Basic bowls club nothing special in its decor gold coast prices for its limited menu felt wine was a bit expensive meal although (30 dollars for rump) was a bit over priced for a medium rare steak that came out medium.

What a place. Great food. Great service. Real locals vibe. Sit outside and enjoy the breeze with a nice cold beer. well done to the owners on the recent fitout upgrades and menu changes.

Food was terrible, $20 for 3 bao buns and I don't think they even steam the bar bun it was a dodgy frozen one I think was similar to cardboard. I would avoid this place they can't cook bao buns and excessive price, I got 2x lots of 3 for $40 and they were terrible

Venue was nice enough for a bowls club, food was hit and miss depending on what you ordered. Unfortunately, I went with the Bao Bun option, which was priced on the higher end for what you got, and it was a miss.

Greta little spot for a special barefoot bowl on a Weekend. Service staff are friendly and very attentive and a great local feel to the place. The bao buns were fantastic, and clear to see why they were a popular choice.

Ah the smell of wet and chemical washed carpets and drunken smokers gambling on the pokies, complimented by a light feasting of our flesh by the local parks mosquito and sandfly population.

Great place for barefoot bowls.

Went for a Sunday afternoon Christmas event. We were able to bring in our own food for nibbly platters and sat outside near the BBQ, under cover and between the 2 bowling greens. I felt the bar area was a little dated but overall a good experience.

Great Club

Tonight I organized a get together with 60 members from Lions Clubs from South Australia at this venue. The lovely outdoor BBQ area was the perfect relaxed space to entertain, and the lovely staff at The Bowls Bistro catered the most amazing food, which was not only of the highest standard, but also great value for money. Highly recommended.

Best bowlo on The Gold Coast. In fact, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better one anywhere in the world. Amazing staff, great greens and wonderful local community vibe. Awesome new restaurant next door too now - this place has everything. Try it out - you won’t regret it.

There are 2x bowling greens. 1x of the greens is in great condition. There are bbq facilities and new Bistro that is about to open. The staff are friendly and service is great. A full stocked bar as always. There is also a pokies area. Parking lot adjacent.

Great place for the Asian restaurant, Great food And I must add,if it only had a Dome cover, Like Calliope bowling club, as a all weather, day nite bowling, plus a function facility ,with artificial grass,over no 1 green, it would create a exciting bowling experience.

Had a party there and the staff are so wonderful. A huge shout out to Karen, you are amazing. The platters were organised & delicious. Nothing was too much, we may have had a spot of rain but that did not stop the celebrations. Highly recommend for your get togethers

The service at the club is great but not the Malaysian Restaurant “ Kenny’s Malaysian Restaurant’ The attitude of the lady boss in this restaurant is appalling. She is rude and even told one of her customers to leave . The poor old lady was asking politely about the menu. There is no need to be arrogant and her mannerism towards customers is unacceptable. The Lawn Bowls Club should do something about her behaviour. The food is good doesn’t give her the right to speak to customers rudely.

Had the pleasure of joining the Saturday bowlers playing drawn pairs. The green in front of the clubhouse was a pleasure to play on. The members made me welcome to the club. Enjoying a sausage sizzle and a drink together. Maximum credit to the greenkeeper. I intend to bring my wife along and enjoy dinner meals, as i was told, was well worth it.

Great place for barefoot bowls with friends or family. At $5/person and play as long as you want it's excellent value. Not crowded at all like some other venues. Cold beverages at excellent prices, friendly staff and a totally relaxed atmosphere and if you're hungry afterward the restaurant is pretty good too. Try it out 👍

The lady at the bar was lovely but the attitude of Tracey at Kenny's Malay restaurant was appalling. Such a rude woman! I have since read reviews on TripAdvisor which endorse my feelings We won't be back to the restaurant but will pop in for a drink at the bar
