A potential great place for locals who want to have a feed and enjoy sports, food is great but the beers on the tap are crap, no pale or.xpa on the tap, today all pubs have xpa like Walter, stonewood!! I have asked this many a times but I guess no one listens !!

Great lunch special offers. Feels super cozy with plenty of screens for whatever sport you like. Food was delicious and brought out at a good time. Will definitely be back :)

Since I have been coming here I have been treated with great customer service. I had something happen and the staff went above and beyond. I would like to thank the duty manager on at the time Cheyanne and security Jacob for the way they handled the matter

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this venue and I must say it was an absolutely appalling experience. The behaviour of the staff, particularly one Australian lady with visibly blackened teeth, was nothing short of offensive and unacceptable. My friends and I entered the establishment with the simple desire to enjoy a pleasant meal while watching an NRL match. However, instead of receiving the warm hospitality one would expect, we were treated with utter disdain and subjected to unwarranted mistreatment. This particular staff member took it upon herself to demand identification from us not once, but twice within a span of ten minutes. Her persistent requests were completely uncalled for and made us feel as if we were being targeted for no reason at all. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to make rude comments about our appearances, which were completely unprofessional, distasteful and unnecessary. In light of this appalling behaviour, I felt compelled to bring the matter to the attention of the manager. However, the damage had already been done, and my evening was thoroughly ruined. The entire experience was nothing short of disgusting. I find it deeply troubling that an establishment would employ individuals who possess such a lack of respect for their customers. The staff's actions were not only distasteful but also tarnished the reputation of the establishment itself. I strongly urge the management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take immediate action to rectify the behaviour of their staff. Based on my encounter, I cannot recommend Blacktown Central Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. It is disheartening to see such unprofessionalism and offensive treatment towards customers. I hope this review serves as a cautionary message to others, and that the management takes this feedback seriously in order to improve the overall atmosphere and customer service. Well it is a great place to hang out! However the prices of alcoholic drinks are rather steep. So if you are not a winner with the gambling side of things you do not last too long. But I will say that while you are there the staff are very good to you. Of course everything depends on your own pocket.

This place is great for nice punt at the pokies and for some drinks. it is clean and well maintained. For the duration of your play you are also offered complimentary drinks & random finger food . Upon entering you're welcomed by friendly security at the staff to sign in. Once you're inside you're then further greeted again by the bar/gaming staff who are super friendly and accommodating from the start till you finish. I've been there a few times and notice the staff get a long with the regulars which is a good sight to see as you play. For my past and recent visits I would like to give a shout out to the three stand out staff (in no particular order) Lauren, Chey and Florabel offer amazing service and making me feel always welcomed, full and hydrated.

How awful is this place now. Used to be good food and ambiance and now it's a money hungry pit for gamblers. Got asked to leave cause I wasn't playing on the pokies I brought a drink and they offered to refund.. Absolutely disgusting will never return. Take the trip up the road to the KPT, Render this place useless unless you have a gambling addiction.

This place has the most on-top and consistent good service I've experienced at any bar I've been too. All the staff are attentive and great to deal with, always get a good conversation when I'm in there.

I am a regular customer of blacktown central hotel. I could say that I am very happy and satisfied with the services that this hotel offers. Also the hotel staff are very nice especially Flora Bel. She’s a very accomodating person and does her job really well. I would like to recommend this place to my friends.
