Had lunch there today, roast lamb,$26 paid not worth it, meat so fatty, no pumpkin which is part of a roast,certainly not worth $26, thinking twice of going there again.

Only went to attend a meeting. One didn't heat properly, no water, no milk at start, nor morning tea, had to ask and got milk, lunch was very nice.

Came to the pokies to kill some time and the man at the front desk checking us in; I found was bad mannered. I was having trouble signing into the venue through NSW app and instead of offering another alternative or assisting, he said to get a new phone. This is not something you want to hear, especially when you’re coming in with money to spend at the pokies. It’s not good customer service if you’re telling someone to get a new phone instead of offering them a solution like using physical ID as another process of signing in. When patrons are choosing to spend their money at your venue to increase your turnover. I felt embarrassed in front of my friends and also disheartened to spend anymore time in the venue.

So I’ve worked in the area on and off for two years and I’ve always been kinda meaning to check out the Club and thought today “what the hell, let’s go in” Unfortunately experience wasn’t that great. Reception was quite nice when I first popped in but when I placed my order I found the staff member (Karina) kinda off. I asked what table was available snd had a charger I could use before work and when I placed mentioned which table she seemed unaware and simply kept telling me I needed to select a table, to which I explained that I made my certain selection. Not too much to complain about there but it stuck out to me. Afterwards I ordered the rump steak and a soft drink and I have to say, I was kind of disappointed. Firstly, the rump steak is $33.50 and was actually kinda small for the size and felt oddly cool for something straight out of the kitchen. I’m also pretty sure they didn’t cook it properly since I asked for medium rare and it certainly didn’t look or taste like it. Not to be that guy but to he honest I’d expect better for just under 40 dollars for a drink and dinner, especially in Burwood where you have so many other venues to choose from on the main road alone. Maybe it was just an off day or I ordered the wrong menu item but it felt pretty disappointing

We travel from the North Shore for the barramundi dish at this club. The fish itself is great but the accompaniments make it worth the trip. It always includes about five veggies - apart from the pumpkin and potatoes in the mash. The sauce tops off a wonderful meal. Best value in Sydney.

I ordered fried fish and chips and when the staff put it on the table, she dropped some chips and just left without cleaning it for me or even saying 'sorry'. It's hard to imagine how would a waitress treat her client like this. How did such person become a waitress? Unless you are seeking for a large serve of meal at a low price, I don't recommend you to eat here and buy its membership, really.

Popped into Club BURWOOD for dinner with a few friends Three of our group ordered the fried chicken Nasi Goreng and oh geez it must have been one of the worst dishes served It was clumpy and cold also gluggy Then the kung pao crispy pork belly arrived,dry with the pork being over cooked and lacked seasoning My wagyu beef burger came out and I must admit was one of the worst burgers I've had The only nice dishes were the two servings of spring rolls At least the chef got something right I don't think we'll be returning to this club

Little small club in the corner that serve a variety of foods and drinks. The service from staff was good but the food was not that good. It tastes like it was frozen and fried. And not the greatest quality compared to other clubs in Sydney.

We hold a regular meeting here and the staff are always amazingly supportive, but the FOOD is delicious! Always great to finish with dinner and drinks and more conversation. Thank you!

The worst experience. Took more than 15mims to get in and to order the beer or food, stood for at least 20mins but non of the staff came and after 20mins came to us and said sorry guys. Ridiculously bad service and not good place to hangout as per advertisement. Staffs here don’t know how to treat customers. Worst one. Never coming back.

Nice little club with old fashioned bistro setup. Meals are very good value for price and portion sizes. Shame the main focus is on the pokies which are very loud and so close to the dining seating.

Nasi Goreng cooked by the Chef Bhupen on sunday was superb ❤️. Got a good taste and well cooked. Thank you for that tasty food .

the pokies are disgusting can't use cash or change machines with out the cards water or coffee isn't even free why do I have to pay $3 for water when I want to put a couple of hundred on the pokies the Burwood hotel,royal shef and bath arms are way better

This is the worst venue you could ever walk-in. I rate this club 0/5 & my rating is based on following: 1) Club Host (Relief-Manager) She is an Asian lady, normally works at Burwood RSL but does a few nights at Club Burwood doing relief. Her attitude is shocking, She is the best example of an “Unwelcoming Host”. Very Selective. Would only acknowledge certain customers that she likes. 2) Have to wait unprecedented time to have a waiter come take your order.

Simple layout with bar, kitchen, tab and gambling facilities onsite. Nice food. The fish and chips comes with a small salad and it's great value. Parking isn't so easy but there is usually metered street parking within 500m or so of the venue. Every time I've been there it has been quite busy but never so busy that I couldn't find a spare seat or poker machine.

The security guard at reception is a rude man. When I asked a simple yes or no question, I was given a long statement. Maybe he's taking it as an oppotunity to practice English? Also, when I sign in with my mobile, STOP poking your head and looking at my screen!

Decent bistro style food, but on the pricey side unless you get their lunch specials. But service is always good, staff is always friendly. Just make sure you remember to choose a table and remember the table number before you order at the counter.

The food was exceptional. I ordered the chef's special, Grilled tandoori Barramundi fillet, which was cooked to perfection accompanied with spiced pumpkin puree, potato fondant, asparagus, mint raita and papadum. Such a great taste profile. I finished my lunch with smooth velvety flat white. This club deserves so much love. I am definitely coming back ❤️

Had the best food in Sydney. Thanks to chef Bhupen for serving us best meals. And thanks to Mr. Mohit for the best service. Highly recommend to try garlic prawn, chilli jam prawns.

Man at the reception had two masks on and when my partner and I entered, he came up very close to my partner and glared at him. No social distancing, and no personal space given to us. I had to ask him “Are you alright?????”. Not a fan. Very weird customer service! Thank goodness we didn't end up staying or signing in. It was such a weird and uncomfortable experience. Strongly would not recommend.

Food is good however, it seems many times members and people have told you here that certain indian type security staff are very rude and from what ive read and seen here you havent fired the main offener? Fix or lose business.
