It's easier to get refund or replacement for faulty products from AliExpress (Chinese website) than JB. It's shame and will be thinking at least 10 times before buying from them in future...

the worst place in Mt druitt is jbhifi the people that work there are so rude.

Not a fan of this particular store or their staff. They tend to not be very friendly, abit dry and dont really seem to want to help you which is unfortunate as most JB Hifis aren't like this. On top of that, the moment you walk in they appear very suspicious of people and watch them closely. It's not a nice experience in this store.

Worst service ever known to man. Literally every employee just chit chatting not making an effort to serve. Approached one but treated like I had leprerasy. Dropped all the items i intended to purchase and left. Fix your shit

We only ever come here for all our tech needs! Mira is so knowledgeable on all things gaming! The way she goes over and above is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Rude customer service went to buy phone for dad but service was bad and very rude. Surprisingly wasn’t team member but was manager himself and that’s how he manage his team Not a big fan of jb and i am done with jb

Good experience finding the right product I needed. Big shoutout to Shak!

We would like to share with you all the experience with had at JB Hi-Fi Mt Druitt on Thursday night... We were assisted by Shak with the purchase of a new phone & change our mobile phone provider. Shak was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable & helpful with all our needs. I would recommend Shak to anyone wanting to purchase a new phone. The service provided was 10/10+ 😊

I went to store yesterday I need Apple Watch charger I asked one worker do you have Apple Watch charger he said no we don’t have it. Than I ordered online from jb HI-FI they delivered me from same store and this cost me 11$ extra which is delivery charges.

Shopped at this JB-HI-FI location for many years, and they now lost a customer. Last week, I bought a pair of Beats Studio Pros. After setting them up at home, I started enjoying some music. However, just two days later, while working out—only an hour and a half into my session—the headphones started crackling intensely. The following day, the audio quality deteriorated significantly. I returned to the store hoping to exchange them, but they couldn't find any issues during the hour and a half I mentioned the problems were happening. They suggested I take the headphones to Apple instead. Then today I saw a copy of a video game that I have been looking for. I took it to the counter, then the lady who served me came back looking dump saying that they sold out. I then asked why it on the floor is if its sold out. She then repeated what she said. Very unhappy with the service what have received over this last week.

Always great prices with awesome customer services. Staff really help with products functions and features that enables you using the technology. Love them and have been shopping here for a while

I needed a new phone ASAP. Initially I was looking to spend around $800 on a “temporary” phone and would eventually get the latest Apple Iphone 15 Pro Max at a later date. BUT whilst I was confused and checking out all the phones, Shaq, a JB Hi Fi team member approached me to see if I required assistance and I am so very grateful that such an experienced, knowledgeable, empathetic and kind person came to my rescue!! My experience with Shaq at JB, was TOP TIER! He went way above and beyond of what was required of the JB Team members. Shaq’s efforts were so great that I even ended up with the Iphone I really wanted, the Iphone 15 Pro Max! I HIGHLY recommend Shaq from JB Mt Druitt Westfield. An absolute gem!!

I purchased the razor firefly v2 pro to click n collect from mt druitt and their system sent it to Parramatta, Annie one of the managers at Mt Druitt and a staff member were able to help me get it transferred to Mt Druitt after being on hold with Parramatta for more than 30min due to staff calling in sick. But I commend Mt Druitt for going above and beyond to resolve the issue and not just saying there's nothing they can do 10/10

It was a pleasure shopping here. Shak is extremely knowledgeable and gives the best advice in terms of products. He went above and beyond to help my mother in- law set up a phone that she purchased. We will definitely be coming back. Hope he gets the recognition for all the effort he puts in.

Very bad after sale service. No one is helping in warranty claim service. They lied that TCL tested my TV for 1 week and couldnt identify the fault. I called TCL and they confirmed that they didn't receive TV. I had to record the TV malfunctioning video with mobile. Now TCL Australia says to change internet. Btw I'm using 1Gbps NBN and my newly bought second LG TV is working totally fine. No solution from JB HiFi Mount Druit NSW or TCL Australia.

Came in knowing what I was after, item was on sale yesterday- today back to full price. Asked if they could honour the sale price. Straight no. Didn’t even ask or check. Left the store, called the jb deals phone line, they honoured the sale price immediately no questions asked..

Last Friday we bought a new Galaxy A55 phone for my wife. Not being technically minded we had a lot of trouble setting up the new phone. On Saturday, after being unsuccessful we returned to the store for some help. The team were brilliant, not only did they set the phone up for us, they showed us how to transfer the data etc over onto the new phone. Nobody else had been able to do this even at the phone stores. We thank the team at JB Hifi for their assistance and will continue to shop there.

Agree with someone other reviewers that customer support in this store is awful. Experience in returning a $749 malfunctioning gaming headset was terrible. I have been educated that I can’t explain what happening and just let them speak and use their unprofessional way to diagnose the problem. I have also been accused to be aggressive by just reiterating the symptoms of the device. It makes me feel like I am begging for the refund and it’s my fault in buying something that is not functioning.

I bought a DELL laptop a few months back. Unfortunately, I had to return due to faulty issues. I was assisted by Katie who was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help me. We are truly thankful to her! God bless, Katie!

This store doesn't even deserve one star. I wish I could give it a negative one instead. Very disgusting and rude customer service by Annie, Kate and Mat. They are a bad addition to this store. fails to meet customer expectations in terms of service quality, response time, or overall customer experience. The factors that have a negative effect on customer service are inefficient support staff, lack of real time support, or unable to understand your customer needs. An example of poor customer service not only worsens the existing customer relationships. I have been a customer for years and will never go back. I wish I could even give you a negative star. All I know that my reviews reach thousands as I'm popular reviewer.

It's less cluttered than I've seen other stores. The staff are very helpful - when you can hold one down :D
