5 STARRS 5 STARS! I must award 5 Stars for the astounding service from a singular employee, the esteemed Sara of Mildura. Sara alone is the Instrument of the abundant joy i suffer currently. The bargain she bestowed unto me astonishing, I shall reap an immense deal of bliss from my new-fashioned 4K 75” Samsung™ television. I am beholden in more ways than one. For Sara not only grant me this blessing, but she to heroically shielded my own newborn feline from certain death in the motor vehicle parkade. I owe a life debt for these two gifts Sara hath given me, my deepest gratitude Sara. -A very sincere man and his perfectly healthy kitten… and brand new 4K 75” Samsung™ television.

Went to buy a top of the line robot vacuum with extended warranty. I Offered cash, wouldn't budge $300 hahaha. I Was only too happy to walk out. Went to a competitor. Recieved an extra 12 months warranty for a total of 5 years for less than the vacuum at Harvey Norman.

Helpful staff

I had a tricky logistical purchase from the Bedding department due to my location. I consider myself fortunate to have had Ben from that area as he rose to the challenge, communicated beautifully, and made magic happen. He is a rare gem and an absolute asset to Harvey Norman Mildura. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Mildura Harvey Norman, in particular Dean and the furniture people, breanna from bedding, George and the warehouse guys and Mitch and the electrical department for helping me totally fit out my house from scratch. All the departments worked together to get me the best deal possible and it was all delivered the next day! Everyone was super helpful and upfront and honest about what products were best suited to my needs (not just flogging the most expensive stuff). As with all house moves there were some minor glitches but Harvey Norman were on to it quickly and all was resolved without fuss.

This is a chain store, which is no different to other electrical stores. The staff will confirm if you require assistance shortly after entering the store. It is conveniently located on one of the main roads through Mildura. It appears that most Harvey Norman outlets are independently owned, therefore don't assume that if you have a faulty product that you can take it any Harvey Norman, as you may be surprise if you have to return it to the particular store you purchased from.

I made the mistake of going to the Black Friday sales at Harvey Norman Mildura. I needed a new laptop computer, I wandered around looking at laptops, although it was approximately 2pm there were very few staff, one person was negotiating a sale and the rest were? At 77 years of age I can't just stand sucking oxygen for too long, so I left. I just figured I wasn't that desperate for a new laptop after all. My current one that I bought from this shop about 4 years ago will have to do for now.

I have found Harvey Norman to be the tech go to" place. Not always the cheapest but has what you want (mostly) so this trip was exactly what was needed and the tech knowledge was excellent."

Very helpful & patient staff in computer section.

Sold my mothers couch on her when it was completely paid for it. Told me they would deliver the half of the couch they didn’t sell, outdoor setting and dining table at 2 o’clock. Still here waiting at 7:30pm. No one has a clue what their talking about when you call. Never again will I spend a cent at this joint. Spent over 7000 and tempted to return it all and get a refund.

Harvey Norman. It has the variety of electrical, Home appliances and furniture. Store is clean and well staffed. Staff in the furniture section seem to be slightly relaxed in their assistance response.

Purchased 2 King Coil matresses and promised delivery on 19/1. Arrived at shop as no response from salesman (Nic) only to be advised the 1x Queen matress would only arrive in mid February. Spoke to the manager Andrew who seemed helpful and offered us the demo model which we declined and then offered us another model slightly more expensive at the same price which we agreed to buy instead as he had stock. As we get ready for payment we get informed that the other matress (Double) that the salesman told us they had in stock was actually going to be a demo model for the NEW price! Double trouble with both salesman at the store. Left me in my new home with NO MATRESS and to think I have never thought twice to shop elsewhere as I always had positive experiences in the past. Working in the community as a medical professional i have never felt so disappointed, ripped off and misled, extremely poor customer service Harvey Norman Mildura! DEFINITELY WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A NEW MATRESS, EMPTY PROMISES AND PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY!
