Mona and Hiba were fantastic hosts for our daughter's birthday party on 15th Nov. The room provided was big enough to accommodate 50+ people. The kids enjoyed the playing games in the venue.

Great place just wised if there was a Maimai machine instead of just pump it up and Taiko.

Had a party for our Daughter .. she had almost 18 friends .. all of them had a great time .. nice place .. well organised , staff Hiba :) was looking after this .. she gave the best service to kids , Highly recommended this place .

Our party host Mona did a great job hosting my daughter’s 11th bday. She was always around to assist and gather all the kids. She was also great at interacting with the kids, she was very lively, smiling and attentive. My daughter had a great time. Good work Mona.

Time zone is a really fun place for children to enjoy time at after school and during the holidays. It's affordable and enjoyable for families and young kids especially teenagers as well.

Thanks for a great party with the very friendly and happy host, Hiba. I would definitely book another party at this venue, especially as it has spin cars that the kids really enjoyed. The only hiccup was that we were waiting on the party room and there was a delay, however the host extended our time in the room to make up for it. Thanks again.

We had our son‘s birthday party yesterday in Mount Druitt. It was very busy there and the party host Hareem is very responsible making sure the boys had fun safely. There were parties before ours and the party was postponed a bit late. The party host extended the time for play for our the boys and she gave nice compliments to the mums. She helps out at the party room for catering the boys. It’s highly recommended.

We had my sons 4th birthday at Timezone and we’re hosted by Hiba. She was nothing short of amazing! She helped throughout the night was fun and understanding! She made the night memorable for my son! Definitely an asset to Timezone! Would definitely recommend! The room itself had everything we needed cleaning supplies, cake stand even a microwave! We brought in food from outside. Best use a shopping trolly to transport everything makes life easier!

Loved the host we had Faryal. She assist soo much with the kids entertained them and organise the party area. Very assisting friendly and helped out alot making it less stressful for the me as a parent with all the kids at the party. Highly recommend.

Won a Major Prize 6 Weeks ago and still yet to be received. Getting through on the direct line is impossible, getting re directed to the call centre and then it takes 3 days to receive a call back if at all. Area Manager and Store Manager dont return calls either. Nor does head office. Latest update they cannot give me a time frame for when I will receive the prize. We have gone from an initial eta of 2 weeks to 6 weeks and now they are unsure as their account from where ever they order from is on hold. Steer clear and go somewhere else.

A wonderful and magical experience for the whole family, The only downside would be the lack of classic arcade games and a Bar. Still recommend everyone checks it out though. Don’t forget to ask about the secret menu.

i come here all the time, its the best! the staff are super welcoming and attentive, whenever we have problems with the games or simple inquiries they're always available to help us. Not to mention the games - they're so entertaining and fun! I find myself losing track of time playing endlessly through the many games of Timezone Mount Druitt.

The staff named matthew is so rude, blaming us for bowling ball getting clogged. Early rounds of our game They fix the balls that are clogged and restart the table, but did not allow us to continue the game or even refund the points we consume, and even blame us for clogging the table. Waste of time overall, never again.

The staff by the bump ride area, was very rude today, I complained to the front desk staff who apologised. I’m coming in to spend money, and should not be disrespected.

Greatest place for kids !!

We hosted our daughter’s 9th at Timezone Mt Druitt. Great venue with laser tag, bump cars, and a variety of arcade games. Bella was an excellent party host - she was accommodating, helpful, and engaged the kids well. The party room also had a fridge, power outlet, and some items for the party (a cake stand, cleaning materials). We brought in food from nearby stores. Tip to bring in a beach trolley for easy transport to/from parking lot. Overall would recommend.
