I will drive out of my way to come here for a hardware store. They are so helpful and friendly - I always walk out with what I need and a plan on how to do it.

We used to be customers for decades and decades but not anymore. They have very expensive calendars here - you have to spend $50 in store to get one - what thieves; they can shove it! Can you believe it? How lousy is that? It’s the only business I know of in this area that does this. Anywhere else is happy to offer a ‘free’ calendar to customers. This is no way to gratify customers’ loyalty. Follow us - don’t go to Diamond Valley Mitre 10. They really don’t look after their customers.

75mm stormwater pipe @ 6m was $73.44 at Mitre 10, same pipe at Bunnings is $32.38. Makes it really hard to justify shopping at Mitre 10. I feel like I have been robbed !

I just arrive you guys store at 14.05pm, 27/07/2024. Asking if I can swap over for the clock that didn’t fit from other store. A girl at the check out turn me away as the good not buy from you guy. The day before I did call and talk to a gentleman about the issue, he did check on the system that they have the stock and he said “no worry come in and I will help you with the issue”. I don’t have a time to making around.

Always super helpful. Even had one worker completely plan out an automatic watering system and then proceeded to help me get the pieces for it.

Better than the local Big Green Hardware store because it is all in one location; has garden supplies (soil, sand, Tuscan, etc) and excellent customer service. Full range of trade timbers and building supplies.

I went into the shop to get advice for my mold on my cane blinds and the young lad that originally served me was lovely so he gets the 4 star review where the old chap was abit rude and I had the felling that he had the attitude that a hardware shop was no place for a woman not very happy!!!!!!

Walked in this morning and was immediately greeted by a staff member who enquired if I needed any assistance. They really are the gold standard for retail.

I have been going here for years because of the fantastic staff and what was great service. However having had a problem with a Makita line trimmer recently we discovered that the management will not stand by their products. They took in the faulty product which had already broken once a few weeks into ownership for a second repair still in the 12 month warranty period in and incredibly months later in November just ahead of a severe bushfire season haven’t repaired or returned the line trimmer and won’t refund the money. They won’t resolve the consumer issue until they are sure they are getting the money back from Makita. We had been strong backers of both Mitre Ten and the Makita 18V system however it’s time to try something else. An unbelievably poor experience and in breach of Australian Consumer Law, but they don’t care.

Rang this morning to set aside a radiant bar heater and went to pick up in the arvo. First time visiting the store and it was a surprise 😮 All sorts of products available from plants, paints, hardware, house hold items and heating. There's more but you can go online and see. I'd been searching for a bar heater online for 2 days and this store had what I was looking for. Very impressed! There are about 4 Bunnings around my area that do not carry bar radiant heaters. Thanks Mitre 10. Oh and did I mention, very polite and helpful staff by phone and in person. Cannot recall any names but I'm sure they know who they are. 😉

Diamond Valley Mitre10 has recently won a national retail business award and I highly reccomend a visit to immerse yourself in an amazing shopping experience. All Staff are Mighty Helpful, super friendly and keen to go the extra mile to assist with your purchases. What's great is you need not look for help, they will find you and offer their assistance. The range of products is huge! This is a destination with much more than Hardware alone and pricing is very competitive. No project too small or too big and feel confident that you have the right product for the job.

Service at this place is always amazing, chalk and cheese with the other mob.

Fantastic ...it was a proper hardware. was looking for some things that were lacking at local hardware barn ,the one with sausages out the front , but Diamond Creek Mitre 10 had a huge array of what I was chasing ..and smiling ,happy,helpful staff too

I came in to buy a line trimmer and had one in mind. A friendly face greeted me and showed me the range. Ended up with a battery operated trimmer. Lachy was amazing. He showed me everything and showed me how things worked. It was so easy and no pressure. Well done Lachy. Your service skills are A1. Trent.

Walked into the paint section and asked for tips and pointers on patching a hole in a wall and colour matching, my curiosity was brushed off with “ah it’s easy just slap some paint on it” I continued to ask for what I needed to get this done correctly, but it was clear they just wanted me to leave. Brought a sample piece of the wall in and the guys at the paint section tried to match it. After trying they said “you have better eyes than me, what do you think” I replied that it looked nothing like my sample, they said “we’ll use the machine to detect it” After patching the wall, and repainting a small section. It’s clear the colour looks nothing like the sample brought them. Lazy staff who are careless. Never wasting my time going to Mitre 10 again, going to Bunnings from now on.

It was a pleasure shopping here. Some very friendly staff that helped me find the products I needed. Much better than that other bigger hardware store.

We were served by Jack who went above and beyond in helping us make decisions about the processes and products for problems with our deck. Really helpful.

Order some things online and this was the store closest to put the order together and send. When it was delivered, one item was missing. Called the store and was told one of the staff members will bring it to me on their day off. Got the item the next day. The staff that I spoke to were very friendly and actioned the issue quickly too. Thanks again to the staff! :)
