We waited 45 minutes for our order,the steak was over done and we couldn't get a knife through it. Seafood basket lol what a joke all frozen with homemade potato scallops,....no way, won't be returning

Loved it here, me and my friend caught up for a pub lunch with our dogs and it was great!

Wouldn’t recommend this pub to anyone. I ordered a medium rare steak with mushroom gravy and a coffee. First, my coffee came out after waiting for almost 15mins COLD. Like barely warmed milk in my coffee. It tasted like caramel milk honestly. Second, my food came out, why on earth do you put the mushroom gravy on top of my steak? I like to use the sauce for my chips but instead had it smothered all over my steak. Last, what I assume was the manager was absolutely atrocious. Literally yelled across the dining room and staff members instead of speaking to them discreetly. Horrible management, food, and drinks. At least the pokies were sub-par.

Going home hungry for the fourth time. Our order seems to get lost somehow, both at yarrabilba and logan village. We've tried ordering on the app and at the bar but have gone home hungry. We have been given a voucher once instead of our money back but didn't use it in the 2 week time frame so lost our money. Went for dinner tonight and waited over an hour to find the order wasnt placed again but the transaction has gone through. Sick of McGuire's having the monopoly in our area!!

Iv been coming to this pub for many years and I have never had a bad experience, staff is good, food is good, I enjoy coming here and chatting with mates and the like, and I hope they continue to keep the can continue to provide this attributes

We had a function with approx 50 people on the verandah. The staff in the lead up and on the night were very helpful and accommodating. The food was great and everyone had plenty to eat. The canapes were particularly delicious. We would definitely recommend the venue for a relaxed, kid-friendly event. The playground was perfect to keep the kids entertained.

Good pricing, nice food and service was pleasant. There is a children’s play area but you need to be sitting outside to see the kids. It doesn’t have a lot to do and it in full sun. A swing set would have great. Not a particularly memorable place but the good prices would definitely make us go again.

My wife went there today and was very underwelmed with food and especially the service they received.Was first to order and last to receive meal .After asking the young girl serving why that was she just had a giggle and walked off without a word.My wife was then approached by manager wondering why the young girl was crying(not true).His excuse was well you did order the 200g steak"which apparently takes 25 plus minutes to cook.He was a tosser and told my wife she was confrontational when all she was calm as a cucumber.My advice is to stay away."

This place is nice but lacking proper staff. There's too many young girls that don't seem to want to even be working. Better to higher older middle age people that are friendlier and actually want the job yes they will most likely cost you more but for the great good of your buisness it's definitely something I would do. Sadly I had a rude girl talk about my table and she didn't know I was there she got a big shock that's for sure. Maybe next time stop talking about your paying customers. Mind you we spend alot of money but clearly they couldn't care less. I would like to come back but not after getting talked about definitely felt like crap after that.

My husband and I are mature adults (28 years of age) and have never been treated so poorly by security and management. Terrible service once security comes on.

Nice little pub

My hubby & I ordered the oven baked barramundi. So delicious. Melts in your mouth. Garlic bread also so yummy.

Great local pub, has pool tables, outdoor area with screens, and a lovely dining area. Only thing, be aware the Burgers don't come with Fries, you need to order separately.

Took my family here today and very disappointed with the food which was over cooked and to top it off the service was so bad that I was ignored by rude staff as they was to busy having a chat when wanting a ice cream for my son . The staff member skylar acted like everything was a effort and couldn’t even remember what you ordered

Would not go back. Beer garden is on a very busy main road so not very enjoyable. Vegan option was terrible. One overpriced tiny slice of eggplant with slapped on sauce does not a parmigiana make. No flavour, dare I say no effort. Vegans, don't go here.

Amazing food. Shame all the women working there were nasty and lacked any enthusiasm about their job. Jack on the other hand made us feel welcome and kept it professional even when the black haired woman snapped at him for asking what else you could mix with lemon lime and bitters. Young girl delivered out food, walked off and forgot cutlery making us walk inside and ask. Absolutely gutted about this experience, been wanting to come here for months since I found it. Reminded me of my country home. But didn't have the service of home.

Had Brisket beef with roast Potato today. The roast Potato were not roasted at all and did not taste nice. No herbs . Husband had Sausage and Mash Sausage was very nice but mash id not taste homemade.

Not terrible, but limited range of beers and was a long wait to get a meal with cold chips.

Absolutely disgusting. Witnessed a disabled patron asked to leave for drinking apple juice. Staff didn't care to investigate any further. Apparently they had no evidence that there was no alcohol in the bottle. Would have seen had they opened there eyes and checked. Maybe the venue exclusively hires people who cant read, who knows? Won't be back. Will advise everyone i know to seek a better establishment aswell

Our group of 10 had our meals come out over a hour first lot had well and truly eaten. Had to chase up the last 3 meal the had lost the order and food was average over the group. Also had asked for the music to be turned down no way of having a conversation. And no it wasn't a busy day . Can't see us returning shame as it one of our locals. Hope others have a better experience.

Ordered through the app. Was told the ribs and wings plate I ordered didn’t have the ribs in stock but I could order the large ribs on the menu. Didn’t feel like a scene so said that was fine. Manager refunded my $25 meal on the app And said will take 12-15 days to come through. Then charged $43 for the main rib meal I didn’t want. Waited another 55 minutes. We had to leave as the kids had finished their meal and were due for a nap. Refused a refund as meals were ‘just coming out’. 5 more minutes…. Young server sent out - not the manger to ask if we wanted the meals take away. At this stage I’m so annoyed but would never express that to a poor 17 year old who looked petrified. Just to top it off the manger never came over. So I paid an extra $18 for a meal I didn’t want that I didn’t even get to eat at the table. Terrible service and embarrassed to say we won’t be back despite being local.

Been many times before and never hesitated when our girl wanted to dine at Logan Village Tavern to celebrate her 18th b/day with Dad & grdmother (the rest of her family were away). We waited wellover an hour, making us late for the next item of our planned night out. The food was luke warm and the steak was not as ordered or else very substanded. My mash looked like it had sat out for two days very grubby looking in colour, with a dehydrated skin covering it.. Sticky chicken was not nor was it tasty, as Asian should be... Really hoping this was a once off, maybe a problem in the kitchen? I've been there three times this last year as a luncheon with 40plus ladies each time and no issues. 3stars all over as we have not had issues in the past.

We were really shocked to be declined inside entry after 3 hours of sitting outside, spending money on dinner, dessert and drinks due to security coming on. They told us to line up around the corner for entry stamps to even use the bathroom. For a group of mature adults we were shocked by this treatment. It ruined our night and we left. Security should have looked at your existing customers and offered early entry stamps so they didn’t ruin anyone’s night. Highly unprofessional and the photo attached of the supervisor is behaving well outside his scope of work.

Nice pub and good food

Nice Aussie pub. Everyone enjoyed the food. My wife had the Guinness pie and it was so large a serve there was no way she could finish it. Value for money.

The staff were very nice and helpfull .We ordered the Warm Thai Beef salad that was rather ordinary more like a Balsamic salad.The Beetroot and Quinma Bugger was dry and tasteless. Nice old place with lots of Character.We won't be eating here again

Meals are big ,maybe don't put so many big chips on just a waste . Make sure salad mix is washed. I found a little slug in mine, which was disappointing. But still my sons and his girlfriend meals were great. Great value for money if you're a big eater . Was my first time eating here, so I will know for next time to order a smaller meal .

I understand it was busy and my meal was delicious but the wait of 1 hour and 15 minute to get it was not good.. great pub, just don't be in rush for your dinner.

I had 30 guests for a farewell lunch..from the phone call for reservations 10/10 , sooo helpful, very friendly, food amazing everyone was very impressed how quick meals came out.. will be coming back Ps I had the calamari & salad was soooo good. WELL DONE LOGAN VILLAGE TEAM..

Booked dinner party for special birthday dinner. Cost same as organising a party without the hassle or clean up. Took our own cake. Great night. Venue has numerous entry points. Has two dining areas, one quieter and removed from main area. Make a traditional lemon lime and bitters, could have drank them all evening! Meals were amazing one of the best steaks we've had! Kids menu too. Dessert menu if needed $10 each, good selection to cover taste (couldn't fit in after meal) present service and plenty of staff to assist. Would recommend booking a table, it was consistently busy. Venue has all the normal areas to utilise eg keno, gaming, bar only... Definitely will go again

Food is meh.service there isn't any! Asked about our drinks we ordered after not receiving fo 35 mins she was polite and said she would go check ok no worries,after another 15 mins I whent inside to see she didn't go check .asked for a refund on the drinks manager was realy nice about it .painfully average experience
