My dying great grandma in ICU has a stronger hand grip than your claw. Good place to waste your money.

Spent all my coins here and picked up the toy every time but the claw threw it toward the corners of the machine when it should have dropped it into the slot. The claw would release the toy over and over again. This place is absolute garbage and a scam. I remember when it first opened and you’d see people win at least once while you were there and now this place just takes all your money and you get absolutely nothing. This place is trash, absolute disappointment and the owner should be ashamed of scamming children

okay, i get yall workers need to earn money from this place right?? but this place is a total scam. i get it if the claw doesn't manage to get the plushies, well that's prob my problem or the machine gripness is set to low for that round. but why, if i happen to actually GET IT, it literally fricking drops it BEFORE IT REACHES THE ENTRY? that's a fricking scam. everyone atp js don't go to a claw machine store. oh yeah, the luck boxes as well. on the display there are many pretty things like figurines, but when you actually buy it it's some random deformed pokemons and utensils.. buying a 1 dollar plush off temu is better than here. the experience was horrible too

The toys here are really cute and all but it was way too hard to actually win! Some of the machines literally let go of my toy as it was moving towards the place to receive it.

Rubbish place machines are rigged

The worst! I read the reviews and thought how bad can it be...now I know. The machines are literally rigged to not bother gripping. It was so obvious that it was just a money scam but too late, I'd already traded cash for coins. I tried my luck thinking I'd get at least 1 toy...even a small one. I was wrong. After spending 9 coins on a mystery prize because at least we'd get a prize, I got a lanyard. 9 coins is equivalent to 9 dollars and the mystery prize was a lanyard! I just left it there. If you have money that you'd like to flush down the toilet, million life is the toilet for you. At least it's pretty.

It's okay I guess, I won 2 small keyring plushies here for $20. The bigger machines are really rigged. Edit - The million life is actually soo rigged, only 1 machine isn't rigged and that's a small plush keyring machine. The rest of the machines are ALL rigged, I've tried all of them and they don't pick up anything, the claw strength is bad.

Customer service isn’t the best, some staff let everything slide. I won quit a few things with my friend and spent around 50$. Some claws are weak and let go too early. Some claws have an okay grip but not recommend for people who get frustrated easily.

Don't come here, this place is a scam. The craw machines always drops the toys everytime, they seem to just open once they reach the top or not even the top. The coin machine on the right took money and didn't give out coins. There was no staff at the time to complain my partner and I hung around the front, when she came back she stuck an 'out of order' sign on it, then after opened the machine and heaps of coins all came out. She then proceeded to close the door and took off the 'out of order' sign like nothing was wrong with it. When I approached her she said she can't give refunds and to call her manager, who was no help at all. Seems like that machine took over a hundred dollars now that I understand that number on it.

It’s pretty we’ll known that the machines are obviously designed to be hard to win prizes but it’s actually messed up how bad. You’ll have some machines actually let go midair so you just hope it can throw it slightly closer but you’re wasting your time and money. The prizes are also small and poorly made. It’s better to just buy from somewhere else. I would comment about the service but there is none. No one mans the area, probably to protect from the amount of abuse they would cop from the rigged games.

The toys are really cute but you end up wasting lots of money just to end up only getting one toy.

The store is inside Chinatown Burwood. It is small than other branches, not much toy boxes left and empty. $1 for 1 coins. Once playing needs 1-2 up to 7 coins.

Didn't win anything

It's actually pretty underwhelming for the million life chain. But as a claw machine arcade, it has better toys than other chains, and if you want a beautiful photo spot, this is a very cute place to take a photo. this is one of the less good million life stores though. I'd suggest the one in the CBD or Cabramatta over this one. Still cute though !!

Complete scam. The claws were too weak to pick up the item in the first place. Spoke to the staff if this was actually possible- only to respond that she was sorry (I'm guessing she was sorry for scamming me). Poor service and customer care. Will not return ever.

The Burwood Million Life is WORST Million Life I’ve ever been to. This is complete fraud and they trick customers into playing with their cute toys, but what’s the point of them if you can’t win anything for at least 24 tokens and a really small one as well. It gets people angry and it’s a total waste of your money. I highly recommend you to not go.

Staff kind, but prizes are really hard to win. I only got a rabbit plush from 25 tokens. Also mini ones are really weak.

The store at Burwood doesn’t care about their customers’ experience and feedback at all, recently changed their trade-in policy without any notice in advance, plus no formal written policy changes in store, only getting their staffs to tell customers when the customers go there to trade in their toys. Their manager also had no response or actions to customers complaints.

At Burwood store, the recent change of trade in policy without giving any sort of notification to regular customers is unacceptable. The shop failed to provide accurate information nor the notice in the shop after new policy has been applied. This is suspected of infringements to the consumers rights.

This place is amazing!!! All the pink ,electronics, toys and high end designer brand items you could win. My first experience was in the city but it might have been a pop up store/arcade considering how small it was. Definitely cant wait to visit the Burwood million life arcade!!!
