The pokies area needs to be avoided at all costs, with one complete loony of a staff member with tattoos all over her. She comes across as a nut case who should not be allowed to work around customers. She is rude, slow, talks down to people, and makes everyone feel uncomfortable. There was one time she locked us in because she didn’t like the look of someone walking past. She acts like a bouncer at a strip bar, constantly looking for someone to throw out every time she works. Everyone leaves when she turns up to work.

Love going here to have a little flutter on the pokies. Right in the middle of launceston cbd. Lovely staff :) The best part is its open till 1am sunday-thursday then to 2am fri and sat. 5 star all the way :)

Except you don't serve light beer in the Saloon Bar, but do in the gaming bar, this is not good enough need to lift your game.

The sign made me laugh and was true. The beer was extremely cold.

Good service. The lunch menu is very basic though. Not a great fan of the food unfortunately. If your looking for a freshly battered or crumbed seafood basket, this isnt your place :(
