Great location. Clean, comfortable & modern rooms. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it the pool also looked lovely. Staff were all great. Would definately return here when coming to Ipswich.

The staff at Quest Ipswich are absolutely remarkable, and truly went above & beyond to make our stay ad comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Kuma, the reception manager was especially good to us, making the impossible possible! And just really asking things much less painful, during a difficult time for myself and my family. Bless 🙌

Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable experience. Fabulous staff who are so welcoming and friendly and really helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I really felt at home during my 3 week stay. Arriving late at night to a waiting room with the light on was very welcoming and appreciated. The room was so comfortable and spacious and I didn't want for anything during my stay. The kitchen was well equipped and daily service a real treat and unexpected and so nice coming home each night to a fresh clean room. Looking forward to my next visit and thank you to everyone.

Just wrapped up a fantastic stay at Quest Ipswich. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A huge thank you to S Kumar, Novy, and Mike for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness - you guys are fantastic!!! The apartment was spotless and comfortable, a real home away from home. The room we stayed in was newly renovated (Mod furnishings) - it was fresh and spacious with ample room to store stuff and move around- and a spacious, well stocked kitchen. A cute balcony with a nice view. I liked watching those beautiful Australian birds come by. Massive props to the housekeeping team, who always walked in with a smile - especially Tracy, Berta, Bullbull and Favour, for keeping everything so clean and tidy. It's these little details that make a big difference. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything! Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and ideal for enjoying long, leisurely walks around Ipswich. Thumbs up for the reliable and speedy WiFi too! My one (minor) suggestion would be if you could add a gym and a lift ☺️ We were lucky enough to be on the ground floor so we didn’t have to lug our suitcases upstairs. Overall, I highly recommend Quest Ipswich to anyone visiting the area- it's a comfortable, well-located, and friendly place to stay. I'll definitely be back! 😊

Was in ipswich for a couple of weeks for work, and stayed at quest ipswich. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my entire experience was a pleasant one. Will return If im ever in ipswich again!

This place is nice and clean, but the rooms are so loud. Make sure you request a room upstairs if your physical ability allows, as if you’re downstairs like me you hear every single footstep of the people above. And if you do have an upstairs room, please don’t have stomping elephant dance parties all night. I’m currently writing this unable to sleep again due to my upstairs neighbours inconsideration. Also absolutely no parking. It’s always taken. Apparently you go on a wait list for a park but one never comes up. The service has been great though, they have given me the short term park which was super helpful as I had surgery not long ago and couldn’t keep carrying things long distances between my room and car so they have done their best to try and look after me.

Stayed in apartment 8A which was lovely and neat with updated amenities. Only stayed overnight with an early morning check out so can not rate the other facilities available at this venue

Service is excellent! Novy & the team were warm, friendly, welcoming & very accomodating. Nothing was too hard, they thought about what we needed & offered their service. The team stored a large item for us so it wasn’t in our room, helped us carry all of our cumbersome luggage, organised a late check out, were patient & friendly with the kiddos, the list goes on. Rooms are extremely comfortable & very clean, with all that we needed. Thank you Novy & the team for everything! This has been our favourite Quest stay!

Friendly staff, nice open rooms, nice home away from home with kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, unless you were outside you wouldn’t have known there were other guests. Kids loved the pool.

Two of us drove up from Sydney on Boxing Day so staff were not going to be onsite. They were very good at texting to check what time I’d be arriving and sending me step by step instructions on how to access the room after hours. The room looked clean and staff had even left a personalised Christmas card for me to find. Little thoughtful gestures like this really make a difference. Communication was very good, they checked I’d made it to the room and instructions on who to call if it was needed. The only negative and it really is nitpicking, I couldn’t find any info on when the pool closes. Apart from that small detail, it was great. I’ve got family in the area so I will definitely be back!

We stayed here as temporary accommodation from my husband's work. The room and the place in general was so clean and no clutter. The room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were good quality. Staff were pleasant too. There are no lifts so if you are with kids or elderly there are some steps to climb. Otherwise, a surpisingly great place to stay.

I cannot mention all names because I do not recall any of them. But from check in all the way to check out I can definitely confirm that I've had the BEST STAY, Quest never disappoints me. From the lady on the reception that helped me with checking in, the gentleman who walked with me to my car instructed me on where to park, carried my luggage upstairs all the way to my room, the cleaners, definitely a beautiful team! I felt very well looked after <3 Thanks guys and keep up with the excellent service.

I have stayed in quite a few quest between the Gold Coast and Townsville and they are the friendliest motel chain that I have stayed in. At the moment I’m in the Ipswich Quest and all the girls from the front of house to the cleaners are all helpful and greet you with smile nothing is a Hassle for them.

Stayed a few nights just to relax close to home. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Internet speed was fast and staff very friendly and accommodating . Would stay again.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. The cookware is in good condition and suitable for cooking. I had a pleasant stay for a month.

The one bed apartment had plenty of space to move around in. It was clean, tidy & the staff were helpful & friendly. We loved the huge bed so comfortable. Would have liked hooks on the back of the bedroom & bathroom to hang coats/clothes etc especially after all the rain we had. Will definitely book this again when in the area. Recently I stayed with the Quest Ipswich and was thoroughly impressed with the two ladies on reception! They made my stay just that extra bit better by being so accommodating and helpful after a long day on the bike in the rain. Also a very special mention to Bryan for the efforts that were put into the room and its cleanliness! The room was fantastic thank you. This was an ideal location for us, as we spent 3 days riding the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff were very helpful & courteous. We'd stay here again when next in this region.

I have stayed at various accommodations in Ipswich and have found Quest to be the best--I don't think I'm alone in this, as it is always busy. I'm quite picky regarding cleanliness and have always felt really comfortable staying here. It has all the essentials that you need to get by while away from home. The staff are really lovely and welcoming.||||I have never had a car while I've been up in Ipswich, and there is a bus stop nearby which is handy. You can also walk to the university and supermarket from the accomodation.

Staff were very helpful and understanding with my requirements. They resolved an issue I had experienced with booking.com and serviced my requirements.

Quest Ipswich is a great place to stay and whilst not in central Ipswich it gives easy access to the surrounding area. Book parking and you will always have your dedicated park. Rooms are always spotless and staff are lovely.

Stayed at the quest a few times now, room is a good size and clean. What makes it special is the great staff and hospitality.

We booked a night at the Quest Ipswich to attend my daughters dance competition. What a beautiful place to stay. From my confirmation phone call a few days prior, to check in - it's honestly the best service I've ever had and we travel alot. Our room was great. Clean and Cosy. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed for more than a month for business trip, the apartment was nice!! The location was good and so close to Ipswich center. The room was so clean and had everything we needed for long stay. The staffs were helpful to arrange a room when Ipswich area hotel fully booked during the peak season. Would stay here again when back in Ipswich town soon!

Very good establishment. It has tight parking spaces but otherwise pretty well looked after. I have been there several times and it is consistently good value. Excellent spot for healthcare workers and within walking distance.

What can I say about Quest Ipswich. I could do the funny reviews, I can do a mean review or I could do a proper review what I thought. All the staff are very friendly and always happy to help improve your stay. The rooms are clean. Bed is made. And if there is a problem. They will get it fixed asap. But if I had to single out one staff member it would be Jazz. She makes you feel welcome with her big smile when you walk through to the reception at lobby. Answering every question with a smile. And when I notice a problem with my room she was very helpful and we decided the best way to fix the problem that both of us were happy with and while we were talking she had that big smile. Even if your having a bad day her smile makes you more happier. In all my travelling and staying at different hotel. I have never been treated this way. She has a smile to lighten your day.

Day 1: I was on a business trip and was unfortunately booked a pretty bad room in some (unnamed) hotel. So I walked around looking for better options. Bianca was at the reception. I cannot emphasis on the fact that she went out of the way to try all that was possible as they were totally booked. She even gave numbers for other hotels. Finally, she could book me from the next day. Day 2: I was cheerfully greeted at the reception by Jazz who was equally amazing. Bianca left a wonderful welcome message and a welcome drink. The rooms in quest are super spacious and very neat. The kitchen is fully functional with all appliances, bathroom has washing and drying machines. Simply everything is taken care of. Thank you Bianca and thank you Jazz

Well maintained room, exception housekeeping and location wise, less than 10 minutes from anything you need.

Upon arrival staff were very friendly and polite, I was given all the info I needed and made my way to my room. It was clean and spacious, I could quite easily live in this environment if needed. Was happy with my stay

For business trip it is good and convenience, the only problem is the place had this one broken public dryer, and still not fixed or replaced during my long stay here (about 6 weeks). it is a problem for me cause i stay in studio apartment that has no washing machine in the room, i have to queue for the dryer machine, and there is no instruction for other people to do the drying in TIMER mode (half,one,one and half hour), so that we can know when the drying process finish, they just use everyday auto mode. It would be better if the management encourage guests to use timer mode when doing public laundry. Apart from this, overall quest ipswich is good. Thanks for the timtam.
