Was helped today by Dorsa, who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Dorsa helped me with accessories for what I was purchasing and double checked to make sure they were perfect for what I wanted.

One of my favourite places to shop

We were in store today after returning a faulty purchase. No problems replacing item. The teller called a staff member to help. That staff member was so helpful with earpods i want to upgrade. We purchased another 2 items, she was so helpful and patient. We will be back for the earpods.

Great business for electronics

A busy, busy place which is to be expected at this time of year. A little cluttered to get around. JB has a terrific selection of electronic products along with white goods and small appliances and televisions. My purchase of a DVD from one of the best collections anywhere was simple to find. Staff were courteous and friendly. There was security at the front of house who were respectful in their search.

They are always very helpful

An item ordered was out of stock. A phone called confirmed stock ex Marion. 9 days later it was followed up. I phoned another week later. I got a glib new stock on its way." No attempt to follow up the store transfer. 10 days later I phone again. This time got a woman who followed it through. She rang twice to keep me in the loop. 3 days later I got my item. For 3+ weeks this was poorly handled. What should have taken a few days took a month. JB - if you take a customer's money then you commit to follwoing through until the sale is complete."

Asked for help & after waiting 10 minutes or so ended up walking out. Ended buying the same CD player online & at a cheaper price.

A nice shop, you may get everything you expect from an electronic home appliance store. However this is inside a shopping centre.

Worst customer service ever.The middle Age gentleman who served me was Racist, aloof,not much help at all.The younger female attendant was far more helpful.Definitely will not be supporting your store in the future.

All staff have been totally amazing and helpful. We came into the store looking to make several purchases to fill a new house...from a tv, robovac, and washing machine. Alisha and Jordan have been very helpful and guided us through our many purchases and helped navigate changing mobile plans away from Telstra which was not easy. They have been so very patient and kind even when we have been the quintessential neurotic customers. Highly recommend this store.

Very helpful staff! Masc staff member ( I unfortunately didn’t catch their name, but they had great tattoos) was incredibly helpful in assisting me with getting an iPad for art purposes, along with all the extras required for that. Furthermore when I came in to pick up the iPad, I was informed that the price for the safety plan had increased during the time it took for it to arrive (as they needed to order it in and I couldn’t pay for the plan itself until the item was in store) due to an improvement in the policy. Maybe I’m recalling the details incorrectly, but the point is that, despite this, they respected the original price I was told on the day I purchased the product, which was a gesture I greatly appreciated (especially in this economy). Very happy with the service, and I hope the staff have a great week!

Easy to locate what your looking for, especially for a quick in and out

A JB hifi. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This one still stocks CDs and records in some numbers. However staff need to agree if filing is by first or second names and put less in racks as impossible to flick through, lifting each record out to see what it is tedious
