Never thought I'd say this but there were way too many girls. Been there a few times and it's always like this. Felt like I was getting swarmed by hungry piranhas, could barely get 30 seconds to myself before another girl interrupted me, desperate for attention. They all looked so bored, honestly felt bad for them. Girls were super hot and friendly but hella overstaffed. YIKES .

Came by last Saturday the atmosphere was nice with beautiful girls my night was then immediately ruined when I had one of the bartenders slam the shot glass on the bar and proceeded to yell at me. This is going to be a long review. The first time I went to Kittens was in 2018. The security guard (65+ years man) didn't allow me me an entry. When I humbly asked the reason, he was very rude. That incident was one of the top 5 traumas in life. That is why I didn't even consider going there back again even though I had been spending $500+ per month @ an average in other strip clubs. Recently, I heard good stuffs about kittens from some people which were opposite to my personal experience. So I skimmed trough the Google reviews if there is any change. Unfortunately, I found many reviews (especially, from foreigner customers) about bad experiences with security people. Then I directly called them and asked if I (being a foreigner) am welcomed to visit. The response was very positive and encouraging. After that, I went there twice last week, and I wish I had spent my hard earned money there last 6 years. I am not sure, but I think there might have been some recent changes in management. That could explain why the current situation seems so contrary to my previous experience and to some of the other reviews. My experience this week is simply too good to be true. Needless to say, the staff and security guard—everyone—were friendly and professional. Don't know where that 65+ security guard is now (should be 70+ by now). I am trying to forgive him for keeping me away from this wonderful place for 6 years. Final note. Lucia and Lexi are great. I will keep coming back for them.

Place was filled to the brim, the music was very loud and had no option to speak or EVEN SIT. The women show an absolute lack for the act of caring and just ask about the money and if U say maybe in a bit they will leave with a sour attitude.

Dancers where absolutely wonderful but some where extremely pushy and trying to milk all your money out of you. The bar staff where extremely unqualified as they took 20 minutes to find a bottle of fire ball that was right in front of them and then proceeded to pour me the wrong drink other then that most of the dancers where extremely friendly and polite as well as being extremely approachable

How many chances do I need to give Kittens strip club. Again I was there at opening. (7.00) Did not get a dance till 10.00. The one lady who I liked and tipped on stage did not come down to talk to me. I was so interested in spending money. Ended up just doing a quick $50.00 dance and then left. Came again on Tuesday at 7.15 left at 8.00 still no ladies on. About 30 customers. If the ladies cannot make it by 7.00 just open at 8.00 thought I give Kittens another chance on5/1/2024 met phoebe she is an absolute pleasure Had lots of deep chats. Hope Kittens can wave phoebe's door fee next week

Kittens Strip Club was a nice outing for the family, good food and good hospitality. The chicken schnitzel with lobster tail was outstanding. I didn’t expect a strip club to have such delicious meal options, and at a reasonable price too! I recommend bringing the whole family, maybe for the sons birthday. He can have some cake and then get a lap dance right after, or even during the cake!!! How awesome is that!!!! 5 stars

I love this club but recently have gotten really slack with the amount of girls I went Easter Monday 2023 got there at 7:45pm and there where barely any girls waited and hour and still same thing there where about 4 girls with the club thriving and pretty busy, this has happened the last few times I have been and it’s getting a little boring to go your better off going to a club with more girls. I’m writing this review as someone who has worked in this industry as a manager (not at this venue). I have always found kittens staff, dancers and security to be friendly and approachable. It is a smallish place which has in the past been very crowded (pre pandemic); not quite so crowded now. Drink prices have risen post pandemic but I can understand that. Overall a great (adult) night out. Reading the 1 star reviews complaining about the security and door staff I feel that - any that are genuine reviews - are likely written by people who don’t know how to conduct themselves in such an environment … including how they dress, speak and behave.

Kittens Strip Club South Melbourne of course have rules like all clubs. But if you are asked to leave along with a lady close to you by the 'bar manager' woman because she accuses you of taking photos and so you comply politely and leave right away; a burly bearded bouncer from the door (with his two security colleagues as accomplices) then have zero right to then grab you and rough you up inside the premises when you are already, peacefully, well on the way to the exit. That is what any premise CCTV cameras operating, captured what happened at the time. We were leaving peacefully and they did this! Nor has the same burly bearded doorman have a right to punch the lady close to me after I get grabbed while leaving peacefully with her. That is assault. This is what happened 8.30pm Friday night 17th February. There are a number of complaints on here via these reviews by bouncers and management for being rude and am not surprised after this particular evening. You would think if any drink is about $12 each and you want customers to patronise the place to make big dollars from them, then (us) complying with a request to leave peacefully is no excuse to make me and lady with me a target for blatant assault by security. The bearded doorman broke the law. Guestimating he has a court history, given this type of behaviour. One of the security personnel with him wearing a baseball cap was wearing a 'Guardia' security company top. All security personnel I saw were wearing black or very dark tops. Myself and lady I was with have zero police record. I hold current Working with Children card and we are both in our 50s. The excuse for this brutally by this security company is zero. I should never have been grabbed for leaving peacefully. Again, this is captured on any CCTV cameras operating at the time. We were focused on the the fashion and the performances and were looking for laid-back outgoing environment. For that, we didn't deserve this treatment. The matter won't end here. Once again,hat occurred inside the premises under the aforementioned circumstances, captured by any CCTV footage was unlawful by the security company. If premise don't allow CCTV footage as part of investigation, then they rely on witness statements as well. We are such witnesses to how this particular Kittens Club premise and Guardia security personnel there operates.

It has been sometime between bucks nights. It has been a life time ago since my last visit to the club. The hospitality, the level of service by the hosts/venue mangers, the dancers and especially the bartenders was amazing. Never easy to control 20-30 married men out for a bucks day and night. Bravo 👏. Nothing was too hard and everyone was so happy. The buck was made to feel like an A grade celebrity vip. Big thanks to the lovely Teá and lucky. As the sober friend who is driving everyone I never felt like the third wheel. Thanks guys.
