Friday night @jamthepianoman was awesome! Played requests and interacted with the crowd. Came over after mini golf and stayed for three hours for this guy. He was great. Highly recommend following @jamthepianoman around.

Very dirty microphones and no safety paddings supplied (unlike at Kbox or Galaxy) therefore high risk of virus transmission. Very expensive at $150 for 1 hour. Microphones didn't work properly and the main stand screeched noise interruption. Songs were not original and was hard to sing along. Staff kindly gave us 30 mins extra. Smelly carpet! 🤮

Beautiful rooms and great selection!

I’ve been invited here a handful of times now and the song selection seems to get more behind every time. The sound is also awful in every room I’ve been in. Fair enough if this wasn’t a premium karaoke-specific venue but was disappointing for the whole group. Also, when I made a booking I added on a bar tab which was not worth the hassle of how you must leave the room constantly to go use it, even though there’s service to the room directly. More affordable and overall better experiences available around Melbourne at the older, classic karaoke venues.

Booked a room for 14 people months in advance and on arrival were put into a room where 5 of us had to stand. Ridiculous! On top of that you have one of the worst mic setups and sound systems known to man. Cheap and nasty laggy tablet stuck to a wall right in front where the people were ‘trying’ to sing. Have lived in Japan and used Karoke boxes too many times to mention. Even the worst one over there was 10x better than this place. Neither do they have the gear, but they have zero idea! Don’t waste your time.

Bottom line: save your money. This place is a waste of time and not worth it. We came excited for a night of karaoke, but it was disappointment from start to finish. The setup was awful: an iPad hooked to a TV, with crackling microphones, a sound system that cut in and out, and a screen that kept freezing/lagging. The song selection was weak, with few popular options, no backing vocals, and no video settings. Even worse, we had no control over the sound—volume adjustments were handled by staff outside the room. When we asked for help, they seemed indifferent, as if they’d heard it all before. It was also ridiculously overpriced. We paid $300 for a two-hour session but left after just 20 minutes. Though the staff offered us half our money back—which was something—it left a sour taste in our mouths. KBox, Party World or a microphone in my shower is better than this place.

I BEG YOU JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. $300 for two hours and doesnt include drinks and a little food? Mics not working. Also just 2 mics and a standing one for a large group. Nope nope. Cant control the volume of the songs and we have to go outside to request for volume adjustments. Not worth the money at all. Go some where else! It was so bad we had to cancel 25 mins into the 2 hour session.

Unprofessional manager. His name was Tito and he just didn’t care at all and threaten to kick without giving the food we payed for. There are soo many review on bad and unprofessional staff and specially the manager. What are you going to do about it? I’m talking to you who is apparently the owner and replying to feedbacks.

Go to Kbox instead. The rudest staff. Microphones didn't work at all. They even took a microphone to fix but we never got it back....after seeing all the similar reviews I'm not sure why they haven't fixed the mic issues. Don't get me started on the bizarre voice over the songs. The song cut at the end, so we went to take a photo on the stage, as the staff member walked in we asked if she could take it instead of us trying a selfie... After all the problems we had with the whole session, she told us to get out as they had another booking (I understand but it legit would have taken 30seconds. No customer service whatsoever).

Good sized Karaoke room. Very expensive. Did not have the latest songs uploaded. I was disappointed by the choice. We were interrupted endlessly which was frustrating. The count on the microphone on the stand was not really working well. When time was up it cut the song off mid song despite the fact we had just spent hundreds of dollars in the venue. Disappointing.

I honestly can’t believe any of these 4 or 5 star reviews are real. Me and my friends went on my birthday and the whole staff was so mean girls/bully vibe. The microphones weren’t working and even after informing the staff they said they “fixed it” but nothing was fixed and refused to give us any microphones to replace the ones that weren’t working. What’s karaoke without the microphones? What did we spend money on? When I walked up to ask for more microphones all of the staff approached crossing their arms and being extremely rude and dismissive. It was super overwhelming and saddening. If I knew this place was going to be such trash with such awful service I wouldn’t have wasted my money or my time especially on my birthday. What’s with limiting microphones for guests when there’s more than two people? What are you gate keeping microphones for? It’s karaoke? I wish the ones we actually had even worked for them to be so rude. Why did I pay money to do what I could have done in a park with my friends cause everything was a mess and nothing was working correctly. The TV kept turning on and off. Could hardly read the lyrics. Why was I standing in the middle of the room just scream singing without a microphone because I gave up on talking to the staff and was trying to make the most of it? I wasted my time and energy especially on my birthday, Kbox is a better stop. Pls

Karaoke place was pretty standard but the bar experience was kinda lacking. They couldn’t do any classic cocktails which was kinda disappointing. The bar gave a very corporate vibe where they only did things that profited them instead of maybe providing a balance of what customers would want and profit. The service however was decent with the staff being pretty friendly.

Mitch and Holly made our night fantastic! They went above and beyond to keep us entertained whilst they were fixing some technical problems with the TV. They even gave us free drinks and let us play mini golf whilst they were fixing everything up. They made what could’ve been a disastrous hens night a blast!

We had my sister's hen's night here. We had Sarah tending to our function and she did such an amazing job and really helped make the event run smoothly and made sure we were looked after She was just so lovely

It was so fun, until we were awkwardly kicked out. We had a reservation from midnight to 1am. With 20 minutes to go(timer displayed on the TV), the lights came on and the music went quiet. We asked what the issue was and they said they were closing. We paid $150 for barely 40 minutes which was suppose to be an hour. The security guard rudely came in our room mid song and said 'get out now, we're closed'. A bit disappointing way to end a hens night! Staff said it is in the 'terms and conditions' but we didn't see this anywhere. Why have a reservation time till 1am when you're not going to abide by it?

Adding as a reply to Jukes Kareoke. It's a bit disappointing to hear that you know the wifi is an issue and will cause disruptions. You are a business that provides Kareoke. And if you can't correctly because of a known issue, that's just not right. ________________________________ The staff were fantastic. The rooms were cool and the atmosphere was nice. However the Kareoke heavily relies on the internet working and it just dropped out all the time. It was minutes waiting for songs to load. Searching songs took forever. And we had the whole system cut out multiple times. Unfortunately the set up is just unreliable with the current program and internet issues in crown. The staff were lovely though and we could either get a refund on an hour, or Kareoke for another hour. The selection of songs was a bit lacking as well. There were a lot of songs missing from artists. And if you were looking for any K-pop, K-pop, anime songs, it was super lacking. Overall a nice place, but has some major technical issues. Drinks were cool though.

No matter if you're a beginner, a pro or somewhere in between, there is something for everyone to belt it out. Songs can be searched up by name and results come back almost immediately, and playlists are available to get started. Pick some, or even play all of them, you'll still have a blast! The main draw to this venue is by far the atmosphere, you just can't get any better than the splashy themed rooms and bar! Here's the best part, this venue also accepts karaoke vouchers from Holey Moley, because this venue also has Holey Moley next door! So if you really want to double the fun, Holey Moley is right there waiting for you to tee off. And don't forget, the staff are friendly as always, with Alex (HM Pro) in particular giving me the best 1 hour karaoke experience possible! Once again, I thank the entire Holey Moley and Juke's team for making my belt out the best possible experience. Thanks once again, from your ever loyal Fun Pass holder DNC52.

A great way to bond with friends. Vex was a great attendant, they were so kind and made us feel really welcomed. Everyone who brought us drinks was friendly. From start to finish it was a great experience with all staff.

Very cool and clean rooms for private karaoke. Drinks service was quick and accurate. Staff are friendly and approachable, especially Vex, whose vibe elevated the night.

Monty, the wonderful human who served us truly made our experience one to remember tonight. He was personable, hilarious, and really knew how to have a good time. His vibe and personality is extremely well suited to this business, and he deserves a dang pay rise. My one criticism? He’s just too much of a good time, and now he has ruined every other business for me, as you just can’t get that kind of service anywhere else. Shine on Monty, you bright burning star of joy.

What started out as a wonderful night with some family quickly turned sour when it came time to pay our bill. I requested a copy of the bill as the initial amount suggested seemed quite high, upon looking I could see a staff tip equating to almost the same amount as the ordered items. After holding the staff to account, it was insisted that it was all a mistake and that I was overreacting. Regardless of whether the tip was added to the wrong bill and was from another customer, or it was blatant theft - I feel the manager's response and way he brushed off how disappointed I was, was outrageous. There was no attempt made to provide a reasonable excuse, except to say over and over again that it was a misunderstanding and a mistake. That's all, a mistake. In a time which is hard enough to get by, this skylarking is something I might expect from a alley way karaoke bar in Phnom Penh not in Crown Melbourne. If you do decide to take your family here, make sure you order through the QR code and not at the bar or risk being taken advantage of.

On the 19th of February me and a bunch of my friends visited jukes for a 20th birthday. Going up for a couple of drinks we had the most amazing bar tender named Riley. She was so so kind and such a great people person. She not only severed drinks with such a smile but she was also so charismatic and genuine. She listened to us talk on and on and the amazing person she is, delivered conversation with a smile and friendly conversation. Such a great employee.

Really disappointed in the room. Only 3 mics between 13 people. Mic volumes were so low my screaming voice was louder than what the mic produced. One of the microphones on the mini stage kept having feedback problems and high pitch noises so deafening we decided it was better to just turn it off leaving us with only two quiet mics. That mic also was broken and we couldn’t adjust the height, so I had to squat awkwardly while singing. The karaoke machine doesn’t even have an option to turn on the original singer’s voice to sing along with them. Other karaoke places like KBOX are much worth your money, we had like 4-5 mics for all 6 of us. And the prices INCLUDED a drink and the machines had more options to turn on the original singer’s voice Staff came in halfway and started clearing our glasses when we were not even done drinking. Around 4 of my friends didn’t bring ID and weren’t allowed in which is understandable. But I had already paid for them. Disappointed their refund policy doesn’t allow for ‘change of mind.’ It was my special 18th birthday, but it surely didn’t feel very special :/

So much fun! Me and my friend came for a last minute late time karaoke and we managed to get a room! They had a great choice of music, unfortunately no anime openings thought .10/10 would recommend, will totally bring more people next time

Very friendly and genuine staff. A good selection of drinks. Talented singer/pianist (whether or not you appreciate the music, at least appreciate the tallent). IMO the most chill place to hang out at Crown.

Staff are not that helpful always rushing, the drinks were always out of stock, ran out, the facts about rewards points of crown seems not important to staff, they have no time to explain and very ambiguous..very expensive not worth a penny. I would not come back here!

We had such a great night here on 9/12. Firstly, Meg (our hostess) was fabulous! She was fun, accommodating and knew exactly what needed to be done - she needs a raise. The music selection was fabulous and mostly extremely current. The bar staff were fun and efficient, even when busy. Great drinks and food.
