Good range of appliances

I had a faulty TV that was still in warranty and the process to claim the warranty was a bit difficult but Ash in the Moonah store was so helpful, he went out of his way to help. 10 out of 10. it is hard to helpful customer service but I found it today

Update: just a tip to the sales people. Stop pushing for extended warranties and Optus phone plans Internet security if I want such things I will ask..very pushy! The guy (not Jordan)from computers needs to slow down and explain what he is selling me the laptop comes with free security ! Great customer service from Jordan he is very helpful and knowledgeable in the electronics department. Never had a bad experience with him great guy.

For such a rich company their black friday prices were an absolute joke! I had $800 to buy a washing machine, they couldn't help me, weren't willing to give any on their ridiculously priced machines, I left without and will go online. Thanks for nothing. Seems they only want to help people that have a few grand to drop. Go figure!

I really like this store, the staff are more than helpful and everything has always been instock. It's even better when 7ho are in and there is a free BBQ and face painting. Also nice to get a coffee when the demo lady is in.

We have shopped at Harvey Noram Moonah several times, and staff have been very helpful on each occasion. They are knowledgeable and have always informed us of specials or deals, but also don't try to pressure into buying.

Wanted to buy nespresso coffee machine,was only the display model left,which I was happy to take,after paying for it I waited around 30 mins or so for them to pack it up,they couldn't find the box,told them to refund money,not good enough harvey norman.

Big shout out to Dylan M that sells the fridges. I always buy my goods at harvey norman, usually it's great products and great service. Had a hiccup with a fridge I brought a few years ago. Thankfully, got the extra warranty, so it was covered, but they were very slow about it. I went in (to complain)and met Dylan he went above and beyond getting an answer and making sure everything was followed up. So I could get a new fridge. The young man was very professional, and from now on, I'll find him to deal with. Well done harvey norman, for employing this young man. Thanks heaps, Dylan, for your help. You made a process I was getting annoyed with much better to deal with by following everything up and keeping an eye on the progress of my claim. Top job mate.

Great service from Cal in the Photocentre. Told us about the new Management starting to clean up and order in a much bigger range of stock for us to choose from. Will be back soon for our new business laptops!

The young lady serving on the photo section today couldn't be less helpful. As there was no one else wanting service I requested assistance and with an obvious effort the best I got was read the screen. Sitting right behind me and watching me try to navigate the system she couldn't be bothered to even offer advice resulting in a messed up enlargement. When I asked her about it I was told to read the conditions I accepted. With not one bit of help, a permanent scowl on her face she obviously doesn't like working at Harvey Norman. Maybe a career where she doesn't have to interact with the public would suit her best.

Great service friendly staff been using Harvey Norman for over 20 yrs

Had purchased a sound bar nearly 3 years ago, it lost power in the sub woofer and would not connect through the HDMI cable. I had an extended warranty and was immediately treated as a valued customer with my issue dealt with immediately even though I had misplaced the receipts. Harvey Norman had kept accurate records which enabled them to process matters quickly. A special shout out to Ash who went over and above to deal with my issue.

If you have never been to a Harvey Norman then you must go. They have a huge amount of stuff. If you do not like big stores with big store systems then do not go. They do give you choices, variety and big store services and guarantees.

Wonderfully helpful staff when we went in for a vacuum issue today. Thank you team!

Really really dissapointed with the service of Harvey Norman,Moonah.I ordered an apple watch on the 2nd of December and the guy that i ordered with told me that the order shall be received within 9th of December.I wanted to give that as a gift to my husband on our Anniversary which is on the 12th of December. When i tried to call on the 7th of December one of the guy told me that the person i made the order with is not there and he didn't even put an effort to query on how my order was going on. Just told me that they are not sure when my order will come in and he didn't knew anything about my order, as the guy i made the order with was not there . Is that even a reason did i purchase the watch with the particular person that works there or with Harvey Norman? I was really dissapointed at that time .Again i gave a call today and you know what they told me the order was not placed or there was no stock and my order was not even sent. Can you believe,i ordered on the 2nd of December and they are telling me this now on the 11th of December also only when i called them. Didn't expect this service from them. Ruined my anniversary.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good prices and a better range of products than is available on the mainland. A shout out to Atu, the young salesman who took the time to explain and walk through hidden product features and ways to connect accessories. Worth a visit.

Absolute disgrace this store.Had a fridge delivered....nothing wrong with the fridge but delivery guy fell on my coffee table and broke it...thought he was joking till I seen the damage.Rang the store 3 times with no response...so will be paying a visit

Went into this store yesterday. Staff was more interested in their lives than giving customer service. Maybe they should scrub up on what they sell while they have the time because when someone eventually did come over I asked about a product and straight away got told NO we don’t sell that but when I said the Cambridge store had it what a surprise it comes up on their computer and they do carry it but none in stock. Think I’ll travel the extra kms next time

I wanted a new TV. We left with a toaster . At least I can eat toast whilst watching kids shows with my son while knowing that one day I'll be able to watch football again . Then again the way the Swans are going probably better off with Pokemon journeys.

They have many appliances and electrical equipment for sale, I now own a TV.

Very pushy to buy extra add ons. Talked up buying internet security which I did need but failed to tell me it already came with the computer I was buying free for 3 months and it would have been way cheaper ($50) to keep the already installed software. I would go back and get a refund but the 1 drive isn’t worth it.

Very helpfull. Needed assistance with setting up a payment method for the washing machine I had purchased at Harvey Norman. An exceptional salesman by the name of Ankit Gupta was extra helpful with my enquiry and solved my problem. This man is certainly an asset to the Harvey Norman Moonah Store. Well done Ankit.
