Pretty good arcade. I rated it more negatively before due to the new placements of the rhythm game machines, but they addressed the issues and made the area a lot more accommodating. One other complaint I have is the Tekken machine. It says Tekken 6 on the signboard, but the game is clearly Tekken 7 (shown by the opening cinematics), and the hardware is clearly STRUGGLING to play it. The FPS is really bad, but the worst part is that the input lag is also really bad, making it almost unplayable.

We had so much fun at Koko Amusement Burwood, and Jackson made it even better! He was super nice, helped us fix a game when it stopped working, and made sure everyone was safe while playing. He even gave us tips. We usually go to the Hurstville Koko, but Jackson is the friendliest ever. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jackson—you’re awesome! 😊

The staff here provided decent a customer service and the Initial D machines I reported which ones are faulty and needs fixing, they brought the technician there to fix it and when I got into it, its working just fine. Would definitely come back again!

An amazing fun filled arcade and amusement park. The kids had a ball of a time and couldn’t stop laughing. A must go in Hornsby

Kids went down to met cousin and friend. They enjoyed the visit. Returned there after youngest went with church friends previously. Music in bowling area was a little explicit so after asking them staff changed it, which was good.

Nice arcade, has rhythm games like mai mai, chuunithym and taiko. The taiko near the bowling alley has some glare from the other games, but it is a good drum. The staff is nice too Overall a good arcade with a nice selection of games and more quiet atmosphere than townhall koko

CityHeroes Arcade is a fun and exciting spot with a great selection of games. The atmosphere is great. Definitely a great place for a night out!

We were unable to play our second game of bowling, we asked the staff if we could be given a credit or money on gamepass. Manager denied any credit given, No refunds given is fair enough but no credit given is not fair, ended up leaving and losing our money :(

i come here about once a week for rhythm games and it never disappoints, it’s a chill atmosphere to unwind with a group or alone

A good mid-sized arcade, arguably with the best prizes out of all the locations because of their hugeeee plushies! Points also for city heroes + darts in one third bowling bar next door. Always worth the 45 minute drive. Peep my biggest win from there 🫶

Good for games and winning mini prizes. Good management and selection of things to do from racing games and rhythm games to huge claw machines.

Alright selection of arcade games, but best top up deal doesn’t compare to Timezone venues when they have double dollars, and staff sometimes don’t attend to customers at the front counter.

Jasmine was the absolute best! She had great service and was super attentive, very kind and overall friendly.

The arcade was great!! The atmosphere was very nice, place was clean, and the staff were all very friendly! One of the claw machines had gotten stuck, but luckily, one of the staff members helped us immediately, and even provided us with a free plush toy!

This is actually one of the nicer Koko Amusement places in Sydney. Not much noise, quiet space, plenty of time to play anything without congestion and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed my experience here and did win some new lovely friends from some of the machines. Despite all the troubles I've had during my times at all of the Kokos, I actually enjoyed it! I do like the vibes and colors and characters scattered everywhere. Would love to see your franchise here in New Zealand.

Female employees do not pay attention to customers who come to serve them. I lost a lot of money playing this arcade game just to relax. But I went to inform the staff that there was a problem. The staff did not give importance and did not care. I come to play here almost every day. Today's female employees don't care.

Needs to move air hockey table elsewhere, people keep flying the discs onto initial D and maximum tune machines, real hazard when these are flying towards your screens or back of your heads
