Some nasty bar staff. Yeah I can never forgive this place. Totally irredeemable for causing me a panic attack.

We consistently appreciate the convenient location and quality of the food; however, the steak preparation frequently falls short of expectations, often arriving overcooked and burnt. Other menu items are satisfactory. The well-maintained and clean gaming area significantly contributes to a positive overall experience.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Hornsby RSL last Wednesday for lunch and was truly impressed. ☺️ The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a comfortable space where my friend and I could relax and enjoy our conversation. The menu offered great options, and I opted for the chicken parmigiana while my friend chose the chicken burger - both dishes were delicious. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cheerful, enhancing our overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hornsby RSL and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They had very interesting variety of food. Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Burgers etc There wasn’t anything stand out really but wasn’t too bad. Stuff came n started spraying on the table to clean n the chemicals smells terrible. It would be nice if they could take care a little. But others then that plenty of room to catch up with friends or family.

Food was overpriced, got the parm said it comes with gravy on menu was still charged $2 bringing total to almost $40! Pasta was very bland would not recommend to anyone

Just had a really bad meal here. I take an elderly friend as parking and access is good. Really hit and miss. Today I ordered the Pork Roast. The meat was so tough I could hardly cut it and couldn't even chew it. It was half cold and absolutely tasteless. I tried another slice and that one was worse as it tasted 'off' - which was enough for me to stop eating. The apple sauce tasted weird, not at all like apple sauce. The veggies were OK but also half cold. When I could I told a waitress, she was very sweet, took my plate and even though I asked her to just remove the meat and heat up the veggies, she brought me back a small plate with meat, apple sauce and gravy (the gravy was nice) .... my veggies had gone. Still tough still dry. She went away and brought my old plate back withhalf eaten food and same old knife and fork ... goodness knows where it had been sitting .. stone cold. I gave up. Needing something to take the taste out of my mouth my companion offered some of her fish and chips, which was delicious. So it's like the proverbial box of chocolates... you never know what you're going to get !!! I owned a very successful Cafe for 8 years. I know the business and believe I know what happened, but, ... bottom line is quality control needs to be MUCH tighter. Training for staff in how to deal with bad food. Our waitress meant well but it was a huge miss. Don't think we will return.

Worst chicken 🐔 burger, don't waste your money and get your meals at McDonalds. Cold chicken and too much buffalo sauce, unable to eat it, two chicken burgers that look delicious only. Very photogenic burger 🍔

Great club. Good food at the bistro. I mainly go there for the snooker tables which have been recently refreshed.

After recently moving into the Hornsby community, this was a top find by the Wife. It's the perfect place to bring the family as there is something for everyone here. Kids got to have a few games of bowling, while me and the wife could relax and enjoy ourselves. Great food, services and venue, we'll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Great place, multiple venues in one, lots of bars, restaurants, pool, snooker, music, bowling, and restaurants. Alas, run by nannas who want you in bed nice and early...

We recently became members here, but honestly each time we return, we have an even worse experience. There are a few very kind and helpful gentlemen at the front desk, and I really do appreciate them. However, after several recent negative experiences, we will not be returning. We have found the beautiful Castle Hill RSL to be far more welcoming.

They have done up the place so nicely. Loving their Christmas decorations. Plenty of menu choices from their bar, cafe and restaurant. Staff are very professional and helpful. There's always someone there to guide you.

Panzanella salad was disgusting. Seasonal fruit was half an apple, the salad dressing was awful. The bread inedible and wouldve broken a tooth. The staff are friendly.

The food came very late, I was in the table of ten when everybody finished I received my order and my scotch fillet was full of fat. I must say that It was very disappointing. Lady at cashier was also rude. Never again I come back to Hornby RSL Club. I did not want to give you even one star but because I wanted to give reviews I had too.

To be honest, the food wasn't very good, even for just a club. It used to be better.

It's an RSL. They've got schnitz and reasonably pricedbeer. It's better than the alternatives in a 2KM area. Go sink a few schooners. You'll regret it slightly less than if you had to drive that extra 5k to 'rowra.

This place is now a disgrace not only do they leak customers details to third party vendors but the last time I went there for a a drink for my wifes birthday we were served FLAT champagne. I just got my birthday voucher and you can keep it. I wont be going to the RSL in a hurrry that is for sure. ALL Emails to the club have been ignored and not responded to except by the previous CEO Mario Machado and since he has gone the new CEO is arrogant and refuses to acknowlege the severe mis trust this place has created and the refusal to except responsbitlity of a data breach caused by there lack of due diigence. I would be very careful handing over any personal information in this place if you need to attend.

Very disappointing had the roast pork today crackling was so hard couldn’t eat it and the vegetables were hard and cold plus they forgot the apple sauce

Be a nice place if it wasn't for all of the pokies. Mind you if it didn't have pokies it wouldn't be a nice place. It's a conundrum for sure.

Went here yesterday for high tea . Staff were very helpful and welcoming but I must say it was very disappointing. We paid $50.00 each , there was 3 of us and i thought there would be a bit more food . We had 1 tray for 3 people. We had 2 small sandwiches each ! I would not go back here for high tea again . Also the tea wasn’t very hot . Friendly staff though
