perfect venue. Plenty of screens, good food and great service. Never felt the kids were in the way and had room to explore and be entertained.

Unfairly treated and been accused of been

I believe Its the first impression of a place that either makes you want to come back or not. My first impression was how welcoming the staff which is one of the reason I do come back. I There is one particular gentlemen, (who seems to never the place) his name is Moss. His customer service skills are amazing and rare for someone who also is in security. He genuinely cares about the patrons and personally he makes me smile everytime I walk in. Ive worked in customer service and its hard to find a person who has the ability to relate to people in a professional genuine manner, yet Moss does this with ease, Dee Why RSL are lucky to have him And for the record this is a genuine review, the only interactions I have with Moss is when I spend time at the RSL.

Kicked my friend out during a performance because she was on a dudes shoulders even though they were giving warnings to other people doing it and not kicking them out. Ruined the night.

Came to the club, was greeted by a gentlemen called Toufic, very professional, courteous and a high level of customer service experience.

Paul at 25 is the best bartender I have ever encountered. Definitely the best cocktail I’ve ever had. But the conversations, the connection, oh my. Paul beats therapists at their job while he excels at his own job. Thanks Paul for a memorable afternoon. Thank you for being you! I appreciate you. I will be back next week same time. See you then. Hopefully I will see a different smiley then… Cheers

Should have a better place for the raffle so you can sit and watch the raffle needs to be in a sitting area ,which I'm sure a lot of people would agree on

Went to the cocktail masterclass with Sarah Schumacher, and what a fab night! Sarah is so much fun and so knowledgeable. Three cocktails, charcuterie board and a take home recipe book. A million times worth it. Look forward to many more!

It’s such a beautiful club I love the ambience and you can have nice quite areas to meet with friends , just a shame some of the food is not up to standard I wanted a nice roast dinner , but the potatoes are boiled with skins on and the pumpkin is not roasted .They should be roasted if that’s what it is called and the food was served cold . Warm the plates at least.

Needs serious care for the elderly and very young and best as you know without excessive ambition like go to timezone

I am very upset, first time that I went coffee was very bad (I heard that girl that was doing wasn’t a barista so I thought to give a second chance). Second time there they forgot my order and when it came, came in a take away - I didn’t ask for take away
