i can’t give a zero but if it was a option that would be the case. booked a event for my dads 50th. Service is an absolute monstrosity in MY opinion in my experience as in booking an event. came 2 hour prior booking time to setup & their vacuum lady took 2 hours & that i understand especially if they only have 1 cleaner for a whole restaurant to vacuum. booking was at 5:30. coming towards 5pm she wasnt done but i was absolutely frustrated & stressed until i had notified them that this was taking way too long than it should have. thankfully manager had let us in 15 minutes before 5:30 which is okay. another thing is we had music playing. boss lady told us to put it down a bit which is okay i understand. but the second time was not professional AT ALL. whilst my grandfather was hosting and speaking. she think its OKAY to walk in between everyone while he was talking & her demand the music to be turned down because of complaints but nobody around was complaining but they were smiling etc. Boss lady needs to stop putting that big tough act and get a reality check. if you need to speak to me or anyone about a problem pull me aside and be respectful and be professional . last time im ever booking an event here.

Great ambiance, and they have so many varieties in the buffet. Worth the money. Good varieties of seafood and desserts. It was crowded on weekdays.

My partner and I are somewhat regulars at the bistro and while most times we have a great experience, tonight (6/2/205, 8pm-9pm service) at the end of the night, a staff member has moved a chair and hit my partners foot and leg that he has had reconstructive surgery on, once brought it to her attention she proceeded to deny that she had hit him multiple times, I asked for a manager and when the older brunnete manger came over she proceeded to argue with us and say that the staff members denial was a defence mechanism because I had been aggressive" toward the staff. When my partner pointed out the camera facing us directly she said that it doesn't have audio. The manager then proceeded to argue with us the whole time giving us attitude as we were walking out of the restaurant. Between not only ourselves but ALL of our family and friends they have just quite a LOT of patronage thanks to the manager and staff member who shouldn't be in customer facing positions."

My experience of the buffet is not the same as some people here. I believe most of the people leaving negative reviews are liars because i have dealt with these staff many times and they have never been rude to me. Check your entitlement at the door, and you will get exemplary service! As for the food... YUM! Especially the pork crackling and the desserts.... will be back for sure!

Travelled 3 hours and Came to lynbrook hotel for there buffet. 25/1/25 for dinner, 5.30-7.20 was our session. It was amazing, there is abundance of options and the desert is too die for! Some foods were dry but overall was very happy with the service, food and seating. We left very full, satisfied and tummy still hurting at 12am from feeling too full lol 😂 It's a very very busy atmosphere, which was abit iffy on my anxiety but I got through it with the help of my kids and partner. Very expensive though for someone who is not wealthy or has money stress lol I paid $165.90 for 2 adults 2 kids aged 9 and 13. Overall very happy customer. I was hesitate due to the previous reviews but I risked it and it was great! YOU WANT A GOOD FEED? THEN GO TO LYNBROOK HOTEL! 😁❤️

I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the poor service we received, especially as this was a planned family event. The experience was frustrating, and the behavior of the front staff, particularly Ann, was unacceptable. Her communication skills were lacking, and her manner was incredibly rude. This has left a very negative impression, and I do not plan to return. I will Not recommend this place to others

Worst Experience - Rude and Unprofessional Staff This restaurant is a joke. My group of 8 arrived at 8:30 PM, only to be told they were closing at 9 PM—despite their website clearly stating they close at 9:30 PM. It’s pathetic that a business can’t even get their hours straight. When we went back to point out their mistake, the staff had the audacity to laugh at us and talk down to us like we were in the wrong. To make matters worse, they called their so-called manager, Ollie Mann, who was even ruder than the staff. Instead of fixing the situation, she started blaming us and acting like we were the problem. Her attitude was disgraceful and completely unprofessional. Save your time and money. This place doesn’t deserve your business, and their staff seriously need to learn basic manners.

Had the worst experience for a hotel at Lynbrook. Was greeted by a rude staff member called Ana who mentioned that the restaurant closes at 9 when they told me that it actually closes at 9.30 while making the booking. When I pointed this out all she did was go grab the manager Ollie that immediately took the side of the staff member even before listening to what happened.Pathetic customer service.

Public bar service was shocking and food wasn’t great either. Chicken parma was cold Barramundi tasted old and the veggies soggy Lady at the bar didn’t take our orders right and servers kept bringing plates that were not ours Took ages to get the food we ordered Lady who took the wrong order came to our table and insisted that the guy who ordered a parma and ordered a schnitzel instead. I asked for a bottle of coke and she gave me the tap coke. Would never go there again.

Lunch with family. Staff were crazy rude, one child asked to leave because of it. Food is okay, plenty of options, decor is nice, very clean. Had previously visited with clients and it was slightly better. After this experience won't return.

Buffett is great but need more options for vegetarians- Ie udon noodles spicy- cabbage roll’s stuffed with rice and spice 🌶️- some friendly smiley faces with the people behind Buffett who serve you ! They always look grumpy and impatient- some Australian chefs might help ! Otherwise food is ok if not bland - and desert bar is always a mess from children- 😞

Go there for the all you can eat buffet, on daily lunch and dinner. Excellent range of hot and cold dishes on offer plus dessert options. Drink prices reasonable plus gave pokies if you are that way inclined. Great value

Way overpriced and the food was disgusting. For what we payed for it you'd expect better. $49 for adults for all you could eat and for 4 jugs of soft drink and a pot of beer was $68. Wow!

Tried to book a room for two adults and our son in a wheelchair in a disability room but were told that r3we can't sleep 3 in a room, poor form.

The food is not to bad if you like that sort of thing. It is a all you can eat dinning. Something to note. If you pick the last session you don't get kicked out when you're session is finished. You can sit and yap for a while. 😁

We had the early sitting but the food was lukewarm at best lasagne potatoes and vegetables nothing worse.

Just went to the bistro for lunch. Well priced for the variety of well cooked and tasty meals. Buffet style. Staff are very friendly and keen to help. Would not hesitate to go back.

Food was exactly what you'd expect from a buffet, nothing was bad and nothing was spectacular. We all enjoyed the food itself. The service was awful though. Staff came and started cleaning our plates and glasses that we were still eating and drinking from because they had apparently closed, because we though we still had another 30 minutes or so. We were informed that they would graciously give us another 10 minutes and then were forced to try and eat while staff hovered over us still trying to take away plates and high chairs while we were using them. The website is misleading about seating times if the lady who we dealt with today was correct. Like all buffets, beverages are an extra expense. And alcoholic ones are pretty costly, so to have one removed without asking while it was still half full in a bid to hurry us along was just plain rude.

Very disappointed with my last visit, ordered a meal in sports bar and was told they want to charge me for a dinner roll which are free in the buffet .me and my mates spend a lot of money at this bar twice a week, I think the management need to rethink there changing for this ,Not good customer relations. AND TO TOP IT OF MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO TALKTO US ABOUT THIS AND THERE ONLY REPLY WAS NOTHING IS FOR FREE..

It is good to hear that the meat is halal. And the waitresses are all nice awesome. The food was really good, especially the dessert 🍨
