Excellent service today from the young guy in the tv section in the citystore(didn't get his name but he had an eyebrow slit) Gave me a nice welcome first thing in the morning and was genuinely interested in helping me out with the best option for a tv mount..well done ✔️

This JB Hi-Fi smells really bad

Great customer service despite being a bit busy. Had to wait for assistance, but once a staff member was free, they were quick to help and very friendly. Overall, a positive experience

We purchase our dji camera at the Bendigo store but called into the Rundle Mall store to buy a wall charger for the camera. While there my husband mentioned the error issue with the sd card we purchased to go with the camera. Tyler explained the sd card was not compatible, hence the error message. He was friendly, informative and went the extra mile for us. 10 stars for his friendliness, knowledge, promptness and problem solving. We also thank Luke for matching Tylers professionalism and help.

Went in to purchase a JBL speaker on a very busy Boxing Day. I was in and out in 30 minutes, all sorted, quite remarkable.

The staff and the manager in charge for today 27 Dec 2024 is awesome. They can handle my problem quickly. Thanks to them today.

Terrible customer service. I went to buy the cover for my Kindle and they assured me that they did not have the model that I wanted. I told them to please look right behind them and they said that they did not have it. I decided to go back 20 minutes later and buy the “only model they had” and from the line I saw the model that I had asked for and they assured me that they did NOT have it and they just said “I’m sorry.”

I went into this store on the 22nd November to purchase two security cameras with SD cards. I waited by the camera section for around 15 minutes while several staff members walked by. After receiving no service I went to the desk and they said they would send someone over to see me, I did this three times and after around 30 minutes had passed I walked out and went to the Gepps Cross store where the service was excellent.

Greatly helped by the staff to get the deal that you can get. Better than black Friday or holidays sales!!!! SUPER HAPPY

Bad customer service

Came in at 5mins before closing, the staff wete helpful and didn't rush me. Made sure I got the cable that matched my tv. Reasonable price

What are they doing? Their own system said they had 3 in stock. They could not find stock. Was told none in any JB hifi in the country. Jumped online when I got back to the office and could order click and collect. Didn’t do this as another store closer to home was showing stock. They couldn’t find stock either. Ordered click and collect and got the message to say it was ready within minutes.

Don't get me wrong, friendly staff, helpful where able. But for a main city store, the selection of stock available is absolutely nothing short of appalling. Especially in the laptop and mobile phone areas, I would hazard a guess that of products advertised in these areas on website they maybe lucky to have 35% on display and available. Quite poor I thought considered a main city store.

There is a good variety of stock in store and it is easy to click and collect.

Obviously looking lost, assistant was quick to respond and lead me to the desired area. Product line discussed and sale completed. No fuss, highly knowledgeable and polite to boot.

The staff were very polite but really have some trouble on offering comprehensive instructions😭When I bought a SIM card here the staff told me to simply follow the instructions on the package of the card and the Belong app to activate it and I could get a plan of 7 GB/21 $/month. I wanted to do it right there in the store but the staff apologized and said that they still needed to serve other customers. I went home, inserted the SIM card in my iPhone and downloaded the app, but the plan mentioned above was nowhere to be found except in a pdf that lists all the plans provided. So the next day I went back to the store and waited for a while because the sole guy who knows his way around SIM cards was serving other customers. Turns out this plan can’t be used immediately. You have to use the regular plan for the first month, which is 25 GB/30 $/month, and then you can change to other plans. I had him hotspot me (this store provides no wifi despite being a tech store) to get through the other steps like linking a credit card and adding an address. When everything‘s done I still couldn’t get cellular data. So I headed back and waited for several minutes just like before, and the staff told me that I need to reboot my iPhone for it to work. So in general, polite staff. But if you want to get things done, ask for all steps and prepare to double back😣

Thank you to Immer Claire for helping my partner and I order a TV today. She was super, super helpful, and went above and beyond what we expected of her, and helped us get the TV we wanted super quickly. Massive hats off to her! 👏

Awesome friendly service. Staff member even went to the length of checking that my dead earbuds would fall under the consumer law replacement as an expensive pair had gone faulty after 2 years.

Kat in the computer/tech department was outstanding. Her customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to assist with my internet problem was exceptional. The level of service and professionalism exceeded my expectations.

Called earlier to get new iphone and worker informed us they had 5 in stock so we ran down in 5 minutes to get there and get gas lit when he tells us he looked at the wrong one and then proceeded to try and sell us more stuff! What a waste of my time!

Just called up JB HI-FI at the Rundle mall location, got transferred through to Jarred who handled my issue perfectly, was patient and accommodating. Great customer service and could tell he did it with a smile. 10/10

Great and friendly service

A nice tech store to go to if you want discounts, I got myself a M2 Macbook Air 16/256GB for about $1900 AUD. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it is air conditioned, so it can be warm or cold depending on the weather outside. It was a bit hard to find for me though, since it was underground and hard to locate within the mall, other than that, it's a good place to buy tech/tech accessories eg. laptop bags.

I was told to go to the yellow wall where I could pay for my item and Six people in a queue and one person on the tills and stood for several minutes and YET staff just standing around close by doing nothing! Really bad service..: I left my item and will buy it elsewhere!

Helpful staff, I got what I needed but remember that you can always buys things cheaper online.

Staff wasn’t helpful .

One of the worst online tracking systems in Adelaide. I ordered a projector from this store (which operates online only). They told me it would take about a week for the shipment to arrive but couldn't guarantee it. I was supposed to receive a message when it was ready for pickup. It's been two weeks now, and I haven't received any updates. I visited the store multiple times to check on the status of my order. The only information they could provide was that the item had arrived from interstate but wasn't ready for pickup yet. When I asked for more details, they said they couldn't track where it was or when it would be ready. At one point, I received rude responses, telling me I'd get a message when it was ready, but it's now been over two weeks with no updates at all. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. I wish I could give 0 star.

Really weird staff. Reluctant to help. Ask sarcastic rhetorical questions. Offered discount but then refused. Go to a different store.

Today we went to buy cover for my mac book when we said we can’t see anything around can u please help the lady on the duty was so rude i could not note her name but was with short height most be filipino she brought just one piece from inside and told its only last piece remained would u like to pay cash or card i mean there is no option to decide either we like it or not she was asking to pay directly her tone was so rude will never go there xxxxx i will recommend not to get humiliated when she is around

The service on the floor was good but the shop is understaffed. I brought in a pair of headphones that I tried on, but they didn't fit over my ears. When I went to swap them for an over-ear headphone like I thought I bought in the first place, staff member was very helpful in showing me which ones would fit. He said I could swap it over fine. The counter was unsure but said that it was okay since they aren't inner ear, the packaging was intact, and I'd gotten them during that week. But they ended up taking the headphones I'd brought to exchange, not putting any of the money I'd spent on the first pair onto the new pair, so I not only paid full price for what I was trying to exchange but also paid for a second pair of headphones that I no longer own. They could've at least given the old pair back to me to sell myself, but now I guess they're just gonna be written off? And instead of paying $139 for one pair of headphones, I've paid $218 for my own headphones as well as the ones they took back. I shouldn't have paid for them and just left with the unusable ones, but they shouldn't have taken back the ones I'd already paid for without doing the exchange like we'd discussed.

If you are going to put security tags on everything then make sure you have enough staff to take them off when someone wants to purchase a product. Waiting 15 minutes to get a team member to assist, poor form.

Excellent customer service, I bought a laptop and paid with the wrong card and I didn't realize it at the time, a few days later I returned and the very friendly staff solved the problem and I paid with the correct payment method again. Thank you so much :) P.S(In the store, Jayden helped us with all our questions about the laptop and speaks Spanish as a second language, (in case anyone needs help with the language in the Latin community) :)

It's an alright store. I just regularly have the problem of the store only having the blu ray version of the movie I want. So I often have to walk out with nothing.

Shocking customer service Went in wanting to buy a portable charger had a couple questions as well. No one approached me asking if I needed help. Walked around trying to find a staff member. Asked someone if I could have some help they said they would send someone down. No one came. Asked another staff member for some help they also said they would send someone down. No one came. All while there were two staff members watching me look around and were just chatting to each other.
