Not as crowded as expected, staff member easy to find and very helpful. No security at front door as is usually the case

Outstanding Customer Service at JB Hi-Fi As a local, I visit JB Hi-Fi regularly, and every time, Eshan and Abs provide exceptional service. Today, I came in with an issue with my AirPods charging, expecting to go through a warranty process. However, Eshan and Abs resolved the problem on the spot, saving me time and hassle. While browsing for an Apple Watch, both of them were incredibly helpful, offering their expert advice and sharing their personal experiences to ensure I chose the right model for my needs. Their knowledge, friendliness, and genuine willingness to assist make every visit a great experience. They have also helped me with purchases like iPhone charging cables, saving me money at checkout by asking where I would be using the charger. I initially planned to use it for Apple CarPlay, and Abs luckily asked me about it, pointing out that the cable I was about to buy wasn’t compatible. Thanks to his guidance, I avoided the hassle of returning and exchanging it later. I highly recommend seeking out Eshan and Abs for any purchases or advice. They are communicative, professional, and truly go above and beyond to help customers find the best options. If they don’t have the answer, they’ll make sure to direct you to the right person. Fantastic service all around!

Rude and unprofessional customer service. We were asking about some cameras and we saw a DNC we didn't know that it's a retail thing but we genuinely wanted to ask about cameras cause we're going on a holiday and one of the staff, a red hair guy, rudely told us to don't worry about it. And most of the staffs are just talking loudly by the door.

It's an incredible place for anyone or everyone to come and buy electronic stuff and household appliances from there. Friendly staff will help you with anything. You can email 📧 or ring them up. My answer is that the retail is impressive for shoppers to come and see or buy.

Worst customer service, not going there ever, the sales staf has no smiles at all rather they have bossy attitude and zero customer service. Guys you are spending money there, dont take their attitudes rather go to bing lee where you get proper customer service and you are treated with respect. Never going back to JB hi fi again.

The JBHIFI loading dock staff were something. No customer service skills, no smiles or greetings and looked saddened by the fact we handed our faulty TV for testing. What the heck is up with “I can’t carry your product from this line onwards (a 55 inch Smart TV)” and “YOU have to remove the wall mount stand screws from the TV, WE can’t”. Make us do all the work, while you stand there. Congrats on attaining #1 dog water customer service badge. Remove the customer from “customer service”. All I got was unorganised, ungrateful and delayed service. The lack of help is probably related to insurance/policy related processes, which completely disseminate and crumble the customer experience. The store staff are generally friendly and I usually never have problems with them. Though their POS system and processes are slow such as manager approval, refunds/exchanges and syncing up repair reference numbers from loading dock staff. Communication, staff training and technology need to improve in my opinion.

Worst customer service ever, untrained staff if you find any absolutely a joke of a store

Purchased products here twice in the past month, both times received no pressure advice. Went away and did my homework, came back and purchased a large screen tv. It was delivered on the day scheduled within an hour of when stated on their online tracker ! Delivery staff were friendly and super helpful. Black Friday sales come round, the tv was price dropped, so i went back into the store looking for a credit of the price difference, and that staff member was polite and super helpful. Great customer experience across a range of staff and visits, well done JB MP !

Excellent service and good quality kitchen and household appliances. Be careful buying Dad's Army: The Missing Episodes at every JB Hi-Fi. They don't on non multi regional players, only on multi regional players.

Very rude and don't even bother about their customer. Went to Rousehill JB just because of their behave and very amazed how nice the jb reps of rousehill are.

The customer service has significantly deteriorated. Previously, there were a couple of knowledgeable and helpful staff members, but they seem to have moved on. Currently, the staff lacks product knowledge, is unhelpful, and leaves you waiting for a while before attending to you. I recommend doing your own research before making a purchase, as the sales team tends to simply Google information and provide obvious answers. If you need genuine assistance, I highly recommend Harvey Norman Castlehill, where each department has a dedicated sales expert with in-depth product knowledge.

You can find some products in cheaper price from online shops. Staff are friendly and the store is tidy and clean.

The two young ladies at the checkout counter were very rude and were not willing to answer my questions. Very bad shopping experience.

Came into this location, met LUKE who attended me, which was an absolute LEGEND!! Very over qualified & eductated!!! I think just because of Luke, he has made this store my new go to Jb Hi fi. He was able to help me sort some arrangements with Jb for some fathers day gifts & even give me power advice on looking into their portable power boxes. Giving me a rough estimation because he has knowledge in mechatronic engineering! Promote this guy!! Very helpful, good attitude & informed. Other attendents are fairly nice aswell, do reccomend this store!

It's very pathetic service here. They don't even care about customers who are genuine. They just deny returns without listening to the customers.

Good products but very bad customer service and after-sales service in this location. I would buy from another store, or at least another JB-HIFI store, not this one. Very unsympathetic and ignorant staff.

The service at your store was absolutely atrocious. The salesperson showed no professionalism, walking around without making eye contact. To make matters worse, he insulted me by implying that everyone over 18 should have a phone plan. It's my choice, not his. Your staff needs serious training in basic customer service and respect.

Following the failure of our projector, we contacted the store and were informed that the unit would need to be brought in for inspection rather than being assessed on-site. Despite delivering the projector two weeks ago, we have experienced significant difficulties in obtaining updates on its status. Repeated calls to the store have resulted in transfers and unfulfilled promises of callbacks. On one recent call, a representative identified themselves as Jerek before abruptly transferring the call to another individual with an identical voice claiming to be named Jay. This incident strongly suggests a deliberate attempt to avoid addressing the customer's concerns. Our overall experience indicates a clear lack of customer service and a pattern of misleading information.

This JB Hi-Fi is actually really nice located in the corner at Marsden Park. It is really new, great place and staff there to help you out. I'd say it has more items there than most jbs but that's my judgement comparing to Mount Druitt and blacktown jb. Just your typical jb honestly not sure what to say 😂. If you want stuff they have it electronic and game wise, good prices for tech and phones. They have it all

Worst experience ever. We specifically showed the staff member what fridge we want. They charged and delivered the wrong fridge. I had to go instore to explain as they only were willing to refund 80% initially. Once they accepted their mistake, they told me that they would arrange for the pick-up of the fridge the next day and give me a full refund. When I followed up with them the next day, they told me it would be picked up the day after. When I called them again, they pushed it to the next day. So basically, I had to stay home 3 days as the fridge wasn't picked up. Zero customer service and accountability.

This is without a doubt the worst JB store I’ve ever been in. I waiting for like 10 minutes for 2 staff members to finish chatting, only for the staff member to then take out his phone, too busy staring at it, and walked off completely ignoring me. I had to go to the counter to ask someone to help me, and the lady was rude and had attitude as if I was disturbing her?? I then asked if that was the best price she could do, she scanned the barcode, ignored the question and said “I’ll take it to the counter for you”. She went and dumped it on the counter and told the other guy to put it through. He was more pleasant, but an incredibly robotic transaction. This was the most horrible experience. I’ll never go back. It’s clear customers aren’t important in this store. Do better guys.

Installation person didn’t wanted to remove panels even though it was communicated to the sales person before booking for Installation during purchase of dishwasher. Also after removing the panels ourselves in 10mins, we tried calling the installation person and he asked to call JB HiFi to book another appointment. After speaking to JB HiFi person we were told that installation person is saying that he can’t install in that space as it won’t fit when he didn’t even measure anything or came back after the panels were removed. After checking further with JB HiFi store we were told that this is the only team they have for installation. It has been quite poor customer service and false assurance given by sales person during installation booking and purchase of dishwasher that installation team is fully equipped to remove panels and complete installation works.

I initially had a negative experience with my order but thanks to Courtney intervention; the issue was resolved.

Nathan was very helpful and friendly. If you're in a bad mood, his service will definitely cheer you up!

Staff very unhelpful and force you to buy phone case and other stuff when you just want to buy a PHONE. Very stupid and rule staff

Worst experience. Bought a robo vacuum ECOVACS DEEBOT T9+ with extra care warranty. From the 3rd month of purchase, it started failing. Literally this is the 7th time it failed over the last 2 years. Everytime we give it for repair, they take 3-4 weeks and return the item. It works fine for a few weeks and again stops. Have been telling JB hi fi that I am not happy with the product from the beginning and I dont want it. Because it was bought for above $1000, they say they can only repair it as many times as it fails. It is such a pain every time to take it to the store for repair. They should have considered my case as it fails too many times. I feel cheated by jb hi fi by giving me a damaged product. It failed today again. I am going to give it back to them forever. If they make some justice to me by replacing the product or give me my money back, then good. Else this is my last time entering JB hifi and the vacuum cleaner will be left at their place.

Our experience wasn’t the most pleasing with one of the staff members who wasn’t empathetic and friendly around children. She made us feel uncomfortable in the space that we chose to walk out of the store and instead went into The Good Guys where the staff were welcoming and friendly and made a quick purchase too. This was our second time experiencing staff being impatient and hovering around. I think we are now done with this place and definitely choosing other options over this.

Have bought a couple of things from this store recently and was fortunate enough to be served both times by a lovely young man with glasses who I can't remember the name of, but he knew everything there was to know about massage guns and a little bit about speakers as well. He also does stand up and has his own podcast. Great, entertaining service. Highly recommend going there - Karen

Situation: Not much customers in the queue, fairly quiet morning/lunch time How hard was it to give a click and collect item? Took nearly an hour! Even gave us the wrong item with the wrong customer name- they didn’t even double check our IDs. So we had to wait again. JB Marsden is one of the worst JB Hifi branches, I reckon just go Blacktown- not worth the Richmond Rd traffic just to get to Marsden Park. Customer service is so bad, just saying. Seems like they’re all trainees, no experience

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced shopping here. After asking a couple of enquiry questions, the person at the counter was sighing, had poor attitude towards me, and after the transaction had been completed, gave no friendly departing gesture or at the very least - a smile. Very disappointing etiquette.

Thank you so much Cameron, Dylan, and Scooter guy* for your patience and time. Very pleasent men, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I understand dealing with my FRIEND* can be very difficult, you handled him well. Will definitely recommend this place!

Great customer service (ABH)

Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any retail store. Bought a new TV and got it delivered to our new house. When we moved in and found it was not working properly we immediately reported it but to our surprise they blamed it on us and Hisense. When a technician from Hisense informed JB that the damage was not exterior and can’t be caused by the customer they avoided the topic and never did anything about it. We wrote so many emails and calls but no one there would help and they kept pushing us away. It’s been 11 months now and the TV is in a corner unused. This is just ridiculous like unbelievable. They should be ashamed of themselves. It’s still under warranty so the fight is still on but I strongly do not recommend anyone buying anything from that store!

Extremely disappointing service from JBHiFi Maraden Park for Ecovacs. We purchased Ecovacs DEBOT T9+ from JBHiFi Marsden Park. The product gave trouble right from first month. We have so far taken the product for repair 4 times - With each time staff of JBHiFI refusing to replace or refund the product. Last time their staff made a peomise to replace the producr if the issue reoccurs. Today they are blaming it on Ecovacs that company is not allowing refund or replace. Each time we took the product for repair JBHifi Maraden Park kept the product with them for 4 weeks . It is a fruatrating and disappointing experience due to poor customer service from JBHiFI Maraden Park as well as a poor product from Ecovacs.

Unfriendly staff

Purchased a french door fridge from JB Hifi online - followed their instructions regarding door clearance of 800mm and also bigger clearance of 950mm in the stairs. The delivery guys came and said they weren't able to carry the fridge up the stairs even though on the order and I confirmed there would be stairs and provided enough clearance. We were forced to accept the fridge delivery and they told us another team will come and carry the fridge upstairs or else we would be charged a 2nd delivery fee so we accepted the fridge and left it in the carpark. 2 days later another team of two guys came, refused to carry the fridge up the stairs and left. Messaged JB Hifi saying that the fridge was still in the carkpark and we need the guys to carry it up the stairs. They messaged back saying they were unable to do this and there was not much they can do about it! Why sell a fridge when I've provided all the details and enough clearance? I decided to go externally and hire 2 guys to carry the fridge up the stairs for $150 which they did. I installed the fridge myself and connected the water pipes. I messaged JbHiFi saying I managed to get the fridge up the stairs and install it and wanted a refund of my JB Home Delivery-Unpack-Connect fee. They replied and refunded me $10...what a joke To sum it up, if you buy a fridge from jbhifi and have stairs in your house be prepared to carry it up yourself even if you purchase the JB Home Delivery-Unpack-Connect package. Won't be buying from them again! Terrible customer service
