This place allowed a group of women to get so inebriated on a Saturday night they started glassing each other and brawling outside on the street, laying on top of each other outside our restaurant on the other side of the road as they were smashing each others heads into the concrete. Our waitress had to call the police and I had to take my granddaughter inside away from the screaming and violence. Tonight I passed by asking them for a little bit of ice for my husband’s sprained ankle and they said they didn’t have any ice. This place is a big part of the problem this area has. Steer clear and take your money elsewhere like I will.

Don’t go here. Food could only be called good if you drank half the bar. Owner was quite rude didn’t make us comfortable at all. Waiter and bartender were friendly and a delight. Ignore all the owners responses to reviews but if you read them it will give you some insight ;)

Always friendly service. Margaritas are a must!!! My daughter who is a chicken schnitzel freak LOVES the schnitzel here. Good quality thick chicken . Tonight I had the spring rolls and sweet chilli sauce. Was quite good!

Proper garbage. Not usually one to leave a bad review but couldn’t let this slide. Chicken wings arrived stone cold, tried one, they were clearly off. The 1 star is for the frozen Hakka Vegie Spring rolls. As someone who spent 20 plus years as a chef this is possibly the poorest offering of food I’ve seen. Be better.

The bartender was super friendly but who seemed to be the owner could not make us feel more unwelcome! Snapped at the bar staff to close up and we left feeling like we had to hurry to scull our drinks and leave. Horrible experience due to the one person and may of been the owner or manager

If I could give the food a zero I would have. Ordered bao buns, sauce was bought out of a bottle, bao buns tasted liked they were heated in a microwave, pork was chewy and hard. Service was dismal, having to go to counter and order. Chef swearing, and picking teeth, and cooking straight after. Sounds like this business needs to close. Don't know how it has been opened for 6 years. Kitchen in same area as cooking station, alarm bells. Way overpriced too, its the end of this place. Save your time. Yeah I ate it cause I was hungry. Should of off thrown it at your face. Yeah I should of gone to woolworths" (that's how you spell it) I would of cooked a meal way better than the meal you did. You cook like you spell."

Bar 11? More like Bar 0 I was contemplating whether to leave a review or not; however, after reading the owner’s replies to NEGATIVE reviews I am compelled to warn the reader. Firstly, note to the owner, the spelling of the word is “expensive” and you should take a business management and anger management courses. Secondly our thoughts on the place were those of utter gratefulness for the third party discount we had under our belt because boy oh boy the food is painstakingly horrible. The mash is bland packet mash and everything is overpriced compared to the market. The chef is another story. He is one of the rudest people I have ever seen, he was so rude to the poor bartender, who gracefully recovered from the verbal abuse. The 1 star goes to the bartender and the waitress as they are the only good thing about this place. My only other regret after tasting that tasteless mash was not checking Google reviews before stepping foot in this place. Never again. Response to Owner: Cooking by myself? What a delightful idea. I am confident it will be edible unlike the tasteless crap you cook.

Myself, My Son & 80 year old mum, decided to get out & try a new Restaurant, even though it was one of the coldest winter afternoons. We got public transport so could try Bar 11' s Cocktails & were pleasantly surprised to find that Tram dropped us just across Rd from Bar 11. We were also happy to find it was cozy inside Shopping centre off cold windy Rd. Great friendly service, nice warm atmosphere with good background music, would be a good venue for intermit Birthday party's & small group get togethers. Looking forward to going back for lunch or dinner & trying more of their many cocktails, on Happy hours. Chef was friendly & enjoys delivering good food & great service👍

Owner visibly rude and aggressive to staff, a walking red flag

The manager Richie is extremely rude and shows no respect towards his staff. Speaks in a very rude manner to them and shows terrible management skills. I've spoken to other customers there who have also observed his horrible angry attitude.

My mum, aunty and i had some celebratory drinks at bar 11 last weekend 🍷🍸 The service is really great! Julie and Sian were wonderful and we had a lovely chat 💬 The food was so delicious! Went for some drinks after work shame was raining as the outlook from the outside tables was quite pleasant. Drinks were reasonably priced but not cheap service is very good without being exceptional. All in all we enjoyed our night.

The bar staff were incredibly friendly What truly set this bar apart was the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The music played in the background was an overall vibe of the place. It was just the right volume, allowing for conversation without overpowering it. The cocktails were a great disappointment. We had 3 of the menu and they were watery and mine was very bitter. We had been there before and the food was fine but I don't recommend the cocktails

My son and I were recommended to try out Bar 11, by a local tobacconist. We are so appreciative for the recommendation. Fantastic atmosphere, excellent cocktail selection made to perfection, the food was fantastic and an awesome vibe. Bar tender Boy had extensive knowledge on the drink selection and great recommendations. Highly recommend visiting, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible. They sell a $6 bottle of wine for $47 and then become abusive and rude when you explain it’s not drinkable. Glad we didn’t order food. The owner was rude.

I've been staying at the local resort and have enjoyed a few great meals at Bar 11. The staff are awesome and it has a great feel/ atmosphere. Will definitely return for more.

Extremely overpriced food is all pre made out of a packet staff pushing for sales drinks are $30 extremely unprofessional behaviour needs to be shut down. You would expect a very high end experience for the price you pay. Avoid like the plague

I never do google reviews but have to this time. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant before in my life. 1/ My Canadian Club and dry was so watery. I don't think there was any CC in it. 2/ Karage chicken is NOT Karage Chicken. It's Frozen Chicken bulk bought. With watered down Soy sauce. 3/ Five Spice Pork Belly... chewier than Beef Jerky. 4/ Angus Beef Sliders...... very average! 5/ Food was cold 6/ The waitress was about to come up and see us and the Chef called her and told her to stay away. When I went to pay the bill we weren't even asked how our meal was, we weren't even spoken to. I was charged a $3.00 surcharge without being asked. Definatley don't recommend this place. I just wish we'd read the reviews before we went there. Please don't make the same mistake we made.

Very good service and very nice cocktails!

The steak was dry and every piece was burnt. Had to cringe while eating it. The waiter seemed nice and asked how the food was, but when I said it was terrible and burnt she laughed awkwardly and moved on. A waste of money for a small serving of steak sliders at an outdoor table with metal stools and cigarette ash and the constant smell of smoke from the kitchen. I have never complained about any food I’ve ordered from anywhere but I felt obligated to leave my honest review so the chef can fix the food.

My family and I (husband and small child, plus including senior mother and father) came to stay close by to this bar and thought it looked a nice place to stop for a quick drink after a long days travel up from outer state. The “owner” served us and got our order wrong as we asked for a non alcoholic ginger beer… his response was this is not a cafe. Most, if not all bars I’ve been to has our own Australian bundaberg ginger beer available. He then persisted arguing about the fact that this was not a cafe and stormed out kicking myself and my whole family out, including my senior parents. We were not allowed to finish or even start our drinks we had purchased and we did not receive any refund at all. This “owner” then became verbally abusive to all of us in front of my child and aggressively attempted to escort my family out by the arm when we were already on our way. I feel very sad and very disappointed by this little man’s actions. This is not the way we do business here in our beautiful Country. I hope you think about your actions and appreciate each customer with respect as this goes both ways at the end of the day.

The website pricing is misleading to what the pricing is at the restaurant. The staff aren’t overly welcoming. The food was pretty poor for what you pay for, kinda the type you can make at home for half the price. Is a cute spot but feel like more flavour to the food should be added.

Went here for dinner. Very keen on the menu everything looked good but service was poor and felt unorganised. The food came out cold and we unwillingly went up about it and got yelled at by the chef. Will not return. We got replacements which was nice but it wasn’t a great night Edit- My friend is the one that spoke to you and in your venue we only had one round of drinks. We were not drunk or yelling at you. And the food was cold as I was eating it and I was the designated driver so I was fully aware of the situation. I was mostly nice in my complaint for there were many other issues with your hospitality but if your only response to well deserved criticism is to say we were drunk you don’t deserve our business.

great bar with great atmosphere and the bar manager on-site at the time certainly knew how to make cocktails, we eventually stayed for 3 and were only supposed to stop in for 1 so well done, had already eaten so cannot comment on the food only that it looked good.

We have been here quite q few times over the years & the food & service has always been amazing which is why we keep coming back, however, we were there yesterday & the prices have been raised & are astronomical now - cocktails are between $24-$27 each & a plate of tapas style food is well over $20! Unfortunately we will not be going back anymore as the price of our meals & drinks yesterday for 2 people was $200 which is the same as a 5 star restaurant.

It's okay for quick beer or good but can be very loud / noisy plus stools not the best too sit on for too long etc

If I could give zero stars I would, the food is absolutely disgusting the owner served my steak overcooked and cold, I asked for medium rare and I got well well done. He overcooked the steak and it had no flavour at all. The mash potato that came with the meal was powdered mash potato. The salad was pretty much like eating grass. The drunks were also revolting!!!! I wish I read the google reviews before eating there. On top of it all the steak was $42 and I had to pay a extra $2 for mushroom sauce. I was told that the chef had been fired and that the owner was doing all the cooking. PLEASE DONT GO HER FOR FOOD OR DRINKS!!! Read the reviews and see how the owner attacks people who leave negative reviews. He can not take any criticism at all….

Super disappointed went to order a few cocktails and order some food off advertised menu to be told that this was not available and the website was 2 years out of date and all prices had increased substantially. definitely won’t be returning!!

Had a rump steak which was $25 2 months ago but now $42 and cold. Wife had burgers sliders and then got Diarrhoea. So food quality has gone done but price have gone up

went in to have some lunch looked at the menu so different to online it was double the price. It was just a waste of time really, wouldn’t recommend going here
