I asked the waitress last night about being coeliac friendly. She said she had a gluten intolerance herself and to try the parmas. Amazing! I haven’t had a Parma in 2 years and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Lovely service too!

Basic, clean rooms at a great price. Bonus that it's attached to a pub and bistro - very convenient.

Food leaves alot to be desired. . Husband ordered chilli calamari he only got 4 pieces mixed in salad. Not happy. And I had seniors fish + chips. I think fish got away. Very dissapointed.

The food was not delicious , the drink also was not tasty , I asked refund for my drink or they supposed to make another for me .. they was not happy to offer me new one . I have visit the dining area many times , however the last time I was with my mother which she did not like the food at all , even the dessert was disappointing . I’m not gonna back to the restaurant again at all . I don’t like when the staff are being rude and not happy to Listen to people complaint . I felt uncomfortable . The waiter asked my mother why she did not complete her food . My mum felt uncomfortable that’s not her business . We feel not comfortable again to complaint on the food again because we already know the answer .

Was celebrating my birthday with my husband and friend was approached by security that if they got a complaint about my laugh they would ask me to leave 🥹 not drunk, not annoying just having a good time 😥 will NEVER return! Contacted management and they never responded. My friend complained also no response! Apparently laughter not acceptable at Gladdy! Have boycotted with all friends will never go back!

Gladstone Park Hotel used to be good place to eat. However the food & service is now atrocious. I am generous giving them 1 star. Last night my wife and myself waited 1 hour for are food. I ordered roast of the day, as I was told it was lamb, but when it came it was pork. The vegetables were cold & the roast was horrible. My wife's chicken schnitzel was very average. The only good food we got was the garlic bread. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with the Gladstone Park Hotel. So disappointing!!!!!

Great staff, choice of drink, food, watch sport on the big screen or have a simple bet, The Glady is ready for you 🤣😂🥰

Went for Christmas lunch with colleague and have a nice time. Food was good. Steak was cook to your liking. Food prepared and serve in a timely manner even if we were quiet a few of us. Service was great with a great smile. Order the steak sandwich and was delicious. Maybe should not have order entrance for me. Have a nice time. Thank you

Average experience at Gladstone Park Hotel. Firstly, it took ages to get our order taken and then it also took ages to receive the food. We had to ask the stuff multiple times to follow up with the kitchen. Once the food finally arrived, it was quite standard and bland.. not quite pub level. On the plus side, they had the AC pumping and the beers were cold!

Garden bar. very good!. Porterhouse surf n turf .. PERFECTION! Angus burger very tasty. Gets busy - so know your order. Chefs very good.

Had the 2course seniors meal soup n parma $15, great meal at affordable cost. Staff were very friendly and timely, cappuccino was also great. Highly recommend the bistro.

got yelled by security. screaming for ID as I walked in the door (I am a 30 year old female and look well over 25 might I add), not even a chance to catch my own breath. went to bistro to order a lemonade, they gave me coke so clearly have no understanding of the concept of listening to their customers. I am appalled by their lack of service and lack of respect towards customers and considering it was not busy whatsoever there is no excuse.

Ordered fish of the day…. It looked like it had been swimming for a month around the car park. It was disgusting , then when I paid the bill I was charged and extra $2 cause mash and veg were picked instead of chips and salad. Spoke to duty manager who was a friutloop and was pretty much an ignored. Waiting for owner or top manager to return cause GP hotel can’t have slipped this far down! Disgusting meal. Presentation was yuck too

What a joke Gladstone Park hotel is. Been sitting here in the bistro waiting for over an hour for a caesar salad. If you are hungry don't bother. We are sitting here thinking about walking out and going to Maccas across the road. Everyone just finished eating and the steak has just arrived

The bar and restaurant pokies meals etc etc amazing. Actual room very disappointed. Basin in bathroom big hole in it. The grout in shower orange colour looked dirty as I cleaned it and the water was black the pressure of water horrible like a trickle. No do not disturb sighn that you can not have the cleaners knocking on your door. Didn't get told what time they clean. Most of all no wifi I knew that I would not if booked there. Every hotel motel has free wifi these days. Even ibis has it and that's 75 bucks a night so that disappointed me and it's a shame these Little faults are in the rooms as it's a great place downstairs. And also the little milks in the fridge where off kurdled had to go Super market to buy fresh milk. I won't be staying in the rooms again

We had dinner 6/11 sooo disappointed It was to much trouble for the staff to be attentive trying to make an order was difficult The food was horrible I had a senior chicken sniz with pepper sauce I really will not be back again

Dined in the bistro on 6th Nov. Servers were okay but got the impression apart from the young man that they would rather be somewhere else. Had a senior roast which was the worst thing I have ever eaten there. Normally love the roasts but this was quite tasteless. Overall a complete waste of time and money

It's tough enough with the exorbitant price of food & alcohol but you gouge people for using eftpos by sneaking in a surcharge of 1.5%.

Loved the location. Grounds and venue very clean and tidy. Ample parking, with disabled parking right near entrance doors. Staff were amazing, friendly and polite while still being prompt on service. Also happy to answer any questions we had as we were not locals. Definitely recommend on the service alone. TAB, bar and pokies all available.

We came in for a low key dinner as we never go out for a meal. The staff were lovely and I feel bad even leaving this review but my chicken burger was very obviously burnt, my husband's parma was so dry he needed a top up drink to get through it and my toddler's steamed vegetables were still semi raw so I couldn't give them to him. I really wasn't expecting a spectacular meal but we really weren't happy with our meals and nearly died when we were told the cost. Perhaps the cooks should practice cooking with chicken more to avoid overcooking. In addition to this, our toddler's meal was supposed to come with a scoop of icecream which we thought was a nice addition. We asked for the icecream to be brought out and waited about 15 minutes after we were very clearly done with our food and still nothing came out so we just paid and left. Overall it was a disappointing dinner and we unfortunately will not be returning. The only reason I can give it 2 stars is for the fact that the staff were friendly and nice.

So disappointed!! Have been here many time's and food has always been great!! Last night not very good at all, 8 adults having main meals, all of us agreed that the standard and quality of the food had dropped significantly! New chef maybe?

A handy staging place for those too early for airport pick-up. We enjoyed a meal here in the garden bar before dropping off a passenger at Tullamarine. Not inexpensive, but far more reasonable than airport dining and the parking is free!

We haven’t been to this pub for over 20 years. Today we went for Father’s Day. It was the best experience we have ever had at a pub. Orders for food and wine were efficiently taken at the table. Drinks and food appeared quickly and correctly. The food was absolutely awesome. And they were very accommodating for my 94 year old dad who had a special diet. The service was excellent. Thank you Vanessa for your service! Best pub we have been to for many years. Recommended highly.
