Love coming here when family books here. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Plenty of games for the children to play with. There is a sauna and pool to swim in. They have a BBQ area.

Best place to stay. Love this place that much. I WANNA live there. Everything was perfect. And always has been xxxx

Booked this thru hotels dot com. Nothing what so ever alike the pictures on the web page. Room was pretty out dated. Full of cockroaches. Complained about this, all i got was a can of spray.

Rooms are great nice and clean exactly what you would expect and fully equipped with everything you would need. Youu can't get a much better location right across the road from the beach one block from supermarket and restaurants directly on ground floor and all the way along marine parade absolutely sensational the only downside is elevators can be quite slow during peak hours of the day other then that perfection not the first time I've stayed here and I will be coming back again that's for sure 😊😊

Front desk staff are very rude and completely lack any customer service skills. The maintenance team are fantastic as well as the activities staff. Don’t expect your tv to work but I guess that’s not the reason why you holiday on the coast.

Great place , opposite the water, pub & cafes underneath. Supermarket & banks within walking distant..buses on the corner.Adult lounge on premises. Pool & large spa. Friendly staff. I could not find any faults , l have rebooked for the same time next year.

Good value for money, our apartment was large, and had everything we needed. However, the road was very noisy, not good for sitting on the balcony

Excellent position next to the beach. Friendly and efficient staff. Some Facilities are starting to date. Can be a bit noisy due to traffic. But excellent for a holiday as it is surrounded by restaurants, shops pubs and clubs. Highly recommended.

Built in 1984. Pretty tired and average for the price. Spa pool didn't look clean. We got stuck in an apartment on the road side of the building for 7 nights. Very busy road with lots of trucks, busses and motorbikes at all hours. Single glazed and sounded like there was no windows at all. Tried ear plugs but didn't help. Staff not helpful. Said that they were 100% full, although didn't seem full in low season not school holidays. Couldn't shift. Best thing is location with beach views.

A great place to stay. Ocean frontage, lots of shops, entertainment, whales in season. Clean and well maintained units. Lifts busy on check in days.

Been to the beachhouse numerous times.. each time as good as the last. Coolangatta Beach on your doorstep.. All the amenities of surfers paradise without the hustle.

Amazing Hotel!!! Booked through Classics and for an amazing price. Awesome beach front view and great size for the whole family. Facilities such as the activities (mini golf, tennis, outdoor games), pool/spa, sauna are all amazing and well upkept. Rooms were also great with comfy beds, foxtel TV, and completed kitchen due to them being self-contained units. Restaurants and stores surround Griffith St and all are very useful and tasty. If you ever want an awesome place for you and the kids, this is it!!!!

Was in room 1103. Very spacious and clean. The rooms are fairly modern and are very cozy and comfortable. Have been coming here for many years and was finally gifted an 03 room after being in 01’s and 02’s which was a treat. Rooms 03 and 06 poke out meaning there is a better and unobstructed view. Only problem is sun pours into the room ALL day. Toward the end of the day the master bedroom became incredibly hot, due to the sun pouring in, no aircon in there. Only aircon in living room. Wouldn’t wanna be in that bedroom in summer, would be BOILING. Hotel staff are INCREDIBLE. Zali is very efficient and welcoming ☺️. Fans are directly above beds (which are extremely comfy btw) which allows for great airflow during the night, however means they look like they almost hit the wall and almost bump the fire sprinkler 😬😬😬😬. Overall had a great time here and HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed and it still ticks all our boxes for a family holiday. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed there are a huge range of restaurants close by as well as Woolies just down the street. ||If I really wanted to be picky here are my suggested improvements. The toilet paper has to be the worst I have ever used, so bring your own or buy some from the local supermarket. A supply of clothes pegs in the room would be handy to keep stuff attached to the clothes airer on those windy days. Parking near the garbage room can be a bit unpleasant at times, so anything that could be done to make it smell like roses would be nice.||Finally a tip. The lifts can be slow during busy periods so just be patient - you are on holidays so chill and have a chat to whoever else is waiting it will help pass the time.

Spotlessly clean. Amazing location. Fun activities. Friendly kind staff. When I got sick and went to hospital for a couple of days they watched out for me for the rest of my stay.

Excellent location being across the road from the beach. Fantastic recreation area on the first level with pool, sauna, spa, toddlers pool, bbq area, tables, games room, bar and cafe. They have $12 cocktails Monday-Friday and cake and coffee special of $8 daily. Beach towels are available for use in pool area, as are other sporting equipment. The resort offer free airport shuttle every Friday and Saturday to holiday makers,on check in and check out day. The apartments are very nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry and a lovely living area with balcony. I would suggest asking for a higher floor (above level 9), as the streets of Coolangatta can be noisy on the weekends and early mornings, when the street sweepers start and rubbish is collected. Had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this resort to families. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Our family has been coming here for over ten years and we absolutely love it. The units are huge and the location is incredible. The Beach House has bikes, tennis, mini golf and so many more activities. We love it so much and will come back for as long as we can. Highly recommend.

This is my go to apartment when I holiday at Coolangatta. Large modern unit, lovely Greek restaurant downstairs. Has unlimited wifi and nice facilities such as pool, mini golf, half court tennis, pool table, games room. So many restaurants to walk to each evening.

I have stayed here a few times and I usually suggest me friends to stay here also. We all love it. The location is great, rooms are a great size and it’s always great to see the beaming smile of Maxeen whenever we checkin or need anything. Seeing her every time we come is almost like coming home. I stayed in my room 1101. When I first heard the room number I was worried the view wouldn’t be too good. I was wrong. The view was amazing, could see lots of ocean. Room was incredibly clean and tidy, a strong hotel room smell entered my nostrils every time I walked through the door, giving off a relaxing vibe. Everything is so close and all ammenities were perfect. Bar food is pretty good. Only complaint from me was one of the lifts broke dow, resulting in getting stuck for over 30 minutes. Then that lift was out of order for the rest of the holiday making checkout a disaster. They have 2 lifts for around 130 units which is ridiculous. They had a maintenance guy running the lifts manually meaning every time you wanted to go down you would have to either phone reception to get picked up or just take the stairs. Apart from that small incident, the holiday was absolutely fantastic. Shout out to the cleaners who were so nice and friendly, I admire their hardwork and how well they clean the rooms, wow!!

Excellent two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment 702 everything we needed for a weeks stay . Friendly staff made you feel very welcome. Pool is excellent I enjoyed a water aerobics class with the beautiful Catriona she does this class two times a week free of charge. Level one is the place to hang the bar for happy hour ,games on the lawns , great bbq area ,spa and the team put on different activities join in or just kick back this place is perfect for it. Downstairs you have it all at your feet movies,restaurants,shopping,clubs ,beach and heaps more. This place is for all ages. Our room had lovely views from the balcony and second bedroom. Fully equipped if you wish to cook we got the best of both worlds eat in and or so when out . First time here but hope not our last time.

Our room was a good size with all the necessary amenities along with a fantastic view from the balcony.

They only give BH Coolangatta 3 1/2 stars on their own front door? I have given BH 5 stars because they deserve it.

A wonderful 17 floor apartment resort in Coolangatta. Rooms are large and very comfortable with all the expected facilities. Most activities are on the 1st floor, including swimming pool, spa, sauna,BBQ area, bar, snooker, table tennis, tennis, mini-golf etc. Free bike hire is great as the resort is by the beach with excellent bike and walking pathways. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. As is a supermarket. Staff are very helpful and the resort is highly recommended.
