I spoke with Hunter this morning who was able to help me locate my receipt for my fridge. I was super worried about not being able to locate it as we weren’t sure whose phone number it was attached to and we are having some issues with the seal (otherwise an awesome fridge). They were more than happy to help. I called the store while they were serving another customer and they were so kind to hear me out and then popped me on hold, and they got back to me in a timely manner too. They talked me through the warranty process and how it works if we needed to have someone come out to assess the issue. I’ve seen some pretty horrific customer service lately and this just made my little hospo/customer service heart happy. Thank you so much for being a good egg and caring! Overall just so kind, so lovely, so helpful. 10/10 customer service 🥰

Been dealing with this branch for years, excellent in every way all the time.

The staff here are the reason I return year after year. Today Alex was beyond helpful resolving my product issue, and with his wealth of knowledge, he gave me some great advice re ps3 controllers. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted as always, and every staff been met including check out, was friendly and helpful.

I got the best service last week when I came in with 2 X people for a fit bit watch! Thankyou so much for all your support and for being so friendly, patient and kind to us. It’s hard to find such good service and caring people, really appreciated it!

Just drove 20 minutes to this store as it states on their website that it closes at 5:30 get here at 5pm doors won't open what a waste of time and petrol thanks for that not happy

I've never been to this shop and ended up disappointed by the staff not being helpful. This is not my closest JB but my go to one for that reason.

Never order online from JBHIFI as they don't deliver and they do not seem to manage their couriers. I ordered a Galaxy Watch on the 30th November. The watch was packed and picked up on the 2nd December. Estimated delivery was the 3rd December, which changed to the 4th after I waited at home to sign. It is now the 9th December and still no watch and no communications even though I have logged numerous complaints. Called the helpline and was number 50 in the queue. I will pay much more to order items on Amazon as they get delivered.

Great service. Ash helped us work out best washing machine for our needs and budget. He really listens and does everything to help. Biggest letdown is the delivery service. We've waited 2 full days after being told by delivery team it would arrive and still waiting. JB team have been amazing trying to resolve but their hands are tied. The delivery has let down the whole experience.

Always good for electrical items.

Today we went to look at robot vacuums. The lady in vacuum section had no clue what she was talking about, sounding quite bored. We decided to peruse and 10 minutes later returned to her, and she forgot we just spoke to her. So got the order for the vac, it was at the warehouse and her directions were confusing. Lucky the register clerk pointed us in the right direction. It is just behind the store 🙄

I bought an iPhone 16 that didn't work, the staff were quick to throw their hands in the air and waiver any responsibility rather than actually try and help, then during the frustration of it all a manager came through and sorted me out. While he was reluctant to give me a refund I'm happy with the alternative he provided

Went to Harvey Norman Bundall to get an All in One Computer and stood around for over 10 minutes without a single salesperson asking if they can help. Headed to JB Hifi around the corner and was greeted on entry and was asked if they can get anyone to help me. Hadn't even been there 10 seconds. Even though the item was $80 dearer at JB Hifi, the friendly and attentive service alone was worth the extra. I will definitely be back if needing appliances or electrical goods.

The extended warranty they upsell isn't what it seems; JB hi-fi won't help at all when your product has issues. They palm you off to a secondary company Squaretrade. The process and communication is very difficult. It would be appreciated if the staff and company took responsibility for the items and warranty that they sell. I won't shop here until they do!

I am very happy with one of my purchase experience when I bought a washing machine, Ken is friendly and knowledgeable to show me which one suits me based on my needs. Even I have problem after he solved it smoothly and perfectly. Recommend Bundall shop. Other staff’s attitude is nice too.

Purchased a product at JBHIFI Bundall. The box felt light and so I asked the assistant if the product was in the box. I was assured that it was. I gave it to my wife for her birthday and found I had given her an empty box! No product was included in the box. Not happy.

Sheldon was so helpful. I highly recommend seeking him out when coming to JB HI FI if you want amazing customer service and a friendly attitude.

Tom is the best! The customer service was amazing! I came in with a enquiry about my camera and Tom was so helpful and lovely to me when I had no knowledge on cameras!! I’ve now got everything I need for my new camera and the phenomenal knowledge and advice he gave me about the setup of the camera and it’s functions.

We wanted a total of six cameras, and the southport store only had three. The shop assistant told us it was available at jb-hifi in bundall home. Then we drove there. We want to buy three cameras for the same price as the store in southport. Two assistants in bundall shop checked our receipt that’s at southport and then refused to give us a good price. At the same time, the clerk said that he does not accept Amazon's price match, because it is online. Then he said he'd lose his job if he gave us a deal. Finally we had to leave.
