This was my first time at an internet cafe, and we came to buy some tickets for an in-demand tour. The man at the desk was so lovely and helpful, and even wished us luck in buying the tickets! I think the prices are very reasonable and if I need to come to an internet cafe again this is definitely the place I will come first.

I love this place. Recently i was thinking about buying high end pc, mostly for gaming. But then i realized this cafe offers rtx 4090, having a taste of the beast components in gaming. However i like to point out two things i.e. processor and monitor. In rtx 4090 setup, it holds with i7-8700k. Considering the graphics power, it will have bigger bottlenecks and makes gaming moderately unenjoyable due to shutterings. If the processor can be upgrade to at least 12th generation or ryzen 7th gen, it will be enough to utilize gpu effectively. Second, it would be an insult to use rtx 4090 with 1080p monitors. I understand it has 240hz monitor but it would be more enjoyable if it uses 4k 144hz monitor. Maybe unnecessary for esports player, but for casual players like me, we can see a big benefit from it. But i wont complaint much since this cafe offer us to play with latest graphics cards for less than $2/hour rather than having $7k worth setup in my home Edit: The owner really put new pc with r7 7800x3d, which is perfect for the setups like rtx 4090. If google allows, i would give 10 start for it

Love this place, Jonny the owner is my guy. Such an easygoing person to chat to between games. 5 stars for the love, but feedback wise, why do the toilets are a little grimey a little more effort there would be appreciated!

环境还行，但是电脑的配置实在是让人感到困惑 他们的VIP室的电脑是整个网吧电脑配置最好的，但是这里面的电脑除了显卡是比较好的3080之外，其他配置简直可以说是诡异，7代的英特尔i5，配上不知道哪个厂家出版的主板 这导致了在网吧中如果你尝试游玩大型多人对战联机游戏的话，会有很高的闪退和游戏崩溃的风险，因为cpu的频率很低

People are loud and some of the accessories (mouse, keyboard, headphones) are occasionally damaged but those cant really be blamed on the place itself. Cheap pricing, well performing PCs. You can buy drinks and some food items which are a bit expensive but it's well worth it for the cheap pricing of computer time. Highly recommend :)

Pretty nice looking cafe but the computer's accessory isn't always the best. The mouses feels cheap with plastic, keyboards having missing keycaps replaced with a completely different keycap with different height levels, chairs looking like someone took a bite out of it and the earmuffs from the headphones were awfully used/stripped

A very average gaming cafe experience in general. Have been going for a year now and recently has a bad experience. Recently the computers I’ve been on have been a bit more buggy, but usually tolerable. I rarely complain unless it’s a major issue which I hadn’t really come across yet. Today I was playing some games, including competitive ones when my screen had frozen. I approached the person behind reception to let him know my screen was frozen. He MANSPLAINED to me how to turn the computer on and off. Telling me to hold the button and to press it again, rather than just directly telling me to restart the computer which I had already done. I restarted the applications and computer before approaching him but encountered the same issues with frames and lag. I got so upset that I didn’t even bother talking back. I had spent 5-10 minutes trying to fix it myself to not inconvenience staff but even when I did ask for help I essentially wasted more time having to fix it myself. I should have changed computers but in my head it shouldn’t be the case of moving computers, it had to be flagged somehow to save the next person from running into the same issues. Eventually I did do a full restart that helped with long period freezes but the lag and temporary freezes never went away. Wasted a lot of *paid time* on trying to figure out a solution on my end and sacrificed my performance as well. So don’t go here if you’re a woman, don’t take the chance to run into staff that probably think you’re completely stupid with computers and look down on you just because you’re female :) (The well dressed girl that works there can be pretty good though, not the always warmest but she does do her job ^^)

It’s really fun there with snacks and games and a lovely way to enjoy abit of your day with friends

Update: $10 for membership with 5 hours! Quality place, with quality people and quality PC's! Been going here very frequently since, now running up to my 5th year, honestly the best internet cafe around. The customer service is amazing. Getting to know the staff has been great, such a friendly atmosphere and life long friends made. I will always recommend Arena Internet Cafe to anyone needing to get their gaming fix or just general use of a computer! Will always love going to Arena and chatting with the great staff! 😁👍

Value for money - pay $10 for 5 hours, yet you can use the 5 hours over as many sessions as you want, with no expiry. High tier gaming equipment, except the headphones aren't fitting at all, meaning they're uncomfortable and you can hear everyone around you.

Great owners, got good PCs and specs, fun and good place to vibe with friends and play some games whenever you are bored in the city. You have a happy and returning customer :)

Fantastic. This was my first Internet cafe experience and I had low expectations, but boy o boy was I pumped. They have fantastic setups for gaming. There were hundreds of computers to use, so it would be great to go with friends to play games together. Their WiFi connection was superb, perfect for just focusing on gaming. In terms of price, the deals they have are really good. I recommend paying 10 dollars for a 5 hour session. It comes with a membership. John at the front desk was friendly and helpful. He showed me to the VIP space and told me the best PCs are there. Thanks John.

Have been coming here for the last year now, it is a cheap, clean, friendly and amazing staff. I would highly recommend this place for a visit, and for $2 and hour its a great spot to hang out with some friends.

Cool owners, cheap rates, lots of PCs However becomes unreasonably loud at times, some keyboards/headphones show wear and tear. A 5-star solution could be a quite/silence room so you atleast have an option.

Owner and manager are absolute legends! The main area can get noisy but generally pretty good environment overall, solid place to hang out and experience near professional level gaming with their advance gaming set up!

This place itself is not bad, the set-up is good but the overall experience needs to improve. There were so many obnoxious teenagers that vaped near me when I went. The staff was a bit rude, should consider working in a different industry other than customer service.

dirty place, the entrance which s upstairs smells like pee!! the teens swear lots and stinks, you can smell a huge odor in the Vip rooms and others rooms, actually in front the reception it says bout the odors around. the receptionist s kinda rude bcoz dont talk much neither thanks. the internet or pc s slow been like 9 min waiting to use it bcoz the screen wasn't responding, lagging i guess 😒. Actually vip rooms s a tiny room where you share with others (the stinkiest room) I went there with my boyfriend for his birthday, we couldn't stay longer due the teens r so loud in the morning and the rooms smell so bad 😑 totally regret going in the morning i though culd be less busy. replying : was around 10am an asian man in the reception, yeah there was wipes everywhere but never though a busy place like the city could have a bunch of teens burping and swearing lots in a place like that, plus the odour s so bad , i dont need to talk again a rude guy bout the pc coz already with all the things just happened i didn't wanna ruin more my day and turn into a karen ,my bf was ok but upset ,we not going there again may we too old for a place of teens talking loud maybe s that the reason the staff guy was with an annoying face. for teens maybe s ok but for people in their late 20s maybe not recommendable, kids r so loud and pc may takes long to b ready

I like that cafe here. Full of gaming equipments. If there is something to complaint about it, it would be network speed. The owner claims to have 2000MBPS speed which means 100GB content can be downloaded within few minutes. But in reality, it requires a lot of time. I guess the reason of slow internet is because of HDD throttling. If SSD be used, it can solve the throttling issue.
