Iv rang 240 Amusements on several occasions, asking for help and advice each time I have spoken to John who has been nothing short of a wealth of knowledge, each time identifying the faults with the various machines I have enquired about and each time saving me a lot of money and a lot of time, which as a businessman he doesn’t have to do, but does it willingly and gladly…. Bought my first NBA 4 player machine with 4000+ games on it 3 years ago from 240. Love the machine and 240 Amusements are great to deal with. They delivered the machine free of charge and I live almost 30kms away. HIGHLY RECEOMMEND. If you are after an arcade machine and want to relive your childhood memories by playing all the old games, then buy from 240.

This place is Fantastic. John has been working in the industry since I was born, and offers Fantastic machines at Cheap prices. His knowledge is incredible and hes more than happy to share it, for free. Service like this place rarely exists these days. He goes out of his way to make sure you choose what you want, i took up hours of his time. These machines have pretty much every game ever invented. Hes given my kids a super Christmas. I couldnt speak higher of this place, and its sad 2 competitors have left RIDICULOUS reviews, this place is the best.

Beginning of last year I bought a Daytona twin unit, they worked hard on the machine to get it into great condition. Any issues that have come up it has been fixed fast and while also educating myself on the maintenance I can do. Look forward to doing business with them again!

After being in the market for a candy cab since a family tragedy late last year, I was referred to 240.com.au via a reputable Arcade Forum, and reached out to them via email for availability of a machine. I immediately had a response from Jason in the evening, and then received a follow up call the next day explaining they have a unit, and wanted to give me the best unit, even replacing the screen with one without burn in. A week later received the machine, and finally got to turn it on. Unfortunately had a minor issue with player 2 not working correctly, and was dealt with promptly from Jason and John, making sure that I was up and running without any issues. I cannot thank you Jason and your team enough for your effort, honesty, and support especially with the recent lockdowns with COVID, delivering exceptional service. Have been using 240 as my main source of arcade PCB/components for a while now. Always been best prices (even including shipping to Perth). Hundreds of emails with Jason, top bloke, always replies to emails within 2 hours and always follows up after a purchase. Orders arrive on time and as described. Had an issue with an order (which was due to my hardware in the end, not a faulty item) and 240 even shipped back to me at no cost - how is that for customer service? I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and will continue to be my first stop for any arcade orders. EDIT - 16/02/18 Another large, expensive order just arrived from 240. Expertly packed. John and Jason are the biggest crooks in Melbourne. Lots of false promises. Pretty much one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Avoid this place like the plague.
