I just went into Jbhifi Penrith for a vinyl and vinyl player and all I have to say is what an amazing experience as I went to a Campbelltown Jbhifi and was treated like shit and then I was hesitant about going into another Jbhifi I was looking for a vinyl and a vinyl player I was looking for a vinyl and was served by a wonderful guy named bill after I explained my concerns about buying a vinyl that had the stickers all over them he went above and beyond went out into the back to get me a vinyl case protector and explain to me how to look after them and care for vinyl so they don’t get damaged and ended up ordering me one as they didn’t have it in stock and then passed me over to his colleague for a vinyl player and jarred was so amazing went above and beyond to explain the different vinyls and try to help me achieve what I was looking for by explaining the different brands and Quality Overall, what an amazing experience would go back to see them again

I normally go to the rouse hill store but came to Penrith due to stock and I was pleasantly surprised by the service there ! Sel and Jarrod were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I would come to this store just for the service alone.

Soo Yoon has been a very helpful staff in JB HI FI Penrith. She assisted me and my aunt finding suitable products in the store. She was amazing! She was very attentive to our queries and concerns in finding the right products suitable for our needs. She also recommended nice ideas for me in finding the right gift to give for my little brother and cousins.

I visit 4 phone providers in this centre on Tuesday 12th, February 2025. After great dissatisfaction with staff encounters, and unprofessional manner, I decided to go into JB Hifi penrith , a young gentleman called Mat promptly attending to me in a couple of seconds ,his professional approach and high knowledge of the product i required inspired me, it took 5 minutes to sell me the most expensive phone in the shop with satisfaction, he explained everything in fine detail and showed me how it works. I would like to say JB hifi penrith you have a fabulous gentleman working for you, and he really need recognition and praise 👏 Best of luck Mat in your future. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Huge thanks to Matt, Nigel, Mitchell and Alexis from the telcom area today. I went in with a phone service issue and was genuinely amazed with the dedication they showed in trying to help me fix it. I was there for nearly an hour, all four helping at different times to brainstorm and try various trouble shooting methods. In the end the issue had to get fixed from someone remotely through the JB-HI-FI mobile app but I am seriously so grateful for the effort they put in. If you are being served by them, you are in good hands.

Without fail, this store always has something you want or didn't realise you want. Staff are always eager to help and extremely knowledgeable. Always well stocked and clean with clear signage and promo posters galore. I appreciate what other jb hifi stores have to offer, but this is by far my favourite and GOTO store.

Great experience with the staff. However when I brought the sound bar home there were 3 large cockroaches in the box. You need to fumigate that shed!!!

I went in today to swap a faulty phone and took over 2 hours and had an amazing working, Mitchell. Extremely friendly and patient person and was extremely helpful.

Visited this store to buy a new laptop for uni, browsed the section for over 20 minutes and not once was I asked if I required assistance. Save your money and head to Harvey Norman at Jamisontown, friendly knowledgeable staff there who are happy to help!

Got everything electrical

Yesterday I clicked and collected 3 items. Today they said it was ready to collect, with 1 item not available. They could not find my order anywhere. They said they were stolen apparently. When they said they pack my items and there ready. A rude girl told me that there should be an email that said that it's not available. I showed her and it said AN item isn't available not ALL items. We travelled 3 hours round trip for this. Not impressed.

I was shopping for a powerbank a few months ago here. I wanted to price match it to another store that sold it too. The staff, I think his name was Kyle or something, wouldn’t let price match it for me. He kept saying he needed the serial code to “make sure it was the exact one”. I showed him all the information available, even the serial number of the device, from the other’s store website. He still wouldn’t take it. In the end, I just walked to the counter and asked a different staff to price matched. She just looked at the serial number and price matched it for me. Thank god for that female staff at the counter.

Got served by Charlie in games today. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and for what he wasn't sure of he helped research my options. Amazing customer service with a smile. Thanks Charlie :)

Great store , the staff are great too , good range of products. I ordered click and collect they had missed one item. Called the store talked to a staff member named Megan she followed it up and made sure i got the item that I ordered. Great staff member who cares about their customers. Thanks Megan.

A huge thanks to Nigel who helped me buy my first TV by myself and answered all my questions (technologically challenged). He put me at ease and helped me find what i was looking for and organised for my old TV to be taken away. I'm truly grateful for the excellent customer service afforded to me.

It was a bit hectic and they seemed to be very understaffed as it was hard to get assistance. The support from Kevin and Matt was unmatched. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained alternatives to the product we wanted that was out of stock. Matt helped expedite the process and turned the experience into a good one. In terms of store, this was storeish.

The lady that help me was nice, I had to wait because at the moment of purchasing they couldn't find my earphones.

Series of events - Came into store to purchase a tablet with a folio case - Store person Phil was helpful and we liked the M11 lenovo tab. I confirmed with the story person if the tab cam with the folio case and there was a clear miscommunication as I was told that they didn't have it in store but I could order it with them and it would be delivered and even went ahead and removed the postage cost for us. When we received the package we saw that there was no folio case so we called the store and spoke with Mitchell or Michael and told him we were expecting the folio case he apologised for the miscommunication and told us the folio case is purchasable but he would provide us with a discount for the miscommunication which would come to $ 25. We understand that these things happen so we agreed to pay for the case. Mitchell then told me he would set one aside for me to come and pick up on Monday to which I agreed. On Monday when I went to the counter to ask about my order and to make the additional payment... it could not be found then on explaining the events to Ryan the storeperson who was assisting me he urged me to look at the price of the folio case which said it was $35 and I told him I acknowledge that it is 35 but I was told I would be provided with a discount and I would only pay $25 he then said he had no folio cases in store and there was none kept aside for me. This was just disappointing and demeaning as I was accepting of the miscommunication and the additional payment but to make me come down to the store and make me feel like I want charity was immensely demeaning. Frankly speaking I would like nothing better than to return the purchase and receive a full refund for poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to make purchases from JBHifi penrith and would not be making any future purchases either.

Yesterday I received some excellent customer service from Liam. I went in store to find something quite specific, but it was out of stock at Penrith. He took the time to contact other stores for me and organise the item to be transferred in, all the while being genuine and lovely to talk to. We weren’t sure at first if it would be possible to find what I’m after but he set expectations early on that he would do what he can and immediately followed through. The way he was able to assure me from the start, while still managing to help other customers and clear the line at the counter, before moving away so he could make those calls for me, was very smoothly done. I got a brief glimpse of an impressive skill set and I’ll be looking for him specifically the next time I have a large purchase to make at JB. Not because he got me the thing I want today, but because of the genuine and kind nature he displayed. He is a credit to your business. I hope you’re giving him the recognition he sincerely deserves.

Dont purchase their Dishwasher Installation service. I took mine and regret. They said they couldn't do it. Instead they broke my U connector where water drainage pipe would connect. Then I have to fix that on my own. My connection was simple. Connect water incoming pipe, drainage and poer line. They made a mess.
