Terrible service went for a date for Valentines day. Asked for a pizza with no tomato and they refused to take it off, asked to add cheese on a schnitzel and they said no so I walked out.

Came to the cross keys with some friends they have cheap beers and new gaming machines in the gaming room we had a great time. Excellent service in the gaming room from the guy with the dark hair ponytail We didn't catch his name. 4/5 stars because yesterday afternoon on the 43 degree day felt very humid in the gaming room but will will definitely come back to the cross keys 100%.

It was very last minute that I decided to host a 30th birthday party. So I called Cross Keys, and they put me through to Ange. After a quick conversation, she locked it all in. A few min after, she called me to let me know that she would have the sports bar booked for us instead of dining at the bistro. 2 days before the event, I called to confirm that I would have 50 guests and have requested for the bar to be set up as a proper sit-down dinner, which they already had planned for. Got there, and I was so surprised with how they turned the sports bar to a dining place. The table was all set and decorated. The team on was wonderful and accommodating. All orders came out smoothly, and the food was great. I could not thank the team enough for how well they have accommodated us tonight and how well they have set up the venue. It was beyond what I was expecting. I really just want to say thank you so much! I had the perfect evening celebrating with friends and family.

Brilliant little spot, great food, and really cheap! Big serves, and the staff are wonderful!! Had an amazing meal...highly recommend their beef strogenoff!!! Edit Dec 15th 2024..Always great meals here! Never had a bad one yet! Great steaks, delicious gravy, best pub grub around!

The Cross Keys hotel has an elegant decor and great service. It's clean and classy and I recommend you stop in and visit when passing by!!

Forget about it's previous reputation!!! We've found the dining area clean, fashionable decor & comfy family venue. Friendly efficient Staff & playroom for little ones. We previously enjoyed Schnitzel nights on Wednesday's they when they were $15 each with toppings. Now it's November 2024 they're $19 each with toppings.

Great customer service. Security is very friendly and staff is so nice. Manager on duty to over see things was very nice. Made sure we had a good experience. Would recommend anyone that wants to have a quiet. The staff is happy to serve you good and beverages while you play. 5 star all around.

Went for lunch here yesterday food was lovely enjoyed playing in the gaming room. Like to mention Renee who was welcoming on arrival and very helpful and made me laugh 😂 Also the boss was nice as well a great place will be back .

The restaurant is exceptional. I have the lunch special steak and for $18 let me tell you it was DIVINE.

I'm updating my review as after initial visits where I was blown away with how lovely meals were and the staff. I'm disappointed as this became our new favorite and our recent visit I left hungry. We had 5 of us and all had average meals. Lemon pepper squid was nice but only 6 pieces of squid, chips when I asked for no chips and salad was brown and inedible. So I paid $26 for 6 pieces of squid. Pasta special was flavourless, sausage special looked like the sausages were boiled. One said the chicken schnitzel was ok. The young man that served us and waited our tables looked like he had better places to be and didn't seem to be capable to do his job. Don't know... places are only a good as the last time you visited. It's a shame I really loved going here.

Great trendy but cosy pub. Friendly staff, really good food. The lamb shank was delicious. So was the parmi. and affordable prices make you want to return. Best of all they encourage live music. The band Magnetic is top class. Thankyou Cross Keys😊

Our big family love this beautiful, friendly, happy place to meet and share precious time together. The staff are so welcoming and lovely. The meals are delicious and we would go nowhere else.

Not good in the matter of room temperature. Also disappointed with Fiona supervisor. She let are sits the in freezer temperature. When we ask for adjustments she refused with very silly excuses. Obviously not very technicaly inform or knowledgeble. Typical situation is that in the summer is freezing cold and in the winter everybody is sweating of heat. Big disappointment specially when gaming room won awards ofbest gaming room"in Adelaide. This situation let as things twice if we come back any more. Nobody wants to go home sick and stress with supervisor argumental nature."

Nice & relaxing hotel with an awesome variety of gaming machines 🙂 Staff are very helpful & friendly.. service is great.. Soft drinks & ham/cheese toasties are complimentary for patrons in gaming room..with that service it's a huge +++ To me that says that the hotel care about their patrons..

Luv this place. Decor great, atmosphere xlent, service xlent, food very good. Ordered pork roast and was served a very big serve, delicious....this pub has really changed a lot for the better.

We had a 3 Birthday Sunday lunch. The service was brilliant and the staff were super friendly and could not do enough to make this a very happy occasion. We ordered some platters of hot and cold food and it was all very tasty and fresh.

Schnitzel night was good, but no more salad bar was a downer.

Just popped in with the wife. Tried two lunch specials. She had the cheese Burger. I had the seafood basket. Two pieces of fish the size of chicken nuggets. Calamari was mush. Scallops are still cold and uncooked. Terrible food.

I cannot fault this place. Every. Single. Time. Great good. Excellent service. Value for money as the pricing is reasonable.

I went there with my son and a mate Friday the 2nd February for dinner the food was awesome the service was awesome and the staff were absolutely amazing! One thing can we please have ( can’t remember what it’s called) it was chicken schnitzel with mash on top and something else if we could have that back please that would be great

I had lunch there yesterday as part of our regular monthly family gathering. As always, the staff couldn't do enough for us. They were so friendly and gave us impeccable service. The tables were lovely and very festive. The coffee was delicious, as was my sault and pepper squid and chips. I'd give my meal a 10 out of 10. It's rare you go somewhere and get really well-cooked chips these days. Well-done guys. Keep it up and merry Christmas!

Went to the cross keys for the first time for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The meals are a great size as well as tasting delicious. Pricing is good and staff are very friendly. We would recommend this hotel for a good meal out.

Has great little toasties and coffee for the pokies area. Really a pokies kind of hotel. Dining area is on the small side. Has a drive through bottlo.

I recently enjoyed a meal at Cross Keys, then spent an hour in the gaming room. The staff on duty were very welcoming and friendly, a credit to the hotel. I was made to feel right at home by the girls: Bobby, Angie , Renee and Ellah. I have been a customer for many years, and love the new decor. Always a pleasure to visit for a relaxing afternoon Rosina Holland.
