Worst customer service on planet earth.

Great place. But a little hard to find the service desk

I've experienced by far. The most painfully slow customer service on three occasions. I will continue to avoid it as much as possible. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and generally have good knowledge of the products they sell.

The staff here are so helpful, definitely a better environment and atmosphere than most other JB Hi-Fi stores I've been to.

I can't fault my local jb I have bought TV's,watches,tablets, gadgets etc I have never been disappointed with the service or there knowledge Its the first place I head to If I need tech advice and devices to purchase

Their customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling frustrated and miserable. I expected a more polite and understanding approach, but their behavior made the entire experience unpleasant and disappointing.

Extremely helpful

Have been in twice to purchase expandable storage for the ps5. Both times shelf has plenty of boxes, both times staff at counter have said they're out of stock. Extremely frustrating after waiting in line to be told I can't purchase. Not the counter staffs fault they were apologetic but why leave items on the shelf if you don't have them for sale!!

Good place to buy electric appliances.most modern and latest version devices available in best price.staff behaviour is ridiculous. They will make you lost even if you want to buy something. management should take a note on this

I bought an iPhone 16 pro for my wife, which was for the anniversary gift. We ordered the titanium colour but the team member gave us a white one. We opened it and saw it was the wrong one. Then we spoke to the manager. He is an amazing guy who changed the phone for us. He is a legend. I would say JB you got a permanent customer. Thanks to Jack.

Excellent Customer Service, found what I need quickly

Easy access and stuff very helpful

Went to JB to enquire about a PlayStation issue we were having. Had Jake the area manager assist. He had sold me a couple of phones in the past 18 months and I had found him to be very helpful and pleasant on these occasions. However in this instance I was blown away as he went above and beyond, spoke to my husband over the phone as I had no idea about this type of stuff and if I had to relay the info back to hubby it would have been a nightmare! Long story short he solved the problem, where most people would of strugged their shoulders and said I don't know and given up. Really impressed! Jake is a wonderful asset to JB with a bright future ahead of him. Thank you Jake.

Poor customer service. I placed an order and arrived at the store to click and collect. As instructed on the signage, I pressed the bell at the pole and waited. There were 3-4 staff passing by me without any support. They ignored me, although I raised my voice, asking for help. Maybe click & collect clients do not contribute commissions to the staff there; therefore, the service is under standard.

I went in this morning and spoke to someone there who was a little pushy and was really trying to upsell me which didn’t interest me. I went away and came back and met lovely Ruby, I explained to her my situation and what I was after. She was immediately on to it and couldn’t understand why the guy before her would try and sell me something that doesn’t suit my needs. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We found exactly what I was after plus more. That’s amazing customer service right there. Thank you so much Ruby you have just saved me $$$ and found everything I needed leaving me stress free.

I purchased a new IPhone 15 pro from this store and had an issue with the software after opening the box to set it up. I went back into the store to see Grant who helped me with the purchase. Grant went through trouble shooting the phone. Once he determined it was a fault from Apple and the software on the phone, he went over and above to get me an upgraded replacement of the iPhone 16 pro. I highly recommend his service, knowledge and patience with this process… thank you Grant.!
