Great service and beer selection! Meals and specials board always have a great selection. Meat Trays in the front bar Fridays, tickets with purchase of a beer. Can't beat that!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only feedback I have is that the apartment was booked for our family of four but there are only three chairs for someone to comfortably sit to watch TV. My daughter had to sit in the desk chair.

This was not always the case, and unless we haggled we didn't get soft drinks for free Restaurant...... Absolutely fantastic, we were never rushed into placing our order, they instantly solved any problems, were patron focused at all times Congratulations to management, you chose your staff very well The food.... The food was beautiful, very well presented, no surprises here as we've eaten in here before I'd like to say ..... Had Christmas lunch with 17 family members today. Hands down incredibly organized, service was great, food was amazing and an abundance of it. included in the price was a 3 hour drink package.and the kids got a gift. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you, see you next year 🙏

We had a gorgeous pre-Christmas meal in the dining room. Ayanthi organised everything, she made sure our table was Christmas -decorated with a tablecloth, Christmas tree decorations, bon-bons & cute candy sticks. Krystal took our orders at our table, she looked after us with high, quality service. The meals were fresh, hot and tasty and a very high standard of quality. We had a choice of three (3) Entrees, four (4) Main Courses & two (2) Desserts, so there was plenty of options to choose from. The meals came out quickly and they were good sized portions. Everyone was happy with their meals. Thank you, so much, for making our pre-Christmas meal a very happy, special celebration, that will hold great memories for years to come. I highly recommend this Mawson Lakes Hotel, Chef and Staff.

Fantastic place

This place is reflective of its price point - basic and generally alright. Good public transport to Adelaide CBD so worth considering when central city prices are sky high. Be careful, however, that you get what you paid for, first night they knew I was arriving very late so they downgraded me to a smaller room, still charging me for the privilege. No one around to do anything about it until next morning when they had someone clean the room type I’d actually booked, presumably after others had checked out. WiFi wouldn’t work in the room. Tried the restaurant - ordered chicken schnitzel but when it arrived it was beef.

Had lunch today and it was great. The serving is generous! We enjoyed and hope you can try as well.

Fabulous lunch with family today, food was generous and very tasty. Staff were so helpful with my dish, even got to chat with the chef as I have a lot of food intolerances and they happily made changes to suit. Yummy! Thanks Mawson Lakes Hotel, will definitely come back again.

I have now been at this centre for a couple weddings. Richard the coordinator is amazing! Such attention to detail. He is so friendly and bubbly there is no way you can not have a great time. The food is so good as well!

I stayed for two nights in one of the hotel's apartments. From the moment I had to fight with the key to unlock the door my stay was not off to a good start. The room is spacious, but sparsely furnished and did not feel very clean. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The front door is publicly accessible and does not lock when it closes, so I was careful to lock the door every time I left. However, I found the front door had been left unlocked by housekeeping on the second day of my stay. And, on the third day, housekeeping unlocked the front door and let themselves into the apartment without knocking or announcing themselves while I was present, just minutes after I had finished my shower! I will not be staying at the Mawson Lakes Hotel again and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Waitresses are grumpy but being a waitress is a pretty crap job so that's fair.

Attended an event at the hotel last weekend, was impressed by the local amenities. Rooms were clean, comfy and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying to attend the same event next year.

Responsive staff. 2 rooms, walk in wardrobe in main. 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. Lots of extra towels in the cupboard. Fairly well stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook most nights. Good sized living area with vinyl lounge and single arm chair. Not very cosy. Wi-Fi - free for a week, and able to extend to my 8th day for free. Instructions in the folder for how to stream services on the TV from your phone. Not immediately accessible from the TV. Wi-fi and internet were hit and miss in the apartment. Room needed extra cleaning on arrival. 2 flights of stairs or a lift to the room, then 2 flights of stairs inside the apartment. Lighting strip in the stairs was too bright, and coukd not be switched off. Even with a towel along the door, Light came in. Lots of street noise with rev heads making as much noise as possible. Armed robbery across the road, police attended promptly. The apartment was adjacent to the Woolworths Complex carpark, through a locked fence, accessible with the room key. Great access to grocery, butcher, fruit stores, discount store, phone store, bakery, chemist etc. and Cafe. Hotel is walking distance to several cafes, supermarkets, 2nd hand shops, train station, lake etc. Would have scored higher if clean on arrival, and if noisy residents weren't so disrespectful. Went to the local Greek Cafe for tea. Great food and service. Well recommended.

Terrible customer service, I was back charged, with no evidence provided to say I had done anything to cause damage or and unclean room, they didn’t check to see what had actually happened, was charged a $126 cleaning fee for no reason what so ever

We were assigned one of the studios on Hurtle Street. It was the most upper floor, only stair access (two stories stairs - with all heavy luggage) - room was dirty - bed sheets were dirty, with stains and human hair on them. Studio was extremely small. Not suitable for hotel accommodation. It was a scam. If I arrived there earlier, I would've moved to another place.

Breakfast - the mushrooms were cold as if they'd been served straight from the fridge and when I got them back again after sending them back it was clear they had been cooked in a microwave, the baked beans and scrambled eggs were luke warm at best and the fried tomato was undercooked - not an enjoyable breakfast at all and considering there were only a few occupied tables in the dining area this was a really poor effort.

Accomodation was fabulous. Brilliant meal in dining room Emily and Katelyn were amazing and very helpful.

Pretty average accommodation. Room was weird, bathroom needed a good clean, the bed was very uncomfortable and the room noisey with the carpark below. But it was only $159 a night and they allowed early check in for which we were grateful as we were getting ready for a wedding out the otherside of town from where we live so the location was great.

We recently celebrated our daughters 21st in one of the function rooms. Richard made the planning fun and not stressful at all! He went above and beyond with layout/decor of the room & made our daughters night amazing! He, Robbie and the staff were amazing with the service they provided and the food was delicious!! Highly recommend these guys for functions and I will definitely consider them for future events
