Absolutely love this place, staff, meals and service is amazing.

Lovely open bar, bistro, and TAB section. A large smoking section is located in the middle of the venue. There are 86 poker machines, spaced out nicely, with a dedicated area for Big Red Machines. Love the setup—definitely the best pub in the area. I’ll be back

We had a catch up lunch with friends at the Kealba Hotel yesterday. As always staff were friendly and efficient and meals were tasty, fresh and promptly served. I highly recommend this hotel for a lunchtime or evening meal.

All meals came out promptly and only 1 dish was not the best. There were 13 of us

Great venue

As a vegan it’s not often a menu offers more than l option. Pleasantly surprised they offer 4 mains plus 2 starters and even offer vegan option for children. I’ve now eaten here 2 times now and both times happy with my meal choices. They change the menu, l have eaten the vegan parmigiana that was delicious, glad they do not use Bio cheese like a lot of other venues. It’s feral in taste and over powers meal making it unpalatable in my option. I’ve also eaten their vegan meat balls, it’s offered as a starter however enough to enjoy as a main, it’s my absolute favorite, wish it was offered all year round. Food comes out quite quickly, often not in order. Sometimes your starter will come out after your main arrives. Staff are very attentive, clearing away plates and empty glasses swiftly. Pricing is very affordable, very much on par with pub/bistro pricing every where.

Had my 3 yr olds party. The staff handled everything for me. Timings were perfect. Staff friendly and professional. Tables cleared regularly. Food was great , platters were good sizing, well priced. My family hadn't been to Kealba Pub for a few years as grandsons living elsewhere now. I thought meals were not as enjoyable this time. Too many chips, they seemed to be on every plate whereas we used to be given choice of veggies or salad. I used to love chips but now the oil/salt does not go well with some of us senior/elderly folk. Also fish whilst nice was 'swimming' in sauce. Otherwise I did enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and would think about coming again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! WHY IS THE FOOD SO GOOD HERE ?! Okay im at a pub restaurant- I should be drunk & accept anything that comes towards me. However I’m not. I’m dead sober celebrating a friends birthday. Ordered a few light snacks. Calamari, wings & mussels. Everything tastes 10/10 & is top tier restaurant quality. Seasoned to perfection. This place is a hidden gem. I’m shocked to my core that food can be delivered at such a high standard at a pub. I’m pleased to say the least. Well done guys. Well done. 10/10

Huge area for family dining and a bonus with a big kids playroom area. Meals were tasty as and a decent size. very good customer service. Highly recommend visiting this hotel.

Kealba Hotel, senior 3 course meals big portions 250 gr steak & chips, side salad and garlic bread or dessert very good at affordable prices including a glass of beer or wine of your choice. Come once a week with my brother, clean and spacious environment, good service.

A bit disappointed. I booked bench seat near play area as we had grandchildren. When we arrived they had put us near the ucecream servery,not bench seat other end. Children wanted to put money in machines area. Couldn't get change anywhere as were told tills cant be opened for change. except gaming area which is difficult as children aren't allowed in this area. I spoke to manager re this to be told isn't there a change machine in childrens area. I've never seen one.

Absolutely love the staff member Sue, she has amazing customer service and is always so lovely when we come here. She's so welcoming with a massive smile. Venue is great.

Had our first meal, there today. It was from the Seniors menu. It was excellent in quality and size. Value, was superb. I cannot imagine anyone wanting a larger meal

1. Could not understand my name and spelling when booking. Was told Could only have the table until 3 due to another booking coming in at 3. Which was strange since there were plenty of tables available around us. 2 We booked for 14 and had 6 seats on side 1 on the end. 3 people came and sat on the table, which made our seating short. Told the lady who worked there, she was slightly aggressive. 3. Entrees and then main came out very close together. Meaning the main was slightly cold. 4. Most of the meals were very enjoyable. 5. Maybe 2 people taking orders for meals.

It was disappointing. Steak was not cooked as requested. Chicken snitznel was tough. Completely stuffed up dessert order.

Terrible food. Junk food. I have tried steak there tonight. It’s extremely dry like cardboard. Don’t waste your time and money in this restaurant. Worst steak I ever had in my life.

Tradies!! Be careful when attending this establishment. I had my locked tool box broken into when having a date night with my wife. Expensive power tools were stolen from the car park. I won’t be attending this establishment due to the lack of security surrounding our cars The security is not up to standard when it comes to making sure their patrons cars are protected..

Poker machines look like some one is controlling like none wining. Keep putting money but no win at all .

Great for children's parties. A few seagulls ( kids from other party) swooped in and ate a few party pies but nobody went hungry. Staff were friendly and helped at all times. Child free zone available. (POKIES) Great afternoon!

Always a pleasant family Xmas catchup at the Keabla Hotel

This is one of the best venues in the area. From the security guards to the bistro and gaming staff, they are all very lovely, engaging, and inviting people.

Really average food and service. Considering we went around 3:30ish, it wasn’t busy, how disappointing. Burnt Parma, no one ever came back to check on us.

I usually go there all the time it's usually pretty good this time the rack of lamb was cold we had to ask for another one the mussels was not good also the amount of mussels for the price was not much the bread that was served with the mussels was tasting oily the mussels were cooked with the green sea grass still inside they were not cleaned before cooking really disappointing

Went to this pub last night and had the steak with mushroom sauce. The mushroom sauce is just water and 2 little slices of mushroom. I went to this pub 6 months ago and still they serve up watered sauce. Probably time to talk to your so called chef!!!

My friends came to lunch with me and everyone loved the steak and fish.

I went here a couple months ago and it wasn’t very great but I went back a week ago and it was great. The playground is so great for the kids and the food is actually very nice.

We waited over 1 hour for our meals some came out after others on the table we're finished, a medium rare steak was well done, my curry was cold and chewy, unfortunately no one asked us how we enjoyed our meals so we won't be back.

I will never be coming back. It took over an hour to get our food (and it wasn’t even busy). And when the food arrived, every single meal we had was so over cooked, it was inedible. For the price of the meals, this is an absolute waste of money.
