I visited JB Hi-Fi Chadstone, just before Christmas, and the experience was excellent! Despite how busy the store was during the holiday rush, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made great recommendations based on my needs and were patient while I decided. The store was well-stocked, and I was able to find everything I was looking for, from tech gadgets to accessories. The checkout process was quick and efficient, even with the holiday crowd. The team’s friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience stress-free during what could have been a chaotic shopping season. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend JB Hi-Fi for great service and quality products! I'm not sure why it's got the location as Springvale.

Called store to check if had a particular laptop bag in stock, told showed 2 I asked if definitely there was assured stock accurate. Drove from Malvern to get, not there. After trying for 5 minutes to get as staff member girl looked out back seemed to not know what to do, couldn't explain why I told stock there, not seemed to care. I walked out as waste of time. Went to Dandenong store where looked after.

We were able to get the desired product at a short time and the customer service was great!

Yesterday, I had a fantastic shopping experience with the help of a knowledgeable and supportive female staff member. She assisted me in finding the perfect microphone for my work and recommended a compact and advanced external hard drive. The new external hard drives are innovative, allowing direct data extraction without the need for copying files back to the computer. Adjacent to JB Hi-Fi is a spacious play area for children, making it a convenient spot for families. While parents shop, children can enjoy the games in a cool and comfortable environment. This location is an excellent choice for a family outing, especially on a hot sunny day.

Opening times not accurate - even though it’s been updated to say close at 18:00 on New Year’s Day, we were turned away at 17:00.

Terrible customer service, sales staff are clueless. It is not that difficult to write “SOLD” on the product tag I was enquiring about so that I did not have to waste 30 minutes waiting around for someone to even ask if I needed assistance. You’re better off tackling the crowds at Chadstone.

Nicole, the Manager, was equally helpful and knowledgeable, providing detailed guidance about the cables needed for the TV setup. JB Hi-Fi Springvale is incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional team. Valerie, along with Michelle, Georgie, and Nicole, transformed what could have been an overwhelming decision into a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. I will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for electronics. Furthermore, Tony, who delivered the TV, and Joseph, who completed the installation, were just as professional and friendly, rounding out an exceptional experience. Went to buy a microwave oven. They had a Samsung on discount as it was the last piece. When we asked them to show it to us they refused. We bought it cause of the discount but didn't like the features when we used it at home. They didn't force us to buy it but neither did they help us with explaining the features as ot was the last piece and was on discount.

So happy with my visit on Thursday Night (26/09/24). The team were amazing and were able to sort out a tricky situation where I needed to return an item that was no longer in stock. Cannot thank them enough :)

Picked up a click and collect order this morning and wanted to comment on how everyone was SO lovely. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted and smiled at by everyone working there. The person on the desk was super helpful in pointing me to camera bags and SD cards and the person who approached me to help was just so lovely. Came into JB Hi-Fi at Springvale with my partner a week or two ago in search of a TV for our new apartment. We were tended to by a relatively young lady whose name I unfortunately don’t remember! But just wanted to say her knowledge around TVs was amazing and I was really impressed with her depth of knowledge and ability to quickly find us options that fit within our budget while adhering to features we wanted. She was very down to earth and had a very good grasp on the TVs. We ended up picking the TCL with mini-led which we are very happy with. Would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for a TV as they have staff who have amazing expertise in that area.

Spoke to another guy who asked manager and happily swapped as I was told wrong information. Moral - always ask someone else!!
