Always excellent service from Peter or 'Milo' as he's known. He will chase anything down for you and give you the best advice at the right price. If you mention 'Mad Mick', you might even get a better deal. If not, you'll get a smile and a laugh anyway. Don't be shy about asking for a better price, he knows how to keep your business and save you a long walk. I've purchased just about everything you can think of from Milo at Harvey Norman and I would not think twice about going anywhere else.

Brought something online to the total of $1800 to be delivered to my house. Left specified instructions not to send with Australian post because they do not deliver packages to where I live. (The post office is further away than harvey norman) and what do they do..... it cost me $20 to get sent super unimpressed if I knew they where going to send threw Aus post I would have just got free instore pick up if I could leave a 0 star review I would

Worst customer service i have ever experienced from the manager/ franchisee owner. He needs anger management and is such a liar. I brought a couch and what i thought was the colour on the shop floor was what i was supposed to receive ended up being a different colour. He argued with me and even requested he come to my house to prove the colour which i called him out on he didnt want to hear what i thought or request, instead walked away and said i waisted his time when he requested to come to my residence. The couch he did bring was not the one from the shop floor as he said it was. Have taken all photos to prove this. Will never shop at a place that has no respect or service that someone should receive

So disappointing bought new bed it came damaged. It has been 3 weeks. They have offered me $200 gift voucher or exchange the bed. Every time I rang Donna she was busy or with a Customer.

How could you not give these guys 5 stars? I have been a Harvey Norman Customer for a very long time..... I generally don't shop around because these guys give the best price and after care. I have shopped at a few HN's because of moving around from State to State and Traralgon has got to be the best yet.... customer service has been excellent and knowledgeable, nothing has been to hard to them to answer and always said with decency and a smile. Alfie helped me out when I was after a chest freezer, which their store didn't have in stock, but within a few days, it was at the Traralgon warehouse, ready for me to take home. His knowledge on robot vacuums is amazing too..... I badly want one, but it will have to wait just a little longer. At the moment, I'm after a Ninja Creami Deluxe. I have been waiting quite a while for the store to physically get them in stock..... they're that popular they've sold out in Australia. It's been since April, that I have waited..My partner said he'd get it for mothers day, and am still waiting, its now June..... I know it's not their fault. Today, Paul went above and beyond with helping me out. No, the creami isn't in store, but I had a few other little qalms, which he rectified straight away, so I ended up walking out a very happy lady, even if the product I wanted was still unavailable. I'm still waiting, but I am happy to wait, as I am a patient person.... and I'm sure because I wasn't demanding, it is to why Paul went above and beyond. Thank you again, because I surely wasnt expecting it. This is true Customer Service. No wonder why I always have stayed loyal customer. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I am very very happy with service I received, from the time in store. With help in enquiring about a tv ( that didn’t have the one wanted in store) but helped to find another of the same size. Also very impressed by the man that delivered my tv & installed it. He also suggested some conduit, because my dog loves to chew antenna cables & generally any cords. Will certainly recommend them to others.👍😋

Bought a washing machine at a nice price. Didn't really want to though!!!

I bought a computer from here at around Christmas time, everything was working well until the grip on the bottom slowly started peeling off, then randomly the screen cracked one day. I took it back to get it fixed along with grip replacement/fixing. I am in year 11 and doing some year 12 subjects therefore I have exams and need my laptop. The person I talked to said that it would take around a week, 7 weeks later I get it back, screen is perfect, but the grip. It was ripped where it had come off and glued back into place instead of being replaced. For a $700 job, I am very disappointed.

Purchased two Televisions, a washing machine. A Stik Vac. A microwave from Harvey Norman Electrical section. Caleb was the Salesperson. He was courteous and his product knowledge was exceptional. Caleb also installed our two Televisions via wall mounting in a professional manner and told us all we needed to know about each product. All this and we paid a fantastic price as well. No complaints and we will certainly deal with Caleb next time we go to Harvey Norman Traralgon. Bob & Deb Smith.

They sent a cracked TV to my residence after waiting weeks for it. Then they said I can take it to another store and pay extra for another Tv or they would send a consignment note. I chose the note thinking they would arrange collection from my residence, but then they told I had to take to the post office and send it back myself. Three days after it was delivered back, I finally get an email saying I need to call them now for my refund. I paid with PayPal and they could and should have sent the refund through when the received the Tv. I ended up filing a complaint with Paypal and the money has still not been refunded (after they said they would). They could issue the refund at anytime but are deliberately being difficult. I have know lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional conduct by Harvey Norman (In particular by the Traralgon store management and online ordering department).

I like to shop locally & i have ordered big items on 2 previous occasions at HN Traralgon. I did all my research online, then headed instore. I was later disappointed to learn that after I wouldn't be sold any extras, that i was charged alot more for delivery than what an online order calculated i would be. Makes me think about just using online in the future.

A huge thank you to Caleb in the entertainment section of the store for diligently helping us with a claim for a replacement TV and return of a faulty one. We were messed around by one repairer who wouldn't come to our home and then sent us off track to deal with the manufacturer when we shouldn't have. Caleb took the extra steps to arrange another repair who visited our home and identified a known fault and we were able to claim with Product Care that we had purchased. This is our go-to shop for our home appliances. Last week, we bought a new LG washing machine 12kg front loader to replace our old unit. We got a good deal, and happy that it was available. Our HN guy is always helpful!

Very impressed by the service we received from Paul, who went way and beyond helping us with a technical issue with our sound bar. Paul came out to our car and helped bring in the subwoofer and soundboard, tested them both, worked out the problem and then helped take the equipment back out to our car. Paul was so easy to talk to, explained everything so we could understand, he was courteous and helpful. This is the type of after sale service that makes you come back and purchase again.

Initially there was no follow through to make sure my washing machine problem was fixed. I had to ring around my self, then ring HN to see what was happening with fixing it. Once Alex in appliances go involved the problem was fixed within a day. He was exceptional to deal with. Thank you for following through and solving my problem Alex.

Harvey Norman is a large retail store with electronics and furniture on offer. Harvey Norman has a large range of both, and is a great place to look for new furniture in your house. They are very helpful with price matching and you can always get a good deal there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I paid in full for a product that was back ordered with the understanding that I'd receive it by a certain date. The supplier got their order mixed up and claimed it wasn't paid for, and they wouldn't release the item until it was sorted. Paul's service was exceptional at every step of the way and he called the supplier daily to ensure the order went through on time. Both the Morwell and Traralgon teams have made me reconsider the generally low opinion I'd had of the Harvey Norman chain. Great customer service!
